United Nations To The Aftermath

Isn’t it great that we have the U.N. to come in to areas that needed help long ago?

The United Nations has sent a second observer mission into the Darfuri town that was burned down and looted while under Sudanese government control.

Rebel forces blame the government and Janjaweed militias for the destruction of Haskanita – and for last week’s attack on an African Union base.

"We observed that people were slaughtered and the town was burned down. Can I have my Martini, doobie, and underage sex slave now?"

The UN said that only the school and mosque were left standing in the town, which had been home to 7,000 people though many fled when the AU base came under attack on 29 September.

No, no, don’t blame the Muslim extremists. Must be the fault of all those Christians who are being killed. And Bush! Don’t forget Bush!

At least 200,000 people have died in Darfur during a four-year conflict and more than two million have been forced from their homes.

Yet, the U.N. continues to dither and do little. A soon to be force of 26,000, with their pretty blue helmets and paint guns, are not going to stop the Islamic extremists, and will be soon part of what is know as "targets of opportunity."

We did C-5 Galaxy airlifts to Rawanda and talk about slaughter…and Billy Boy Clinton didn’t do anything either when the Tootsies and Hutus were macheting themselves big time. The UN was still hauling in OIL FOR FOOD money then. Gotta laugh at the terms Muslim Extremists and Moderate Muslims! Know any Moderate Nazis or Moderate Bolsheviks Blackbeard? How about Moderate Child Molesters or Moderate Rapists and Murders?
