Hillary Clinton was interviewed by NTN24 out of Quito, Ecuador on June 8, and was asked about how the Obama administration was handling the Arizona law. She answered frankly, that the justice department, under Obama’s direction, will bring a lawsuit against the Arizona law.
I thought they were still looking at the law. I didn’t realize they had already decided to challenge it in court. Kinda makes me wonder if that was the plan all along, especially since this was just a few days after he met with Gov. Brewer:

Oh, hey, look, Most Americans back new Arizona law. You do have to drift all the way to the end of the 7th paragraph to find out that, in their poll, 58% support the Arizona law. But, then, when did Obama ever give a rat’s heiny what the American People want?
Meanwhile, many governors, including Jan Brewer, are wondering where those 1,200 National Guard folks are, because they sure aren’t showing up to defend the border.
