Seems that a few folks are getting psyched up for the big game around the Triangle:
In the last week, police said thieves have hit the store at the Streets
at Southpointe twice, stealing 200 bras worth more than $8,000. Around
$1,100 worth of bras were stolen from the Victoria’s Secret at Durham’s
Northgate Mall. In Cary, thieves made off with $2,000 worth of
lingerie. Raleigh stores were hit, too.
How sad is that. Or, should I say, disturbed.
This year, the big game is the Los Angeles Tempatations vs. the New York Euphoria. Official website here. Where’s Martha Burke to protest this? Guess her 15 minutes of insanity fame is over.
Oh, and the Super Bowl? Patriots 40-Egirls 13.
