(NY Post) It’s the Autumn of Love!
Occupy Wall Street protesters are flocking to nearby health clinics for STD and HIV testing after getting their freak on in ’60s-style hookups with crusty strangers, sources told The Post yesterday.
“Last week was free love,†said a medical professional at a clinic located a short walk from Zuccotti Park, referring to the number of people who organizers have referred for sexually transmitted disease testing.
A volunteer at the park admitted concern among protesters about STDs.
“We give directions to clinics if people ask for information regarding STDs,†said the volunteer, who identified himself only as “Captain†and added that pregnancy tests are also a hot item.
Obviously, there is nothing wrong with consenting adults getting their groove on. One does have to wonder why so many of these Lefties have the need to get tested, though. I guess they forgot to pay attention in all the sex ed. classes they force on children.
However, the Occupiers better not call out the people who gave them the diseases, because it might hurt their feelings (Via Jammie Wearing Fool)
Protesters in Zuccotti Park may be free spirits, but they’ve decided they need some rules all the same.
And if you dare break them – you’re out. (snip)
The list includes rules against stealing, sexual harassment and hurting others – including their feelings. The group also put a ban on fuel, weapons or drugs in the park.
Yeah, good luck with that. Funny how the Occupiers are creating an over-bearing government-like institution in Zuccotti Park, in control of the lives of everyone there. Reminds me of…..fascism.

The “Donner Party”.
I am just wondering how they can demand a person leave the park.
It isn’t their property to begin with.
What rights do they have to be telling anyone what to do within the confines of the park?
Worse yet they want the police to enforce their authority. There is a video of an interview with one of the NY Donner Party spokeswoman wherein she complains that a person who was arrested for something but that he came back when he was released from jail. She didn’t make clear whether the police should have held him without bail or just not allowed him to return to the park. What would the Donner Party have said if all who have been arrested in these protests were not allowed bail or not been allowed to return to the park as a condition of that bail.
Living with STDs can be really lonely. So it’s important for people with STDs to find a place to get support and find love.
