Don’t know who Roy Cooper is? Watch this first, at least the first 18 seconds
So, Roy Cooper is the North Carolina Attorney General. I have no idea if he is a Democrat or Republican. Doesn’t matter, really. I’m not sure if they are allowed to run by party for the position. But, here is Cooper bragging about dismissing the Duke Lacrosse Rape case charges after ignoring all the issues of the case for over a year, so, probably not the best thing to brag about.
As a sidebar, regardless of whatever party affiliation he is, he has, for the most part (see above), done an excellent job. He has been tougher then sin on child predators.
