IPCC Slammed For Lies As IPCC Readies For Conference In The Exotic Vacation Spot Of Cancun

Hey, you know, climate creationists work hard to invent their scarefests to light, making them up the same way Freddy Krueger and Jason Vorhees were fictional inventions

A high-level inquiry into the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change found there was “little evidence” for its claims about global warming.

It also said the panel had emphasised the negative impacts of climate change and made “substantive findings” based on little proof.

The review by the InterAcademy Council (IAC) was launched after the IPCC’s hugely embarrassing 2007 benchmark climate change report, which contained exaggerated and false claims that Himalayan glaciers could melt by 2035.

The panel was forced to admit its key claim in support of global warming was lifted from a 1999 magazine article. The report was based on an interview with a little-known Indian scientist who has since said his views were “speculation” and not backed by research.

And the parade of the UN IPCC’s greatest hits blunders falsehoods continues on and on and on, most of which we have heard already, and which Believers have covered their eyes against, and will continue to ignore. You can read more about the panel and its findings here and here. But, hey, all the findings against the UN IPCC are meaningless, because they have goodness and love in their hearts. The goodness of the public taxes to send them to exotic vacations spots, that is, so, you need a scare: Why failure of climate summit would herald global catastrophe: 3.5°

The world is heading for the next major climate change conference in Cancun later this year on course for global warming of up to 3.5C in the coming century, a series of scientific analyses suggest. The failure of last December’s UN climate summit in Copenhagen means that cuts in carbon emissions pledged by the international community will not be enough to keep the anticipated warming within safe limits.

The conference is in December. Nice time of the year to vacation in Cancun, eh? Who cares if Copenhagen was a failure, it was a nice vacation. I wonder if Obama will pop in on the tax payer dime?

Cancun, or “COP 16” as it is officially known, will again see ministers and officials from nearly 200 nations grapple with the politics of global warming, but no one thinks they will be able to close a widening breach in the world’s defences against dangerously rising temperatures – the “gigatonne gap”.

And each of them will put out more CO2 for this trip than dozens of average citizens. Seems rather, oh, hypocritical, doesn’t it, to fly all over the world, putting out CO2, in order to discuss how CO2 will kill the world? But, of course, the narrative is not about science, otherwise, they wouldn’t pull a number like 3.5c, which is a rise of 6.3 degrees F, out of their posteriors. Though, the iguanas will certainly cheer that kind of temperature rise.

3.5 degrees in the next century. So, it will be warmer than the Midieval Warm period, about even with the Roman Warm Period, and Cooler than the Minoan Warm Period.

    Works for me!

If the temps go up 3C it will be the warmest in 10.000 years.
We are already warmer than during the Roman Age 2000 years ago and just about even with the medieval warming period AND our temps are still going up. Increaseing temps DO NOT work for me. We have already pretty much lost our inshore lobster fishery south of Rhode Island because of a 2F rise in water temps and our energy consumption has gotten more costly in order to stay cool.WHEN WILL WE GET OUR GLOBAL COOLING http://www.ctpost.com/news/article/Another-day-of-high-heat-for-region-as-Earl-16521.php
