Trackback Friday Featuring the Surrender Monkey! 3 Californian’s!

Happy Friday to all! It's that time of the week again! Do you have an interesting post you want to share with everyone? The official Surrender Monkey of the Democratic Party says to do what the Lefties don’t, since they all have the same talking points: link it!

surrender monkey democrats

It's official: the Democratic Party is the Party of surrender

Three California Democrats in Congress announced a bill Wednesday that they say would force President Bush to withdraw troops from Iraq within six months.

Their legislation would repeal the authorization for the use of force, fully fund a six-month withdrawal of U.S. forces and military contractors in Iraq, and prohibit permanent military bases from existing there. It would also provide economic and political aid to the Iraqi government.

The bill draws heavily on discussions the three lawmakers – Lynn Woolsey, Maxine Waters and Barbara Lee – had with former Sen. George McGovern (D-S.D.) and William Polk, co-authors of a new book advocating withdrawal.

You know that the kook fringe will eat this up. They will probably want to nominate the three to run for President, and will be hounding all the elected Democrats to support and vote for the legislation.

Get this:

Critics of an immediate withdrawal worry it would destabilize the region and allow insurgent forces more freedom to take over the vulnerable government in Baghdad.

Addressing those concerns at a news conference announcing the plan, Woolsey said, "Our leaving may cause a blip, could cause it to become slightly worse, but it will be for just a short time. I truly believe our leaving is going to calm things down."

Yup, just like it was a momentary blip when we skeddadled from Vietnam, thanks to Democrats. Millions upon millions of people were slaughtered in South Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. China invaded the northern part of Vietnam in 1979, briefly. Vietnam was a pariah nation for well over a decade and a half, harming their economy and their people. Yet, fortunately, the Vietnamese weren't invested in the spreading of their culture and religion by sword point outside of their little area, unlike Muslims.

But, hey, Dems do not really care. Notice that the three ladies are blamin the instability and issues on the US military.
