Our esteemed host had to switch to a rainy day picture due to tropical storm Ophelia. Not only did the distinguished Mr Teach pinch hit for me on my poor site while Mrs Pico and I were vacationating on Ocracoke Island, but the meteorologist at the Weather Channel kept Hurricane Lee away from the coast while we were there, and waited until after our return to the Bluegrass State to let the tropical storm hit Ocracoke.
