Hillary Shared Names Of Intelligence Agents Over Her Breachable Server

Remember the freakout over the release of Valerie Plame’s name as a CIA agent? Even though Joe Wilson featured her name and employer on his Who’s Who page, it resulted in a massive investigation, which went on for years past when the special prosecutor knew who the leaker was, and liberals wanted Karl Rove frog-marched out of the White House in handcuffs, often along with Dick Cheney and George W. Bush. What do they think of Hillary?

(Breitbart) Hillary Clinton posted and shared the names of concealed U.S. intelligence officials on her unprotected email system.

Federal records reveal that Clinton swapped these highly classified names on an email account that was vulnerable to attack and was breached repeatedly by Russia-linked hacker attempts. These new revelations — reminiscent of the Valerie Plame scandal during George W. Bush’s tenure — could give FBI investigators the evidence they need to make a case that Clinton violated the Espionage Act by mishandling national defense information through “gross negligence.”

Numerous names cited in Clinton’s emails have been redacted in State Department email releases with the classification code “B3 CIA PERS/ORG,” a highly specialized classification that means the information, if released, would violate the Central Intelligence Act of 1949.

The State Department produced a document to Judicial Watch in April 2014 that identifies different types of “(b)(3)” redactions, including “CIA PERS/ORG,” which it defines as information “Specifically exempted from disclosure by statute … Central Intelligence Act of 1949.”

There are quite a few examples available at the Breitbart article of this conduct, which occurred via a server that was set up in violation of State Department policy, as well as federal record keeping laws and national security laws. She was told not to do it. Yet, she still did. She, and the people who worked for her at the time, some of whom still do, put national security at risk in willful defiance of federal law.

Be honest, Liberals: if Hillary was a Republican, you’d be calling for Hillary to be prosecuted. You’d be demonstrating. You’d be screaming it to the news media. All the leftist groups would be constantly advocating for the prosecution of her and her associates. If you’re honest with yourself, you know that’s true. You have a lady running for POTUS who willfully blew off the national security for her own convenience.

Lady Who Lives Behind Big “Wall” Complains People Shouldn’t Build Walls

Have you ever visited the White House? It’s surrounded by a tall fence, separating Los Presidente from the citizenry. If you attempt to go over it, so you can wander the grounds, view the beautiful flowers, and walk barefoot in the well maintained grass, perhaps head inside for a sandwich, well, you’ll be arrested and charged with multiple offenses.

(WTVD) In her final commencement speech as first lady, Michelle Obama struck an uncharacteristically political tone as she told City College of New York graduates to be wary of politicians who have used their platform to spread fear to their followers.

“They seem to view our diversity as a threat to be contained rather than as a resource to be tapped,” Obama said. “They tell us to be afraid of those who are different, to be suspicious of those with whom we disagree.”

The first lady’s remarks even included a rousing and direct rebuke to GOP presumptive nominee Donald Trump‘s proposal to build a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, with Obama asserting, “that is not what this country stands for.”

Here in America we don’t give in to our fears, we don’t build up walls to keep people out because we know that our greatness has always depended on contributions from people who were born elsewhere but sought out this country and made it their home,” Obama said.

Would she be OK with people illegally jumping the White House fence and making it their home? “Mooching” on the food and benefits of living at the White House?

Perhaps she could reach out to the family of Kate Steinle, murdered by a 6 time deported illegal alien who was convicted of 7 felonies. Or all the other U.S. citizens who have seen their lives damaged or taken away due to illegal aliens. Or all those who have seen wages decline thanks to illegal aliens.

Perhaps she should have a talk with her husband, who seems suspicious, even denigrating, towards those who disagree with him

Obama also channeled her travels as first lady to warn students of what happens to governments that succumb to dictators.

“I have seen how leaders who rule by intimidation, leaders who demonize and dehumanize entire groups of people often do so because they have nothing else to offer,” Obama said. “Graduates, that is not who we are.”

Again, perhaps she should have a talk with her husband

The nation’s largest veterans group hit back at President Obama on Thursday and urged him not to “denigrate” their intelligence after the president suggested their members were easily swayed by cable news and “right-wing radio.”

The Veterans of Foreign Wars called out the president after Obama referenced the political opinions at “VFW halls” in an Indiana speech Wednesday that toggled between campaign politics and the economy.

“I don’t know how many VFW Posts the president has ever visited, but our near 1.7 million members are a direct reflection of America,” VFW National Commander John A. Biedrzycki Jr. said in a statement. “We don’t have confused politics, we don’t need left or rightwing media filters telling us how to think or vote, and we don’t need any President of the United States lecturing us about how we are individually [affected] by the economy.”

That was in response to

“We have been hearing this story for decades,” Obama said. “Tales about welfare queens, talking about takers, talking about the ‘47percent.’ It’s the story that is broadcast every day on some cable news stations, on right-wing radio, it’s pumped into cars, and bars, and VFW halls all across America, and right here in Elkhart.”

Mr. Obama sure seems suspicious of those who disagree with him. Demonizing and denigrating entire groups. And then he goes to live behind his big fenced off house. One which the Secret Service intends to make taller, which neither Obama has complained about.

Illegal Alien Supporters Very Upset Over Program That Works Well

But don’t say they support law breakers or something, because that would be hate

Protesters ‘vehemently disagree’ with program allowing immigration check during arrest

Protestors took to the streets in Raleigh Thursday afternoon in protest of 287-G, a program that allows deputies to check the immigration status of people arrested in Wake County.

Demonstrators on Thursday said they vehemently disagree with the program.

“We as a community coming together with different faiths are concerned because it is clear that 287-G runs contrary to those values we intend to uphold,” said protestor Jenny Bausch. “Implementing 287-G has led to racial profiling, family separation and increased fear within the local community.”

My values say people should obey the law. Mine say that people shouldn’t come to this country illegally/overstay their visas, meaning they have violated our sovereignty and laws. Mine say if you don’t like racial profiling, don’t be here illegally. Mine say if you don’t want to be separated from your family, take them with you. Better yet, don’t come illegally in the first place. If you don’t want to be fearful, the don’t violate our laws.

Immigration, Customs ad Enforcement has said on record that 287-G is one of its most effective programs.

And that’s why they don’t like it. It works.

Al Gore To Take Long Fossil Fueled Flight To China To Teach About ‘Climate Change’

Well, I assume he’ll be taking a long fossil fueled flight, most likely a private jet, as he likes to do. It’s pretty darned doubtful that he’ll take a low carbon sailing ship across the Pacific

(Daily Caller)  Al Gore’s Climate Change Project announced Wednesday that the former vice president help will train a group of community, government and business leaders in China to become global warming activists euphemistically called “Climate Reality Leaders.”

The Climate Reality Leadership Corps training event will be in Shenzhen, China and is scheduled for June 15-16. Gore will be joined at the event by a host of scientists, strategists, business leaders, communicators and technical specialists, all of whom will do their level-best to properly indoctrinate Chinese citizens about why so-called man-made global warming is dangerous.

Someone get Gore a Hypocrisy Offset.

California Tries To Pass Anti-Free Speech Climate Change Bill

Do you know what would be funny as all get out? If all the fossil fuels companies, any companies associated with fossil fuels, and ever company run by a climate skeptic moved out of California. How would anyone get anywhere? Plus, the loss of all those jobs and revenue. Hit them where they hurt

(Washington Times) A landmark bill allowing for the prosecution of climate change dissent effectively died Thursday after the California Senate failed to take it up before the deadline.

Senate Bill 1161, or the California Climate Science Truth and Accountability Act of 2016, would have authorized prosecutors to sue fossil fuel companies, think tanks and others that have “deceived or misled the public on the risks of climate change.”

The measure, which cleared two Senate committees, provided a four-year window in the statute of limitations on violations of the state’s Unfair Competition Law, allowing legal action to be brought until Jan. 1 on charges of climate change “fraud” extending back indefinitely.

In Warmist World, fraud means any speech that they disagree with. But, interestingly, they get very upset when they are called fascists. Originally, the bill allowed suits going back 30 years, but, was then amended to go back indefinitely.

The bill, however, is probably not dead. It can be brought back up later in the year, and, being that the California general assembly is controlled by Democrats, it most likely will, with a few tiny changes to make it palatable in the Senate. If I had to guess, they’ll wait till after the November general election, to avoid the scrutiny that Democrats hate free speech and are fascists

Stephen Frank, editor of the conservative California Political Review, called the bill a “totalitarian statement by Democrats that the First Amendment is now dead.”

“Did you donate to the Pacific Legal Foundation? Do you support Americans for Prosperity? Are you a member of the California Republican Party, which has a platform approving of all forms of energy, including fossil fuel (oil)? Do you work for a gas station, an oil company, have you written a letter to the editor in favor of oil drilling?” Mr. Frank wrote in a May 31 post.

“If so, you could find yourself with being charged in a court of law, thanks to S.B. 1161,” he wrote.

The bill itself proclaims there is no legitimate disagreement on the cause of ‘climate change’, blaming it mostly on fossil fuels. I wonder if those in the California GA have given up their own use of fossil fuels? If not, perhaps the fossil fuels companies can help them out be shutting down operations in California.

Like I’ve noted, Warmists are increasing their use of Lawfare in order to force compliance while chilling constitutionally protected free speech. If they can prove fraud, go for it. Because skeptics can easily prove fraud in the so-called climate science.

Activists Wear Orange To Protest Gun Violence Or Something

Much like with Earth Hour, leftist activists put on orange for the day (or just the protest) to complain about the high rates of gun violence in mostly Democratic Party run cities

(WTVD) A nationwide movement to end gun violence made its way to the Triangle Thursday.

A handful of state lawmakers stood alongside groups advocating for increased gun safety measures on National Gun Violence Awareness Day at the state legislative building.

Members of the group North Carolinians Against Gun Violence wore orange shirts and handed out orange ribbons in what has also become known as “Wear Orange Day.” The effort launched on June 2, 2015 when a group of classmates wore orange to honor their friend, Hadiya Pendleton.

Pendleton, a 15-year-old Chicago teen, was shot and killed in 2013. Her classmates started wearing orange because it’s the color hunters wear to protect themselves.

It’s probably not a good idea to maker yourself visible in uber-Democratic Party Chicago, where the gun control laws are numerous and burdensome, yet, has a high rate of shootings.

Sen. Floyd McKissick of Durham County says instances of gun violence at are an epidemic level. He criticized lawmakers for expanding the number of areas where “concealed handgun permit-holders” are allowed to carry.

“Why would you want to encourage [guns] on parks and in playgrounds?” McKissick questioned. “Why would we want to allow people at public universities to be able to carry these guns onto their grounds?”

Because, in the vast majority of cases, it is not concealed carry holders who are shooting people. Nor is those who legally passed a background check. And McKissick should worry about all the gun violence by people who obtained their guns illegally in Durham County, and especially in the city of Durham.

Grassroots NC responded

Each time we’ve expanded concealed carry – be it into parks, restaurants or educational property – gun control advocates have predicted horrific shootings. Each time, they have been wrong.

If those claiming to oppose “gun violence” really want to do so, they should join us in eliminating so-called “gun free” zones which actually attract criminals, sociopaths and terrorists who know they can kill with impunity.

Of course, it’s not just gun free zones, it’s people shooting each other all over the place in Democratic Party run cities. And, of course, these orange wearing Liberals say it is not political. Bringing concealed carry into the mix highlights that it is political. However, it is a rather nebulous movement, which, per their webpage, offers no actual policy prescriptions, other than stop gun violence, wear orange, common sense solutions, and take a selfie. And there are quite a few leftist/anti-gun groups involved.

Instead of disarming law abiding people, perhaps they should go after those who obtain guns illegally and implement serious penalties on them. Perhaps these activists should work more in the neighborhoods where violence in more prevalent, particularly in those Democratic Party run cities with massive gun control.

NY Times: Say, People Are Just Barely Getting By In Obama’s Economy

Obviously, being the NY Times Editorial board, the word “Obama” fails to appear

In the United States, nearly one-third of adults, about 76 million people, are either “struggling to get by” or “just getting by,” according to the third annual survey of households by the Federal Reserve Board.

That finding, dismal though it is, represents a mild improvement in general well-being last year, compared with the two years before. The improvement, however, was clearly too little to raise Americans’ spirits: The new survey, which was conducted in late 2015 and released last week, also shows that optimism about the future has tempered.

Who’s been president these past 7+ years? Let’s be clear, when Bush was president, everything that went wrong economically was blamed on him. Yet, Obama is utterly spared from his policies that have led to the worst economic recovery post-recession since WWII. The wasted money from failed stimulus programs, obamacare, regulation after regulation, economic proposals, they have all helped to stymie economic growth.

Congress and other economic policy makers, as well as the presidential candidates, could also use the survey to get some insight into Americans’ real economic problems. Among them is deep insecurity. Nearly 70 percent of adults said they were “living comfortably” or “doing O.K.” — up a bit from previous years — but nearly half of all respondents said they could not cover an unexpected expense of $400, or could do so only by selling something or borrowing money.

Thanks, Obama and Democrat lawmakers. And these fools want more of the same our of Hillary or Bernie.

Over all, the survey depicts an economy in which many Americans face daily hardship, while even the college educated — the presumed winners in the economy — still face big obstacles. The findings argue for continued low interest rates; for government policies and federal spending to help create good jobs at good pay; for affordable education that starts at preschool, thus fostering college-ready students; and for a safety net that can withstand today’s potent economic forces.

By all means, let’s double down on the policies that have failed, while increasing the size and power of government.

Warmists Pretty Upset That Less Fortunate Are Getting Air Conditioning

The Cult of Climastrology has long held a deep seated hatred for air conditioning, though few are willing to give it up themselves. They always expect it to be restricted for people in Third World Nations. It’s the typical liberal “do as I say, not as I do”. The Washington Post’s resident hyper-Warmist Chris Mooney, along with Brady Davis, continue their complaints, while exposing something interesting

The world is about to install 700 million air conditioners. Here’s what that means for the climate

As summer temperatures finally settle in, many in the United States take it for granted that they can dial down the thermostat: Americans use 5 percent of all of their electricity cooling homes and buildings. In many other countries, however — including countries in much hotter climates — air conditioning is still a relative rarity. But as these countries boom in wealth and population, and extend electricity to more people even as the climate warms, the projections are clear: They are going to install mind-boggling amounts of air conditioning, not just for comfort but as a health necessity.

That’s already happened in some places. In just 15 years, urban areas of China went from just a few percentage points of air conditioning penetration to exceeding 100 percent — “i.e. more than one room air conditioner (AC) per urban household,” according to a recent report on the global AC boom by researchers at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. And air conditioner sales are now increasing in India, Indonesia and Brazil by between 10 and 15 percent per year, the research noted. India, a nation of 1.25 billion people, had just 5 percent air conditioning penetration in the year 2011.

A study last year similarly found “a close relationship between household income and air conditioner adoption, with ownership increasing 2.7 percentage points per $1,000 of annual household income.” For Mexico in particular, it therefore projected a stupendous growth of air conditioning over the 21st century, from 13 percent of homes having it  to 71 to 81 percent of homes.

Growth of wealth. Awesome! We should be happy about this, right? Right?

In most ways, of course, this is a very good thing: Protecting people from intense heat — a town in India this month saw temperatures exceed 123 degrees Fahrenheit — is essential for their health and well-being. It’s just that it’s going to come with a huge energy demand, and potentially huge carbon emissions to boot.

How dare these people use energy! But, they have a solution

To try to address this problem, Moniz’s department is participating in the Advanced Cooling Challenge, which is to be launched Thursday in San Francisco at the 7th Clean Energy Ministerial, a global meeting of national energy policy leaders. The goal will be to find creative solutions to lessen the energy and climate impact of an unstoppable trend toward more global air conditioning — by making air conditioners much more energy efficient, and also less dependent on HFCs or hydrofluorocarbons as refrigerants, because these substances themselves act as an extremely powerful greenhouse gas in the atmosphere.

Now, see, there is nothing wrong with looking towards more energy efficiency. Most companies that make cooling units look to do this, due to consumer demand. And, from an environmental standpoint, which doesn’t include ‘climate change’, looking for alternatives to HFCs is a good idea. However, what we’ve seen from these same Warmists are proposals to increase costs significantly, which would price the lower income folks in the country and around the world from being able to afford cooling. And heating. They’ve advocated for blocking the usage and sales of A/C, along with replacing the refrigerants with really, really expensive gases. Warmists care little about the people their policies harm. Yet, strangely, the same Warmists will not give up their own A/C.

That all said, the article is less bat guano insane than normal, and recommends more research and development. That would be a good thing, even for just saving energy, saving us all money. Of course, Warmists also want to dramatically increase the cost of energy, so….
