Young Climahypocrites Say Now Is The Time For Revolution

What these young climate activists are showing is that the ‘climate change’ movement is really just about left wing politics

These Young Climate Justice Advocates Say It’s Time for a Revolution
On July 21, youth climate marchers will converge on Washington and around the country to demand a better future.

So, wait, they’re going to take long, fossil fueled trips to complain about anthropogenic climate change? That’s weird.

Jamie Margolin can’t remember a time in her life when climate change wasn’t a crisis. The signs were everywhere, from the disappearing sea life in the 16-year-old’s hometown of Seattle, to the climate-related disasters in Colombia where her mother’s family lives.

“When you’re growing up with all this beautiful wildlife around you, it gives you a better idea of what you want to protect,” said Margolin, who will start 11th grade this fall. “And also it’s more painful when, for example, things go wrong, when you see that that habitat is being destroyed.”

Margolin said she wanted to take action when she was younger, but avoided it because the problem was so terrifying. But Donald Trump’s election spurred her to action.

So Trump Derangement Syndrome. Check

A diverse group of students is spearheading the march. They’ve created a platform shared exclusively with HuffPost that recognizes the environmental impact of climate change on marginalized communities such as indigenous, homeless, queer and trans people, communities of color, and people with disabilities.

“You really can’t fight for climate justice without fighting all of these other systems of oppression, because those systems of oppression are why we’re here in the first place,” said Margolin. More than 40 groups have endorsed the movement, including the global grassroots climate organization, which described the upcoming event as the largest youth-of-color-organized climate march in U.S. history.

So, identity and hyper-leftist politics. Check. And they complain a lot about fossil fuels. Yet, they’re still using them themselves, and will use a lot to head to Washington, D.C.

“As the Trump administration disregards the dignity and human rights of young people and their families, we have a responsibility to stand with youth who are fighting to protect our collective future and prevent the worst impacts of climate change,” said May Boeve,’s executive director, in a statement announcing the endorsement last month.

More TDS.

“There’s just so much death in the bay, and if the fish are dying, the fisherman can’t fish and create their business and they lose their livelihood,” said Nazar, who has grown up visiting and learning from the researchers at the Institute of Marine and Environmental Technology where her mom, a marine biologist, works. “The whole bay is just really polluted and not doing very well.”

Which is an environmental problem, not a ‘climate change’ problem.

“There has to be revolution in, really, the way we live. You can’t take down climate change without taking down rampant consumerism and all of these other oppressive systems,” said Margolin. “It’s more about the larger human change that has to happen. I always like to say that we’re not just fighting climate change, we’re fighting for human change.”

Say the people who can barely look away from their capitalist created smartphones while getting their capitalist created weird coffees, wearing their capitalist created backpacks and clothes, and heading to their protests in capitalist created fossil fueled vehicles.

But, hey, revolution! To……find out that their lives become much more costly and they’ve given up their freedom voluntarily to government.

    TEACH: So Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Have you not been paying attention? tRump either doesn’t understand global warming or is just lying to his science-illiterate fundamentalist base.

Can you imagine the trouble for the GOP if young Americans start showing up on election day?

Maybe the current regime can pass an amendment raising the voting age to 50.

    • formwiz says:

No, sweetie, he does understand. He understands it’s a scam and he understands most people know it’s a scam.

The only ones who buy this nonsense are people to afraid to think for themselves and need to be told what to believe and what to do.

      You, f’rinstance.

And, if young Americans sow up on election day, it will be the Demos whop are in trouble.

Of course, you don’t believe the polls.

    • Bill589 says:

      Name calling. Ridiculing. Lying.
You have all the symptoms of Leftism.
      Seek help.

      • jefferson says:

The name calling was by fromwhiz, not me. Guilty of ridicule. Didn’t lie.

      • jefferson says:

Have you noticed that TEACH name calls every post? Climahypocrites, in this post.

And your trollmaster, D.J. tRump has been known to call people names.

        • Bill589 says:

          They call liars, liars.
Good for them, bad for the Left.

          • jefferson says:

Got it, Con Men calling people names is right, liberals calling people names is wrong.

            Good argument. Solid reasoning.

Why not make arguments based on facts, evidence and reason?

Or have you been taught that ridicule is effective (Alinsky Rule 5).

            5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.”

        • Bill589 says:

Got it. Con men telling the truth is right.
          Leftist lying is wrong.

    • Jl says:

You’ve got it backwards-Trump perfectly understands “global warming”. He just recognizes it as the wealth transfer scheme that it really is. Hence, goodby Paris, hello reduced emissions by letting the free market take care of things

      • jedediah says:

Again, most educated people disagree with Trump regarding global warming. Most scientists disagree. The evidence disagrees.

Agreed, let the free market take care of it. Charge fossil fuel users for the costs resulting from global warming. Market forces will prime the transition to non-CO2 emitting sources. We agree!!

  2. jedediah says:

“There’s just so much death in the bay, and if the fish are dying, the fisherman can’t fish and create their business and they lose their livelihood,” said Nazar,

So their concern is for the well-being of the fishermen and their families and their businesses. Wish the NuCons looked ahead like that. NuCons don’t give scheisse about the working classes – only their regressive idiotology and their true constituency, the wealthy.

“The whole bay is just really polluted and not doing very well.”
TEACH: Which is an environmental problem, not a ‘climate change’ problem.

Actually, it’s both. It’s encouraging that Con Men finally accept that the environment is important, after ignoring the issue for so long. Do you support measures/regulations to block the polluting of areas like “the whole bay”?

But re tRump and the environment – his EPA is dismantling all environmental regs that protect your water, air and soil. And climate change IS an environmental issue (we know, we know – Con Men think global warming is a communist hoax, like they thought air pollution/acid rain/water pollution/ozone depletion were hoaxes years ago).

Why would anyone ever trust conservatives when it comes to the environment? History shows us you’re ALWAYS on the wrong side.

    • Bill589 says:

Scientific evidence supports the fact that the climate has always changed.
Giving government more money and power doesn’t change that fact.

  3. formwiz says:

Maybe the bay would be better off if people didn’t throw their trash in it.

    Which is environment. Or conservation.

And the only cons, Con Men, or anything else are the trollmasters who feed you this nonsense.

  4. jefferson says:

I wish the new conservatives here wished to engage in debate using facts, evidence and reason. You know, make arguments. I would like to understand why you think the way you do.

But sadly it’s been my experience that new conservatives reason like trump does.

Easy question: Do you believe that the Russian government attempted to get Donald Trump elected in the 2016 Presidential election? If not, why not?

    • Bill589 says:

I believe a lot of countries, including ours, have tried to influence others election.
It is far worse that our own Leftist DC tried to stop The People from electing Donald.

‘If our Republic is ever to be defeated, it is because we destroyed ourselves.’

      • jefferson says:

If other nations, including the US, have tried to influence elections, does that excuse the cyberattacks from the Russian government?

If China had launched a massive cyberattack in support of Secretary Clinton, resulting in an Electoral victory with fewer votes, would you still say we should excuse it? Would you favor a DOJ investigation then?

        What is the Leftist DC?

Do you mean Democrats wanted Trump to lose? Did they use illegal means?

Yes, we are in the process of defeating our own Republic.

  5. Jl says:

Funny- “if not, why not? Gee, because after about a year and a half there’s still no proof. This is after J states “..I wished they used facts, evidence and reason.” You mean the facts, evidence and reason that you have none of pertaining to “Russian collusion”? I thought so.

    • jefferson says:

Did you read the indictments against the Russian government agents? The next round of indictments will most likely include the American conspirators as well as Wikileaks and “unnamed” other conspirators.

Many Trump campaign officials had contact with the Russian government. Flynn, Manafort, Sessions, Gates, Papadapolous, Stone, Trump Jr, Kushner et al.

    • jeffy says:

Do you think the current investigation of the Russian government cyberattacks on our elections is less important than the 4+ year Whitewater investigation and the multiyear investigations by the House and Senate??

  6. Jl says:

As far as Trump Derangement Syndrome, maybe it’s covered by Obamacare..

  7. JL says:

Taking lessons from John Kerry, CNN didn’t believe in election hacking till they did believe in election hacking…..

    • jeffy says:

Your citation is talking about hacking the actual election process – e.g., changing votes, deleting actual votes or adding spurious votes. The article concludes that this is very unlikely.

This type of crime is not the subject of the Mueller investigation.

The Russian government DID steal data on 500,000 registered voters. They did hack several Democratic computers, stealing emails and releasing through Wikileaks (Trump “loves” Wikleaks) in an attempt to help Trump.

  8. Jl says:

In an alleged attempt to help Tump, you mean. Meanwhile-

    • jedediah says:

Do you blame President Obama for the Russian government hacking Democrats to help Trump win the election?

Should Mr. Obama have known what they were doing?

So you think President Obama wanted Trump to win?

  9. Jl says:

Let’s go one by one-this is fun. “Do you blame Obama for Russian government hacking to help Trump win the election?” Do you have any evidence of that? No, you do not. “Should Obama have known what they were doing? That’s funny- if that happened under Trump’s watch, you know the headlines would have been “Trump allowed Russian…..”. So playing by your rules, yes. Of course you miss the main point of the article- that when told of it by the FBI, he did nothing.

    • jeffy says:

j: that when told of it by the FBI, he did nothing

And please save yourself embarrassment by not linking to anything tRump says. He ALWAYS lies. You can’t believe a word he says or types – your problem is that you trust him.

ejecting 35 suspected Russian intelligence operatives from the United States and imposing sanctions on Russia’s two leading intelligence services.

The administration also penalized four top officers of one of those services, the powerful military intelligence unit known as the G.R.U.

Intelligence agencies have concluded that the G.R.U. ordered the attacks on the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations, with the approval of the Kremlin, and ultimately enabled the publication of the emails it harvested to benefit Donald J. Trump’s campaign. (ed. – No wonder tRump hates the US intelligence agencies).

In addition, the State Department announced the closing of two waterfront estates — one in Upper Brookville, N.Y., and another on Maryland’s Eastern Shore — that it said were used for Russian intelligence activities…

Mr. Trump responded to the Russian sanctions late Thursday by reiterating a call to “move on.” But he pledged to meet with intelligence officials, who have concluded that the Russian hacking was an attempt to tip the election to Mr. Trump.

“It’s time for our country to move on to bigger and better things,” Trump said in a statement.

      and then:

The Trump administration appeared to loosen U.S. sanctions Thursday that the Obama administration had imposed against Russia in response to its cyberattacks in the 2016 presidential election.

The Treasury Department published a license that authorizes certain transactions between U.S. companies and the FSB, Russia’s security service and for the importation, distribution or use of “certain information technology products in the Russian Federation.” Such transactions had been prohibited under Obama administration sanctions imposed on Russia in late December. At the time, the U.S. sanctioned nine entities and individuals including the FSB and GRU. The Obama administration said that the FSB had assisted and provided material support to the GRU in its efforts to interfere with the U.S. election.

One might argue that the sanctions by President Obama were not punishment enough, but then tRump abated them!

Do you think tRump’s smearing of the US intelligence services, the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, while also smearing Blacks, women, Muslims and immigrants is denigrating the US?

Everyone one except tRump and his supportive minority understands the Russian were trying to help tRump.

  10. Jl says:

Told you this was fun-“he always lies….”. Which, of course, is a lie of your own. No doubt Obama knew of this.:

  11. jefferino says:

first notrickszone, now the Gateway Pudendum??? Granted, tRump lies more than they do, but the odious jimhoft lies or exaggerates in almost every post. Why do you bother?

There’s your problem, you rely on Pierrregosselin, the odious jimhoft and tRump (and probably FOX) for you info.

    Devin Nunes, LOL.

I bet you think jimhoft is more reliable than BBC, AP or Reuters, don’t you.

If you here something that conflicts with your worldview, it’s fake!!

And this phenomenon gave us don trump.

  12. Jl says:

First, you don’t refute NTZ. Second, the article wasn’t written by NTZ, but one has to be smart to figure that out (by reading). Third, you don’t refute Gateway pundit either. Fourth, “Trump lies all the time” was a…lie, by you. Fifth, all of this is standard operating procedure from you

    • drowningpuppies says:

The little black fella has trouble keeping his lies straight.

      • gitarcarver says:

You have to take Jeffery’s comments about the Gateway Pundit in light of the fact that he was kicked off the site for actions that violated the terms of service.

        • covjefe says:

And that’s a lie by gc. The Gateway Pudendum makes scheisse up all the time. He feeds the right-wing machine with his fake news.

Speaking of terms of service, does TEACH have one?

  13. jefferino says:

The odious jimhoft makes stuff up, and when someone refutes it with evidence, they are blocked.

jimhoft pimped the false story of Michelle Obama being caught on tape dissing “whitey”.

He pimped the identify of the FBI “spy” in the trump campaign.

  14. Jl says:

But the subject at hand has not been refuted, as stated

    • jefferson says:

Your sources (Gateway Pudendum, tRump, Putin, FOX) are suspect – not to be trusted.

The original subject was TEACH reprise of the chorus, “global warming is a leftist conspiracy, not a scientific endeavor.” Which has been refuted repeatedly.

Did Russian intelligence attempt to help tRump win the 2016 election? Of course they did. There is absolute proof that Russian intelligence hacked multiple sites, leaking emails, and also peppered social sites (Facebook, twitter, Google, Reddit) with pro-tRump, anti-Clinton posts. Why do you think they attacked Dems and favored tRump if not to help his election chances?

Why did Putin and his agents want to ingratiate themselves with the tRump campaign – wouldn’t the smart money be to back the favorite?

There is evidence that high level members of the tRump campaign/administration, with extensive prior contacts with Russian intelligence (e.g., Manafort, Jr., Tillerson, Stone, Page, Flynn) were in contact with Russian agents during the campaign. Collusion, if a crime at all, is not well defined, and therefore is hard to prove. Conspiracy is. Campaign finance law violations are. Obstruction of justice is.

Almost all (99%) of the “pings” to the Trump Organization server in the summer of 2016 came from two sources – Alfa Bank (80% of emails; largest private commercial bank in Russia) and Spectrum Health (run by the husband of Betsy DeVos’s, a tRump donor; DeVos was subsequently tRump’s Sec of Education).

U.S. intelligence also concluded that Russians hacked the RNCs computer system, But Republican hacked materials were not released.

Researchers counted 30 million shares of pro-Trump false news stories on Facebook, compared to 8 million shares of pro-Clinton false news stories.

Russian intelligence also supported Jill Stein, who has made several comments favorable to Russian interests and, sponsored by Russia Today, traveled to Moscow in December 2015 to participate in a panel discussion. She also attended a dinner with Russian President Vladimir Putin and future security advisor, Michael Flynn.

      Stein votes/Trump margin:
      MI: 51,463/10,704
      PA: 49,678/46,765
      WI: 31,006/22,177

Trump’s only hope is political, not legal. He’s trapped in a swamp Russian meddling and is looking for a way out.

Prosecutor Mueller’s team has all that information and much, much more. Emails, schedules, telephone calls…

      • drowningpuppies says:

“Is not” isn’t a valid refutation nor an argument…
