Joe Biden Boasts Only All-Electric Cars Will Be Manufactured in America by ‘3035’
President Joe Biden mistakenly boasted on Friday that American auto companies would be ready to make all of their vehicles electric by the year “3035.”
The president spoke about auto companies during a speech in San Diego about subsidizing American semiconductor chip manufacturing.
During his speech, Biden recalled a meeting he had at the White House with American auto company CEOs, including General Motors CEO Mary Barra, whom he has met several times since taking office.
He mistakenly stumbled over the name, sounding as though he said “Amy Barrett” before correcting himself and saying “Chairman Barra.”
The president recalled that Barra called him up after the meeting and told him that General Motors would go “all-electric.”
He said that Barra “called me up and said they’re going to go all-electric by 3035. Every other company signed up to do the same thing.”
Biden was trying to refer to the pledge by General Motors to go all-electric by the year 2035, but was off by 1,000 years.
And, yet, Biden is still traveling around in a big fossil fueled limo. Go figure.

None of our candidates celebrate the genocidal murder of prenatal children. None celebrate the mutilization of children to pursue some science denying religion of homosexual perversion. Similarly none desire the destruction of the American energy sector, the American auto industry and the American economy to pursue some ridiculous false theory that man is destroying the planet. None celebrate letting felons out of jail while putting Ma & Pa America in cells for protesting stolen elections. And none celebrate criminals, sexually deranged psychotics, communists, nazis, anarchists or generally anti American because they went to Haaavard.
These candidates, unlike their democommie counterparts, don’t hate America, God, the family, straight people, men who are men, Whites, and are not on a continuous guilt trip over every disadvantage and problem someone has.
They don’t believe all women, think black lives matter more than any others, don’t wear pink pussy hats, burn buildings, topple American statues, rob/rape/murder people on the street nor do they piss and shit in the street.

The GOP was never much interested in governance; and the nuGOP even less so. When the nuGOPhers descend on DC (imagine 100 Marjorie Taylor Greenes or Lauren Boeberts) being led by Jim Jordan and Matt Gaetz!
Photovoltaic Solar holds great promise, thermal to a far lesser degree, but in either case the technology is just not ready for market, never has been. So far it’s been a complete boondoggle. The definition of a false economy. “Pennywise, pound foolish” and “robbing Peter to pay Paul” doesn’t even begin to cover it.
I have no problem with the responsible subsidizing of research but the truckloads of cash that have been pissed away on the current solar, EV, and battery market so far has only made a few really rich assholes a little richer while creating more of a mess. That and plumped up the campaign coffers of the even worse assholes that created and administered the programs in the first place. These .gov programs, besides the obvious corruption, are actually stifling advances in the technology. Why make a product better when you can bribe some politicians to pay you for your shitty one? And guess where all that cash comes from, you and me.
Solar panel and EV battery technology needs to get to a place where the raw materials can be obtained without creating ugly humanitarian and ecological disasters on every continent first. Wouldn’t that be a nice start? Jesus fucking Christ, we’ve got half the planet losing sleep over sustainable coffee production, but we can’t apply the same market forces to solve this little inconvenient snag in the green process? Apparently not while our elected “officials” are on the tit! All we see are a vapor trail of decrees and rulings, commanding utterly unattainable (ambitious, we’re told) shifts to “renewables” as though that sort of thing could be accomplished by fiat.
Then let’s work on improving the efficiency such that the hardware will at least have a prayer of producing as much energy as it took to create it over its service life and figure out how to recycle the parts afterward without adding to the environmental troubles created by the mining disasters and manufacturing operations that it took to produce them.
Pretending that we’re on the right track with the current “green technology” is absolutely psychotic, and it’s not helping the citizenry, the consumer or the planet in the least. The collective “actions” by governments, as usual, have created a cure that’s way worse than the disease. Every time we’re told by our betters in authority that they have devised some wonderful new green ordinance, it just costs us more and makes everything just a little dirtier. Meanwhile, if some actual genius were to come up something that was genuinely a great advance in the field, someone (usually driving several black Tahoes) would purchase the patent and we’d never see it again. So it goes.
Oh, and large-scale wind is a joke that never made sense even in theory and should be immediately abandoned.
