A new low

Powerline enters the world of the Moonbat. Seems that Kos and Atrios "sicced their readers" on the guys. (PS, sorry about no trackback, guys, doesn’t seem to want to populate on your blog)

These are not nice people. In addition to emailing us at our feedback
address with every manner of invective, they called my office. My
secretary stopped answering my telephone because callers swore at her.
The telephone campaign reached a new low this morning, when someone
purporting to be a reporter at a gay newspaper in Los Angeles called my
office and asked me to comment on a "rumor" to the effect that there
are photos floating around of me in a "tryst" with Jeff Gannon.  Suffice it to say that these people are beyond unpleasant.

Sorry, Hindrocket, this is just business as usual for the vocal majority. There are some great Liberals out there, unfortunately, it is the DU and Kos types who are the most vocal. The Democratic party reminds of Islam. Who seems to be the most vocal and gets the most airplay in Islam? The evil bad people. And, the good, peaceful, upright practitioners of Islam keep a low profile, and do not talk against the grain, for fear of reprisal.

The DNC is like Islam? I’m sure those of the Moslem faith are insulted. And I will point out that Hindrocket responded in a very unprofessional manner to a well written professional question. I’m sorry his secretary is upset.

  2. I thought long and hard about this before posting it, Julie. Unfortunatley, Dems like you, some other blogs, some friends, coworkers, are not the vocal majority. Your voices are not even heard much above the general sound, like Joe Lieberman. Admittedly, the vocal majority on the Right tends to be very partisan as well. But, I do believe that those on the Right with dissenting views are more likely to post them, and be listened to, then those on the left. I see many posts on the DU, or within even Kos’s comments, which try to bring the conversation back to reality, and they are smacked down hard.

Yeah, I figure the best I can do is keep going. To keep pointing out that there are other ideas, not so radical, but left none the less. Funny, the guys over at the Tattler think I’m corruptable. Nope, not in the least. I think some of the “local” loud voices have toned down a bit. I’m not too worried about Dean. I’m hoping that the Dems gain some focus and some spine.

    Will,
Here’s a sample of the junk Hindrocket is getting:

I wonder if this is why my blog was filled with profane and idiotic comments this morning? Usually I have to delete a couple of comments every morning, but today was horrible!

They can’t yip at me about free speech if (1) they use horrible language and (2) they’re sucking up bandwidth I pay for with their profane and idiotic comments.

  6. I like to read their comments, since I cannot take them seriously. So far, most of the DU type libs have ignored me. Though I do get some craziness here and there. The only time I delete is if they abuse a commenter besides me.
