Is anyone surprised in the least that the climate cult wants to silence free speech? This is one of the issues that turned me from believing that anthropogenic global warming, as it was called back in the early part of the century, was a big issue to a skeptic. I could see that virtually every policy from the Warmists revolved around big, controlling, Authoritarian government. These same people constantly yammer about “losing our Democracy” yet are the first ones who want to restrict the rights of citizens, who want to stop you from speaking. Oil production in 1/2017 was 8874 it rose to a high of 12980 in 12/2019. It fell sharply in 2020 with the leftie demanded shut down and has not exceeded the 12980 figure.
