I still maintain that there was no reason to really press down on her shoulder like that, I just don’t get the sense that it was a “stay down” type foot shove. Not a head stomp, or even a stomp. Profitt should be charged with a misdemeanor. Yet, here’s this nut trying to shove a sign into the SUV, no telling what else she was planning to do. Imagine it was Obama in the car. Think the Secret Service and his ObamaNuts would have tackled the person? Of course, were it lefties doing it, Valle would have had the snot beaten out of her.

I said the same thing from the beginning. The woman in a disguise made an aggressive move toward a candidate’s car.
While I disagree with what happened after she was “taken down” and the threat subdued, there is no doubt in reasonable people’s minds that any other course of action by the security in the area and people in the area was correct and justified.
It does “look” like she may have run around the car to make another attempt. Is that her at 0:54 to 0:56?
She does not get stomped when she first approaches the car. The stomping happens after she is chased around the car at 0.54 seconds. That perp has already been summoned to court they are now trying to determine the names of the other people. Including the name of the man in the checkered shirt who actually tackles her and throws her to the ground where she gets the curb stomping. Teach as far as your comparison to Obama goes that IS a bit of a stretch. The Secret Service would never allow anything like that to happen, nor should they. Would you consider what happened to her to also be a Federal violation of her civil rights in the exercise of free speech ? This was done to a woman who was half the size of the perp. He now claims that he had to stomp her because he has a “bad back” Let’s hope he keeps up those lame excuses for what he did.
Profitt did not tackle her. Should the man who threw her to the ground also be charged with assault? or just the stomper?
A threat ? to what ? Free Speech ? yup gotta take her down and give her a bit of the shoe and face to the curb. That will learn her.
To the candidate, Ryan. Or is it your position that candidates never have to fear physical attacks?
Is that why Valle was wearing a disguise? Simply to voice her opinion?
You know, after everyone has been going on about this for so long, one incident that is not nearly as bad as a group of union members exercising their “rights” to those who disagree with them, I was compelled to take another look at the “stomping” video. I suspect the guy was not intending to hurt her, he likely had something on his shoe, like dog poo, and was trying to wipe it off, she got in the way.
