As I stood on my 2nd floor balcony the night of July 4 and watched about 10 fireworks shows going off from my vantage point, all I could do was praise GOD that we still have the freedom to express our freedom. And, we still have the freedom to poke a finger in the eyes of the “burn ban”. hahahahaaa
Yeah, along with the boom-booms of fireworks, I heard a constantly wailing of firetruck sirens.
While we are screwed economically, and failing capitalisticly (word?), we are still the bestestest and greatest nation on the earth and I would not want to be anywhere else on Earth.
Thank you Teach for your efforts on this blog and supporting freedom and liberty. And, supporting happiness with your “If all you see” posts. (wink)
