Climahypocrite Jesse Jackson’s SUV Stolen

Seriously, are there any climate alarmists other than Ed Begley, Jr, who aren’t hypocrites? Oh, sorry, my bad, discussing climahypocrites is apparently a deflection from the real issue that climate change will kill us all if everyone else would just stop driving their Cadillac Escalades

Add Jesse Jackson’s ride to prominent vehicles being stripped in Detroit.

Following the embarrassing news that Mayor Dave Bing’s GMC Yukon was hijacked by criminals this week, Detroit’s Channel 7 reports that the Reverend’s Caddy Escalade SUV was stolen and stripped of its wheels while he was in town last weekend with the UAW’s militant President Bob King leading the “Jobs, Justice, and Peace” march promoting government-funded green jobs.

Read that again: Jackson’s Caddy SUV was stripped while he was in town promoting green jobs.

Heh heh! The Reverand Jackson and Kathleen Rogers had this to say back on August 24th at CNN

Ending the subsidies that make dirty fuels artificially cheap can spark a shift in infrastructure development, create more jobs and allow America to become more self-sufficient.

Well, perhaps if more of the True Believers everyone else stopped driving Escalades, which average 14 mpg, and have a Climate Change rating of 13.10 tons (16.2 is the worst, 3.5 the best), the world would magically decrease in temperature. Or see no change. Whichever. It’s all about the money and control.

Meanwhile, the mayor of Montreal wants all roofs in Montreal to be white. Good idea, because it isn’t like Montreal doesn’t get cold a good chunk of the year or something.

hahahaha.. now see. that photo fits the particulars of the story. You are doing much better.

(but for some reason I am not feeling satisfied)

  2. Otter says:

He should be pleased that it was stolen, as his carbon footprint has been decreased.

  3. captainfish says:

So, in other words, he leaves it to others to cover his ass?

Teach it sounds to me like you are actually happy that this crime was committed. Oh and it actually wasn’t “his” it belonged to a leasing company. And the problem of global warming is not being cause d by the top richest people on the planet. And jet travel ? most jets get about the same mileage per passenger mile as a car, especially if you also account for the weight of the air freight and mail that our commercial passenger jets regularly carry along with passengers. You and other climate change deniers can now only point to “hypocrites” in your arguments as it is plain for everyone to see that the planet is getting hotter. And at a rate that is FAR faster than during the medieval warming period .http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:2000_Year_Temperature_Comparison.png
And so far this year Jan-July has been THE warmest year on record. Regardless of teh cool weather in the wine country of Northern CA or unusual snow in Abu Dhabi

Of course many climate deniers say that is just wrong, as wrong as what those “scientists” say about evolution or the age of the Earth Just look at the biggest climate change denier in the US Senate Inhofe, he says the Earth is but 6000 years old and that Noah put dinosaurs in his Ark AND HE IS A REPUBLICAN SENATOR

wow. what have you been smoking this day? Does insanity run in your family? Might want to get it checked.

Yes, and if you would use some common sense and look at the graphs they use to base that “warmest on record” on, you would see that most of their warming is in the northern latitudes and arctic region.

There are problems with the southern latitudes and the antartic as well. But that doesn’t stop people from “finding” a warming where there are not monitoring stations or ship traffic.

Funny thing is, there are hardly any monitoring stations there. So, how do they know it got that warm? Also, many of their individual station data are wrong. Many stations are located in Urban Heat Islands. Sometimes there are only one station in a country.

Many agencies are finding that their data is bunk.

And it all depends on what you do with the data to get what you want out of it.

And how can the world be warmest on record when the much of the US saw temps colder than average, S. America saw deadly cold snaps, sea ice is on average, Russia seeing early snows, etc.

There is actually some issue with that land\sea ratio data that NOAA relies upon. It may be skewed on purpose.

And, another thing. Most of whom you AGW-believers call “climate change deniers” do not deny that the climate is warming. We just sincerely doubt, with facts, that the globe is warming due to human actions. We believe that it is just part of a normal warm\cold pattern that has been going on for a very long while.

To me, it is the height of ego-centrism to think we can affect global temperatures, or that this earth and system does not have a way of balancing out anything that we could ever think of doing or have done to it.

Oh, and don’t forget the data managers cutting valuable data from the datasets. http://wattsupwiththat.com/2010/09/05/analysis-cru-tosses-valid-5-sigma-climate-data/

But then, never let data get in the way of a good mission.http://wattsupwiththat.com/2010/07/16/a-spot-check-on-noaas-hottest-so-far-presser/

According to Joe Bastardi, the first half of this year fell some hundredths of a degree BELOW 1998. And 1998 was unusual only because of the massive El Nino, not natural global warming.
