Trump Admin Looking To Revoke Legal Status Of Illegals Biden Brought In

It’s time to stop taking in every minorly inconvenienced person from around the world, especially when they demand that America change for them

Trump officials make plans to revoke legal status of migrants welcomed under Biden

The Trump administration is preparing to revoke the legal status of many of the migrants who were allowed to come to the U.S. legally from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela under former President Joe Biden, according to internal government documents reviewed by CBS News.

The proposal by the Department of Homeland Security, spelled out in an unpublished notice, would fully terminate a Biden administration program that allowed more than 530,000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to fly to the U.S. if American sponsors agreed to help them financially.

The Biden administration argued the policy, known as CHNV, discouraged illegal immigration by people from these four Latin American countries by offering them legal means to come to the U.S., but President Trump froze the initiative hours after being inaugurated. Trump officials have specifically argued the program was a misuse of immigration parole, the legal authority which the Biden administration used to admit those under the sponsorship initiative, and to allow them to apply for work permits.

But, you’re just bringing in lots we do not want legally for ones that might have come illegally. But, did the policy really stop them? How many illegals still came in?

Under the new move, the Trump administration would revoke the parole status of those allowed into the U.S. under the CHNV policy and place them in deportation proceedings if they have failed to apply for, or obtain, another immigration benefit, like asylum, a green card, or Temporary Protected Status, the internal proposal shows.

The U.S. shouldn’t be a dumping ground for all these people, and damned sure not when they refuse to assimilate.

Many Haitians and Venezuelans, for example, are enrolled in the TPS program, which, like parole, temporarily shields them from deportation and gives them work permits. But TPS is in the crosshairs of Trump officials, who argue the policy has also been abused.

It has been. There was a time when the U.S. brought in people who brought value, not be wards of the state who abuse Americans.

LOL: USDA Scrubs Climate Crisis (scam) From Website

The USDA is not the only one doing it, either

USDA orders removal of climate change mentions from public websites

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has directed agency officials to review and remove content related to climate change from its public websites, according to internal emails obtained by ABC News.

The directive instructs web managers to identify, archive, or unpublish materials mentioning climate change by “no later than close of business this Friday,” according to the emails.

In an email sent Thursday, USDA Director of Digital Communications Peter Rhee detailed the process, requiring staff to “identify and archive or unpublish any landing pages focused on climate change” and track related content in an attached Excel spreadsheet for review.

“OC will review the submitted materials and make determinations on next steps,” Rhee wrote, referring to the department’s Office of Communications.

A separate email sent to website managers at the Agricultural Research Service (ARS) emphasized the urgency of the request.

And there was much crying and teeth-gnashing among the doomsday cultists

A USDA webpage published in 2022 provides information on “Climate Change Adaptation and USDA.”

“Producers, ranchers, forest landowners, and communities across the country are facing challenges posed by the effects of climate change,” the webpage states. “Some of these effects are familiar but occurring more frequently or intensely while others are new and unprecedented.”

And therein lies the problem: it reads as cult propaganda and activism rather than neutral government. It’s unnecessary and, really, interferes with the core mission of the Ag Dept. But, that’s what the cult does, all meant to create a dominant, authoritarian government.

Bummer: Pentagon Boots Multiple Credentialed Media Outlets From Press Room

This is going to leave a mark

Trump Pentagon Boots NBC, NYT, NPR, Politico to Make Room for NYP, Breitbart News, OANN, HuffPost

The Trump Pentagon under Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth in a massive overhaul of its practice allowing journalists to work from inside the building is beginning a program to remove four establishment media news outlets from their workspaces for one year to replace them with new media outlets, including Breitbart News.

Acting Pentagon Press Secretary John Ullyot issued a memo on Friday to the Pentagon Press Association announcing that the NBC News, the New York Times, National Public Radio, and Politico must give up their physical workspaces in the Pentagon for one year to the New York Post, Breitbart News, and the Huffington Post.

“Each year, one outlet from each press medium — print, online, television and radio — that has enjoyed working from a physical office in the Pentagon will rotate out of the building to allow a new outlet from the same medium that has not had the unique opportunity to report as a resident member of the Pentagon Press Corps,” the memo said.

The Pentagon is giving those outlets two weeks to vacate their offices, effective Friday, February 15, 2025.

It is funny the ones that were picked to boot, isn’t it? The NY Times is supposed to be THE biggest, most important newspaper in the country, yet, they were booted. Will they be back at some point during Trump’s term? I doubt it. Will any of the others make it back? And to be replaced with 3 typically reliable conservative outlets? Excellent. Was the Huffington Post (a pretty darned hard uber-leftist outlet) put in just to say “no, we’re totally fair on doing this”? This is going to be a fun 4 years, and it might be that reporters start asking better questions, ones that solicit actual information the American People need to know, rather than attempting to be activism and insanity.

The White House is also opening up seats for other outlets, though, not booting

(Resist The Mainstream) The packed press room reflected the administration’s new approach, as Leavitt emphasized the commitment to broadening media access.

“This White House believes strongly in the First Amendment. It’s why our team will work diligently to restore the press passes of the 440 journalists whose passes were wrongly revoked by the previous administration,” she stated.

Leavitt also underscored the declining trust in legacy media and reaffirmed that the Trump administration welcomes independent journalists, podcasters and content creators to cover the White House.

Among the first outlets granted access to these seats were Breitbart and Axios, with representatives from The Post Millennial, The Daily Wire and other emerging news platforms also in attendance.

Excellent stuff. And, unlike during the Biden-Harris admin, Leavitt and others will actually answer questions rather than bloviating and circling back and rarely answering anything.

Your Fault: Rat Populations Are Skyrocketing Due To Global Boiling

It surely can’t be due to horrible Democrat policies in big cities, right?

Rats! Climate change is helping increase their populations in cities

Humans have done a lot to help rats become one of the most prolific mammals on the planet. We leave out food waste and trash. Our buildings and sewers provide cozy homes. We inadvertently help them cross oceans on ships. Now, burning fossil fuels and heating up the climate can be added to that list.

Rising temperatures seem to be helping rat populations grow faster, according to a new study in the journal Science Advances. Researchers found cities that have seen the most warming had more sightings of rats, an indication that the population has grown.

“Rats are fascinating creatures, but they come with very big issues,” says Jonathan Richardson, professor at the University of Richmond and an author on the study. “One of the key takeaways I hope cities glean is that it’s a problem that’s going to require more resources.” (snip)

They found that denser urban environments and higher human populations helped boost the number of rats. Warmer temperatures seemed to be the biggest influence. Cities with the biggest growth rates were Washington D.C., San Francisco, Toronto, New York City and Amsterdam.

Richardson says it’s likely because rats have more of a chance to reproduce if winters are getting shorter.

And, of course, this is due to anthropogenic climate change, because you had to drive a fossil fueled vehicle.

And the last paragraph

The key for controlling rats is controlling ourselves, Byers says, by better managing food waste and restricting access to trash (“garbage in = rats out“). New York City, long-known for its piles of plastic trash bags and chronic rat problem, has instituted new rules about minimizing the amount of time trash is sitting on the curb and is piloting new trash containers.

Yeah, it’s not the slight increase in global temperatures over 170+ years, it’s human made messes. And, yes, you do have the urban heat island effect in big cities, where it doesn’t cool down as much at night.

SCB Judge Released MS-13 Gang Member

I remember when the Democrat talking point was that they didn’t want the criminals and gang members, just the good illegals. Yet, this keeps happening

MS-13 gang member arrested by ICE previously released due to sanctuary policy

An MS-13 gang member arrested by federal immigration authorities in Massachusetts last week was facing state gun charges and had previously been ordered to be deported before he was released by a Boston court.

Luis Adolfo Guerra Perez, 19, a Guatemalan citizen, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents on Jan. 22.

“Luis Adolfo Guerra-Perez is an illegally present gang member, who has shown complete disregard for American laws,” said acting Field Office Director Patricia H. Hyde. “He is a member of a violent street gang charged with illegally possessing a high-capacity firearm and drugs. We will not tolerate such offenders to threaten the residents of our New England neighborhoods.”

Guerra was initially arrested on March 21, 2021, after illegally entering the United States through the southern border, ICE said. The U.S. Border Patrol issued him a notice to appear before an immigration judge.

And the Biden admin let him go. A known MS-13 gang member. There is a zero percent change that he would be given asylum. None. Nada. He should have been sent right back to Guatemala. He was finally ordered deported in 2024.

However, on Jan.3, an East Boston District Court arraigned him on several charges, including possession of a large capacity weapon/firearm, possession of a class D controlled substance, possession of firearm without permit and possession of ammunition.

And yet they still let him go without even notifying ICE, because Boston is a sanctuary city. And the release date? January 22nd. Because they did not want an MS-13 gang member facing multiple felonies to be picked up. How does this safeguard the citizens of Boston? Maybe the elites think that hardcore gangbangers like Perez will do their lawns?

LOL: Climate Cult Shouts Down Democrats

Eventually, if you keep feeding the alligator hoping it eats you last there is no one left to feed it

‘Scream night’: Democrats get shouted down by their own activists over climate change

Democrats are scrambling to find their footing in the second Donald Trump era. But for 30 minutes on Thursday night, they struggled even to get through a party meeting.

The final forum of candidates running to lead the Democratic National Committee was derailed at numerous points by climate protesters — a reminder of the fractures still dividing a party reeling from its losses in November.

More than a dozen protesters, some affiliated with the Sunrise Movement, repeatedly stopped the DNC forum proceedings throughout the first 30 minutes. After five individual interruptions, six more protesters surged toward the stage, attempting to unfurl a banner, before they were forcibly removed.

LOL

The moderators — MSNBC hosts Jen Psaki, Jonathan Capehart and Symone Sanders-Townsend — grew visibly frustrated by the frequent outbursts, even as they readjusted questions to address climate change.

“If anyone else feels the need to disrupt, please stand up and do it right now,” Sanders-Townsend said.

But the protests continued — becoming so distracting that some of the DNC chair candidates vented their annoyance. Jason Paul, a longshot among the eight contenders, accused the protesters of “hijack[ing] the whole evening” and turning “this into scream night at the DNC.”

Democrats are all sorts of happy when their moonbat base disrupts Republicans and companies and stuff, but, aren’t happy when the same wackos come after them.

The whole tweet

Adah was one of the 3 young people with Sunrise who stood up this evening. Here’s what she wrote about why she decided to speak up.

“I’m 18 years old and I’m scared about what Trump having power means for our democracy and our planet. Millions of people will die if people like Trump keep winning.

To defeat Trump, the Democratic Party needs to loudly and proudly take a stand against billionaires and show voters that Democrats are the only party ready to fight for working people.

That’s how we will win back young voters and working class voters and defeat Trump. We’re asking all the candidates to sign the People, not Billionaires pledge and commit to: (1) revive the Obama-era ban on corporate donations to the DNC and (2) ban SuperPAC spending in Democratic Primaries.

We’ve shown up at forums around the country and we’ve reached out to all the candidates asking them to sign. We’ve tried to get our questions asked.

We’ve tried to ask nicely. Tonight, with just days before the Chair election, I stood up to make sure this question got asked. I appreciate the moderators taking up this question and asking it of the candidates.”

It’s great listening to all these world savvy youts, eh? But, she does have a point: the Dems abandoned the working class. Taking a stand against all the rich folks backing the Democrats won’t make a difference, as the working class knows the Democrats do not care, they just patronize.

Washington Elites Now Against Warrants For Section 702

Why? Because Donald Trump’s pick for head of National Intelligence is for them. This would include Democrats, Republicans, the Credentialed Media, and former intel head honchos (you know, who were completely wrong on Russia Russia Russia, Hunter’s laptop, and so much more)

Gabbard backs use of warrants to ensure Section 702 searches are ‘targeted and justified’

Tulsi Gabbard, President Donald Trump’s nominee to serve as director of national intelligence, said Thursday she is in favor of using warrants to carry out data collection under a controversial clause in a foreign intelligence collection law.

Gabbard’s stance on warrant use for data collection under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act — which allows the federal government to collect and share data on foreign targets who may pose national security risks — runs counter to views by current and former officials that the warrants slow down critical data collection.

Counter! What does the law say? Isn’t that what matters? That it is the only thing that matters? Well, per legal challenges, courts have ruled that one is not needed. The ACLU has sued multiple times to require warrants, at least where Americans are involved. My personal opinion is that as soon as a specific American, group, or company is identified then a warrant should be required. And, it is a very slippery slope when the Federal Bureau of Investigation is trolling the electronic information of Americans with blanket authorization.

Remember, Section 702 is supposed to be about communications and such for people outside the U.S., which can at times involve Americans outside the U.S. and inside. The FBI is super against needing a warrant when it involves Americans in the US, because it would be inconvenient. Because they want to take the short route.

(ACLU) FBI, CIA, and NSA officials routinely search through this vast trove of data for information specifically about Americans, even though these communications were all collected without a warrant. Information found through these “backdoor searches” can be used to prosecute Americans for crimes, even if they are not related to national security.

It’s not often the ACLU is right these days, but, they have a point. And, remember when Democrats were losing their ever-lovin’-shit over Section 702 during the Bush years? I do. Of course, that was simply because Bushitler was president. They were rather quiet during the Obama years. Back to original article

“Warrants should generally be required before an agency undertakes a U.S. Person query of FISA Section 702 data, except in exigent circumstances, such as imminent threats to life or national security,” Gabbard wrote in pre-submitted answers to questions from members of the Senate Intelligence Committee ahead of her Thursday confirmation hearing. “This warrant requirement strengthens the IC by ensuring queries are targeted and justified.

Gabbard was pressed on this answer by Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) during the hearing, confirming this was still her current position. Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) later asked Gabbard if she knew that the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act Court, where Gabbard said the warrants would be obtained from, had ruled that warrants were not required, and Gabbard answered that she was “aware.”

Others will disagree. I disagree. The FBI is trolling up all this data, then querying it. If a person is a U.S. citizen the FBI should be required to get a warrant. Foreigners in the U.S.? Are they here legally? Yes? Should they get 4th Amendment protections? That’s questionable? But, American citizens damned sure should IMO, courts be damned.

Regardless, now that Gabbard is the nominee the Elites are against protecting Americans. BTW, I do support Gabbard. Yes, she certainly holds old school Democrat beliefs: socially liberal but for protection of America. Like a JFK. But, she seems to want to do the job as required by Trump, who nominated her. We can disagree on social issues, but, we agree on national security. And that’s what the job is. I think she will do great.

Treasury Department Exits Global Climate Scam Group

The dominoes keep falling on the climate scam. If people want to practice what they preach, have at it. Stop using Other People’s money and trying to make them comply

US Treasury Department Withdraws From Global Regulatory Climate Change Group

The U.S. Treasury Department said on Thursday it was withdrawing from a global body of central banks and regulators devoted to exploring ways to police climate risk in the financial system.

“The U.S. Department of the Treasury’s (Treasury) Federal Insurance Office (FIO) today notified the Network of Central Banks and Supervisors for Greening the Financial System (NGFS) that it is withdrawing its membership,” the U.S. Treasury Department said in a statement.

Oh, and, hey, more!

FERC Terminates Draft Policy Statement on Climate Change Impacts of Natural Gas Infrastructure

Under the direction of Chairman Christie, President Trump’s new appointee to lead the agency, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued an order revoking the draft policy statement that would have assessed the upstream and downstream greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and associated climate change impacts of natural gas infrastructure projects.

High-level overview

By revoking its Interim GHG Policy Statement, FERC has signalled that it will not assess certain disclosures of GHG emissions of infrastructure projects. FERC will continue to perform environmental reviews on each natural gas pipeline certificate application under its jurisdiction but will operate on a “case-by-case” basis oriented on the characteristics of each project. The decision follows several years of federal appeals court decisions which have often remanded orders back to FERC due to insufficient consideration of climate change impacts, which served as a driving factor in the agency contemplating updates to its Policy Statement. Operating under a new chairman, FERC is ostensibly aligning with the energy policy agenda—as shown by the Executive Orders issued in the first week—of the second Trump administration.

Here’s hoping this continues on into every federal agency.
