Buffalo wings and beer. Bad combination. What’s worse, I know it. They say that one should write no matter what every day. Fine. So be it. Get off my back, would ye? :)
First off, Everyone Loves Raymond. This is a program I have never watched, but have seen the commercials. And, what do I hear tonight’s syndicated episode is about? It is the one, for those who have seen it, where the daughters mouse gets into the freezer, and becomes a "hairy fudge bar." Hilarity ensues.
This is not funny. I don’t have kids yet, but I know enough folks with them, and was once one myself. Kids freak out about dead goldfish. Their pet mouse freezing to death is not funny.
Next up, Liberals. I will no longer refer to them as liberals or progressives. They are now Contraries. If Bush and the evil repuglicans are for something, they will find a way to be against it. Take the current budget. Bush is trying to cut alot of pork out. Leftists are decrying it in all forms. Haven’t they been saying Bush spends like a drunken money over the past 4 years? The contrarians want it both ways. Wait, I forgot. Increasing taxes on the rich will solve everything. At least that is what the Washington Post says.
Third on the agenda, a little thought. As everyone focus’s on Social Security reform, I think Hastert and the House might sneak through tax reform bill, and folks will be like "huh, what? How the hell did that happen?"
I will add more later. Brain needs coffee.
