Biden’s Gaza Pier, Navy Relief Ships Having Trouble In “Rough” Seas

$320 million for Biden’s pier and

That’s what all the news reports are calling rough seas. Barely looks like it’s decent surfing

(Politico) The transfer of aid from four U.S. Army vessels through the newly completed Gaza pier was disrupted by rough seas Saturday morning, the latest hiccup in a bumpy rollout of the pier’s operation.

According to the U.S. Central Command, the vessels “broke free from their moorings” during bad weather, with two vessels beaching farther north along the Israeli coast near the city of Ashkelon and another two anchoring on the beach closer to the pier. CENTCOM added that the Israel Defense Forces were assisting in the recovery efforts and that no U.S. personnel would enter the Gaza Strip.

All the video makes it looks like they were choppy seas. Maybe the US Navy should have been in charge of the vessels? But, of course, with all the gender confused, DEI, and other wackadoodle stuff going on in the Army and Navy, should we be surprised that at least one ship was beached? Will the commander be relieved for this breach of duty?

(NY Post) Three US service members were injured, one critically, while working on the Army’s Gaza aid pier on Thursday.

Two service members suffered a sprained ankle and a minor back injury.

“Two were very minor, routine injuries. Those individuals returned to duty,” Cooper said.

A third service member, who was injured on a ship at sea, was medically evacuated to a hospital in Israel, he said.

That person is in critical condition. No mention anywhere of how they were injured. All to supply aid which is mostly stolen by Hamas, which is meant for Islamists who hate Americans.

The pier was a combination Virtue Signal and money laundering project – it was never meant to be a long term, or even viable project .
I suppose that SloJoe & Co. will have to find another way to funnel supplies to Hamas .

  2. Dana says:

Perhaps God is siding with Israel, against the ‘Palestinians’ and Hamas.

Matthew 8:23 And when he got into the boat, his disciples followed him. 24 And behold, there arose a great storm on the sea, so that the boat was being swamped by the waves; but he was asleep. 25 And they went and woke him, saying, “Save us, Lord; we are perishing.” 26 And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. 27 And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?”

Perhaps the ‘Palestinians’ can call upon Allah to rebuke the wind and calm the seas, to get those humanitarian supplies to them.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

According to the gospel of Dana, ‘God’ hates Palestinians!!

Mr Dana also implies that ‘Christians’, Jews and Muslims worship different ‘gods’!

BTW, there is more evidence supporting the existence of ‘Palestinian’ than there is of ‘gods’.

      • Dana says:

Joshua 1:1 After the death of Moses the servant of the Lord, the Lord said to Joshua son of Nun, Moses’ aide: 2 “Moses my servant is dead. Now then, you and all these people, get ready to cross the Jordan River into the land I am about to give to them—to the Israelites. 3 I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4 Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west.

God did grant that land to the Jews.

Oh, I know, I know: you disbelieve the whole thing. But the fact that a relatively small group of Jewish returnees were able to defeat the much larger Arab armies of five attacking nations in 1948, when they were under an arms embargo and had to manufacture what weapons they could, in secret, should tell you something. The fact that the larger Arab armies attacked, again, in 1956, and again got their candy asses kicked, should tell you something. The fact that Israel once again kicked the Arabs’ butts in 1967, in just six days, should tell you something. That the Arabs attacked again in 1973, and again lost, should tell you something.

You’ve told us before that you do not believe in God, but at this point, there are only two possibilities:

1 – God has been actively helping the Jews, to keep the promises he made to Abraham and Moses and Joshua; or
2 – The Jews, as a population, are simply so superior to the Arabs as a group that the Arabs, despite great superiority in numbers, simply cannot match them.

Actually, both possibilities can be true!

        • Elwood P. Dowd says:

A false dichotomy! Splendid. More likely is that both are false.

No doubt the West + Israel together is militarily superior to the other middle Eastern nations.

Despite reich-wing lies, the US does not invest billions a year in Hamas’ weaponry. Our military doesn’t use paragliders.

No disrepeck (h/t Ali G), it could be considered self-serving to claim your bronze age ancestors’ writings justify your present day boundaries.

We can be certain that native Americans handed down stories over generations of how the ‘spirits’ had granted them their lands, but guns and germs made the superior argument.

The winners write the story, don’t they?

          Might makes right, babyyyy!

Really? Then explain how the Arabs, who have always had superior numbers, have kept getting beaten by the Jews? By the 1973 war, yeah, Israel had managed to build up superior weaponry, but they were roughly equal in 1967, and the Arabs, who had much more money than the Israelis thanks to oil, seriously outgunned the Israelis in 1948 and 1956.

The British blockade of 1946-48 stopped overt weapons shipments to the Jews, so the Jews manufactured guns themselves. In some fights, Jewish soldiers were unarmed, waiting only to seize a weapon from a fallen comrade or a dead Arab soldier, yet the Jews still won. The British Foreign Office favored the Arabs, because the Arabs had oil, and thus severely restricted Jewish immigration into the Holy Land, including setting up detention camps for those who tried to get in. Only through organizations like the Mossad Aliyeh Bet division of the Haganah did most Jews make it into Israel after World War II.

          • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Mr Dana is correct. White people are superior to brown people. Or maybe your god loves white people more. History cannot be denied.

BTW, we’re sending our line of severe thunderstorms your way.

At least 15 people were killed by storms coursing through TX, OK, AR yesterday. Iowa took a beating a few days ago.

            Does god hate conservatives?

Mr Teach lets fly at our US Army and Navy personnel!! DJ Trump (aka Felonious-T) disparages our troops and sailors, therefore so do his “stormtroopers” like Mr Teach.

According to the MAGAts, America sucks bigly and only Felonious-T can Make America Great Again!! Our elections are rigged! Our military is weak and gay!! Our schools teach white hate!!!

Lies! Misinformation! Lies! Disinformation! Felonious-T can’t open his mouth except to say the election was stolen, and will be again.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

        Hey Pissant (aka LieBaby),

So what will YOU do to save America if the unseen, unnamed Deep State puppet-masters steal another election? Will YOU type harder? Felonious-T, your leader, will yell louder and implore his stormtroopers to storm harder and send him more money.

Since our democratic ideals no longer work, your leader has really left YOU no alternative but to fight for America.

Likely the worst of it has past before all the cameras come out. It’s not like in America where the “Newscasters” can be depended on to stand on the shore during a hurricane to warn people that standing on the shore during a hurricane is dangerous and no one should do it.

Correct Professor. What’s ‘Going on With Shipping’ is a reference site for information. With our connection to the shipping and offshore industry, we are regular watchers and if the ‘news media’ wanted to be informed about shipping, they would watch as well.
This scheme was undertaken with poorly maintained, generally old equipment and the standard governmental inefficiency in a location that is problematic at best under some operating rules that increase the likelihood of problems. Sounds like one of Brandon’s operations.
