Inhofe Drops The “I” Word

We’d probably be talking more about this if the majority of the press was interested in doing their job, instead of being instruments of the Obama campaign

(The Blaze) Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) said in a radio interview Thursday that “of all the great cover-ups in history” — including the Pentagon papers, Iran-Contra and Watergate — Benghazi “is going to go down as most serious, most egregious cover-up in American history.”

“We may be starting to use the I-word before too long,” Inhofe said on the Las Vegas-based “Rusty Humphries Show.”

“The I-word meaning impeachment?” Humphries asked.

“Yeah,” Inhofe confirmed.

I’ve said for a long time that the talking points were the 3rd most important thing in the Benghazi issue, yet they may possibly lead to Obama’s downfall.

    Well, isn’t that a fine how-do-you-do?

Impeachment over lies and the betrayal leading to the deaths of Americans? Really? At this point, what difference does it make? It’s only American dead. Not like they were anyone important. Not like they wouldn’t die eventually.

Besides, what really could the State Dept due at an American embassy overseas. Thats a very long way away.

Americans died, Obama lied. IRS is dishonest and partisan. FBI spying on reporters. All of a sudden, everybody has been attacked by this administration. Where and who do you turn to if you cannot trust your government? Obama has done more to destroy this country than any saudi bomber.

  3. If only most of the Press wasn’t completely in the bag for Democrats and Obama, and instead practiced the Constitutional duty they were given when specifically mentioned in the 1st. Heck, they would have been covered by the Free Speech part, but the Founders wanted them to be the watchdogs and not have to worry about the government coming after them.

not surprising the GOP LOVES that I word. They Impeached Bill Clinton while he kept a 68% approval rating. When the Dems took the House in 2006 Pelosi specifically said that Impeachment was off the table even after Bush was asleep at the wheel on 9/11 Obama has an approval rating TWICE as high as Bush had when he left.

That’s funny john. When it was your party throwing it around like it was the answer to every thing under Nixon and Reagan.

Impeachment is the people’s way (of all parties) to have a corrupt president or a member of his administration removed from office. It is the people’s veto power.

And, approval ratings mean more to you than laws, huh johnny? Are you one of those fan boys of the Tsarnaev who are fawning all over the survivor, and thus don’t believe he is the guilty one? Because he is so popular?

No, they impeached Clinton because Clinton failed to uphold his oath of office and committed a crime (perjury) for which he was later convicted and had his law license suspended.

When the Dems took the House in 2006 Pelosi specifically said that Impeachment was off the table even after Bush was asleep at the wheel on 9/11

Even assuming you are correct, what “high crime and misdemeanor” did Buch commit in 9/11?

The investigating body made up of Democrats and Republicans said Bush had done no wrong and that policies of Clinton had hamstrung the nation’s intelligence gathering abilities. So what would be the charge for Bush?

Obama has an approval rating TWICE as high as Bush had when he left.

    And?

The fact of the matter is that Obama has committed the same crime as Nixon. In fact, when you read the Nixon impeachment articles, they apply to Obama.

This is not a popularity contest. This is a question of right, wrong and the Constitution.

But those things never matter to liberals like you john.
