Coolest New Coney Island Ride: Waterboarding!

Bwahahahahahahahaha!

A man with a black hood pours water on the face of a prisoner in an orange jumpsuit strapped to a table — no, it’s not Guantanamo Bay, it is New York’s Coney Island amusement park.

The scene, using robotic dolls, is an installation built by artist Steve Powers to criticize waterboarding, a simulated drowning technique the U.S. admitted using on terrorism suspects, but human rights groups say is a form of torture.

“Waterboard Thrill Ride” beckons with a sign of cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants who appears tied down and exclaims: “It don’t Gitmo better!”

What’s more fun is watching the wacko’s from groups like World Can’t Wait waterboard each other. So far, I think they have have waterboarded considerably more of their own folks then the 3 terrorists the US did it too. Funny stuff!

Torture is illegal and immoral. Thankfully both our Presidential candidates reject waterboarding.

  2. But waterboarding is not, in my opinion, torture. No one is hurt. Just forced to shit their pants a bit being scared.

John McCain considers it torture. Having experienced torture himself he should know.

In 2006 during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing the sitting Judge Advocates General of the military services (Major General Scott Black, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General, Major General Jack Rives, U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General, Rear Admiral Bruce MacDonald, U.S. Navy Judge Advocate General, and Brigadier Gen. Kevin Sandkuhler, Staff Judge Advocate to the Commandant of the U.S. Marine Corps) unanimously and unambiguously agreed that waterbaording is inhumane and illegal.

You know it’s torture, Teach. You just don’t care.

Kids across the nation are playing the waterboard game. So far I haven’t heard of any injuries or deaths. (EMS/Fire and all that) Can’t say that for the extremely violent democrats in the twin cities.
