Politicized FBI Raids Trump’s Mar-O-Lago

This is the same FBI which refused to do its job when Hillary Clinton broke national security law, worked to destroy Trump before the 2016 election, pushed the phony Russia collusion, and tried to cover up Hunter Biden’s stuff and how it links to Joe Biden, among others

FBI Raids Former President Donald Trump’s Home

Former President Donald Trump’s Florida home, Mar-A-Lago, was raided by FBI agents, Trump announced in a statement on Monday.

“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar- A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents,” Trump said. “Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before.”

“The political persecution of President Donald J. Trump has been going on for years, with the now fully debunked Russia, Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it just never ends,” Trump said. “It is political targeting at the highest level!”

He also pointed out that “absolutely nothing has happened” to failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who deleted 33,000 emails after they were subpoenaed by Congress.

Remember, there was an open FBI investigation, and she wiped a server, which is pretty much obstruction of justice. And they knew she was using the server in violation….you know all this stuff.

So, what happens now? The Democrats have now set the standard, but, will the GOP play this same game, or continue with the get along go along method? If a team is running your big players in the NHL, you don’t sit back and take it, you start throwing hits, and fighting if necessary. Otherwise, the team is going to keep doing it. Just like the Democrats did to the GOP with things like IRS targeting, and the GOP did….nothing. When President Trump tried to fight back, the squishes got squishy and whiny. If the GOP wins the House and/or Senate, there needs to be hardcore hearings all over the place, with subpoenas backed by federal law enforcement going and arresting people, and prosecutions.

The Hillary email scandal caught fire after the hacker Guccifer dumped Hillary’s emails
Guccifer wS/is a Russian agent thus proving beyond any doubt that…. there was no collusion
2 days ago Russian state TV again refered to Trump as our good friend more definite proof of “no collusion”

That’s proof of what? Are you some kind of nut? His house was raided because he’s Trump and you guys are scared to death of the man. All the feds needed was to subpoena him. This is another instance of a two tiered justice system.

FJB has now officially crossed over to police state. The democrat coup continues.

The buildings were not “raided” but the facility was served with a search warrant and apparently searched.

A federal judge must sign off on a search warrant based on probable cause. The warrant must be specific regarding articles sought.

Commenter: All the feds needed was to subpoena him.

      LOL. Good one.

While trump will use this action for his own victimization and to raise money, his greater concern should be about the evidence the DOJ has that prompted this move.

    USA Today…

Law enforcement agents searched Trump’s Florida home on Monday.

Two people familiar with the search told USA TODAY the action was connected to Trump’s alleged removal of documents from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago property when his term in office was over.

Trump also claimed that agents searched his safe, but did not elaborate. “They even broke into my safe,” he said in his statement. (Documents can be hidden in safes.)

The FBI notified the Secret Service in advance of the law enforcement action, allowing for federal investigators’ access the former president’s property, according to a person familiar with the matter.

It remains to be seen what documents or other items might have been removed from the property or how those items might relate to an investigation.

Trump, along with many of his key allies, is under investigation for a range of issues, from the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol to Trump family business dealings; there’s no word yet on how Monday’s action by law enforcement could impact any of those probes.

Beginning in 1933 the Nazis began constructing a legal framework for their ultimate goal. Everything was done under the guise of German law, and as Hannah Arendt famously described, it was the banality of evil: clerks and accountants and railway engineers and carpenters doing legal work that was nevertheless shocking in its depravity and soullessness.

Fast Forward 90 years, and we have a government that is acting very clearly in a depraved and evil way, yet shields itself from accusations of anti-freedom behavior with arcane legal structures that allow them to act under color of the law, in spite of the obvious moral and ethical wrongs that they perpetrate.

The clearly intended consequence of the 30,000 federal statutes and innumerable regulations buried in millions of pages of the Leviathan is the culmination of Lavrenti Beria’s famous maxim:

Show me the man, and I’ll show you the crime.

from conservative Republican and former US Attorney, Andrew McCarthy of the National Review:

“This was not a raid, in the sense of a lawless break-in. The FBI conducted a court-authorized search. For the FBI to have a search warrant, a federal prosecutor first had to write a search-warrant application, sworn to by an FBI agent, which convinced a federal judge that (a) one or more crimes probably occurred and (b) it was probable that evidence of those crimes would be found in the place the Justice Department was asking to search”.

McCarthy points out that classified documents can be declassified by a sitting president — but not after he or she is out of office. If Trump had failed to declassify the documents he allegedly took to Mar-a-Lago, then he’s breaking the law. “Ergo, from the DOJ’s perspective, there was a probability that the classified documents Trump returned had for months been kept in an unauthorized place,” writes McCarthy. “Moreover, because Trump did not return to the National Archives everything that was shipped to Mar-a-Lago in January 2021, he likely still has classified documents it may be unlawful for him to possess.”

Suddenly democrats care about properly storing classified materials. No FBI raids went to Hillaries house to gather over 300 classified documents until she had a chance to erase everything.
