So, we have had Liberal Amendments 1 and 2, 3 and 4, and 5 and 6. Time for the next two
Amendment 7: In civil suits, where a contesting party is a person whose private life may interest the public, the right of trial in the Press shall not be abridged, nor to make a fool of oneself on Court TV.
Amendment 8: Bail may be required, depending on the judge's mood. There shall be no right of the public to be afforded protection from dangerous persons, and such protection shall be dependent upon incarceration facilities available. Cruel and unusual punishment shall be the sole right of the victim.
