Surprise: Trump Resistance Groups Are Taking North Korea’s Side

As you’re certainly aware, North Korea has become rather bellicose as of late, because that’s what they do. They just reportedly set off a hydrogen bomb, and they are reported to be readying another missile launch. Just the other day we saw this

(Breitbart) This week in an interview with the Los Angeles Times editorial board, Rep. Brad Sherman (D-CA), who filed articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump, said “Trump derangement syndrome” was so strong with his Californian constituents, he would be forced to oppose Mother’s Day if Trump endorsed it.

Sherman said, “Then we have a Trump derangement syndrome where — thank God he didn’t put out a message on Mother’s Day because there would have been pressure on me to come out against Mother’s Day.”

He added, “If Trump takes a position, then you must take an equally extreme and opposite position. He’s for Mother’s Day — you must be against Mother’s Day. He’s for a wall — you have to be for unlimited immigration from all places.”

Then we have this

(Daily Caller) Two of the nation’s most active anti-Trump “resistance” organizations are taking decidedly pro-North Korea stances in the United States’ developing nuclear standoff with the communist country, whose leader, Kim Jong Un, has repeatedly threatened to launch a nuclear strike against America.

One group is Refuse Fascism, a well-funded “resistance” group created for the express purpose of opposing President Trump’s administration. Internal presentations from a Refuse Fascism conference last month said the group intends to make America’s leaders lose “international legitimacy” as a way of ultimately bringing down the Trump presidency, as TheDC first reported.

The other group is Workers World Party, a Marxist organization that has played a leading role in anti-Trump demonstrations across the country.

Both groups have consistently echoed North Korean talking points that demonize America while excusing Un’s genocidal regime, and both groups have instructed their followers to distrust American media reporting that reflects negatively on North Korean leaders’ oppression of their own people.

There’s quite a bit more at the article, much more detail. Suffice to say, yes, they are just two Leftist organizations. But, you can bet there are quite a few #resist-ers who feel the same. Searching “north korea #resist” at Twitter we see things like

https://twitter.com/brienthess/status/904417362429878272

That’s mild in the attacks on Trump.  We’re living in a Trump Derangement Syndrome world. Much like Democrats wanted to take the side of anyone no matter how bad they were during the Bush years (Iran, Al Qaeda, Islamist groups, North Korea, and so forth), they’re doing the same now for Trump.

A recent scientific paper comparing psychology traits of alt-right adherents to the general population showed alt-rightists scored most high on dehumanization traits of non-whites, non-christians, scored high on authoritarianism, and distrust of media but regarded the economy slightly MORE positively than did other Americans.

Not all tRump supporters are alt-right, but alt-rightists are tRump supporters. No doubt there is a large swath of tRump supporters who do believe that the economy has failed them, but that’s not what drives the white supremacists.

If you truly believe that hetero white christians are inherently superior to Blacks, foreigners, gays, transgendered, Jews, Muslims, Hispanics, and that governments should work harder to protect the rights of white Americans, but you are not overly concerned about the economy, you are likely an alt-rightist.

Note that the Charlottesville white supremacists, neo-Nazis and Klansmen had the means to travel to Virginia and owned expensive weaponry. They hardly represented the impoverished unemployed from Michigan, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

      Jeff,
I can’t believe you are as stupid as you display. Did you even read your article? Are you aware that over 55% of the people interviewed voted for Hillary? Only 17% voted for Trump. Really, if you are this stupid then why do you comment and voice an opinion?

      • Jeffery says:

        david,

Being generous, you’re a fvcking lying sack of sh!t, 75% of those IDed as alt-right voted for tRump and 5% voted for Clinton. Of those who DO NOT IDENTIFY as alt right cretins (that is normal people) 56% voted for Clinton and 18% for tRump. We have pointed out before that neither arithmetic nor reason are your strong suits, you smelly old liar.

Averaging across groups clearly shows that tRump voters were OVERREPRESENTED in the total sample you smelly old liar.

You may also recall that in the nation Clinton received millions more votes than tRump.

        Stop lying.

        • david7134 says:

Yes Jeff, I have your trash article the same careful consideration that you do for every subject and applied the same generalizations. Fool.

          • Jeffery says:

            dave,

No. You lied about what was in the article – we can only assume to mislead others. Stop lying.

The actual scientists who wrote the paper discussed the weaknesses of their research methods at the end of the article. That’s how actual scientists work.

Their conclusions shouldn’t be that surprising – when compared to most, Americans who self-identify as alt-right consider themselves superior to Blacks, Mexicans, other foreigners, Jews, LGBTs and Muslims. They think the economy is working OK for them. They don’t trust our free press.

You’ve stated before that you consider yourself superior to most other people especially Blacks. The economy has treated you well it seems. We assume you consider CNN, the NYT, WaPo etc to be fake news.

            Do you consider yourself alt-right?

  2. Jeffery says:

    from a twit:

The last thing I want to see are good people dying because my country’s megalomaniac-in-chief couldn’t get along with North Korea’s.

Do we assume from your mockery that YOU want to see good people (other people, not you) die because of tRump’s idiocy?

Do YOU have faith that tRump will handle this situation wisely or do YOU, like most Americans, fear that tRump will respond based on his fragile ego? Isn’t that a legitimate argument to have? Deciding whether to run a con on folks buying vacation homes in Cabo or Hawaii is different from global nuclear war.

We DO have faith in tRump’s military advisors (thanks for them). We DO favor the violent and painful death of Kim Jung Un.

Your position seems to be “My tRump, right or wrong.”

One of us suspects that if the CIA somehow managed to assassinate the only fat kid in North Korea, Jeffrey specifically and the left in general would howl at this horrible act, and demand that President Trump be sent to the Hague to stand trial for a war crime.

      • Jeffery says:

You can suspect whatever your imagination can conjure. We suspect that the Amerikan right would love to run this nation as autocratic dictators worldwide have. You would love to imprison (or worse) your perceived enemies. But that’s just our suspicion.

Should the US government assassinate heads of state, even those as dangerous of Kim Jong Un, is a valid question, don’t you think?

But we would be pleased hearing that Kim suffered a fatal accident or was murdered by a rival. Being extremely painful would be a bonus.

  3. Bob spelled backwards says:

The Norks misbehave because they’ve always been bribed to cut their crap out by the UN/US with the US pretty much footing the bill. They will continue to act the fool until uncle sugar starts writing checks again. So, the paranoid and stupid can blame this on the 30k or so white nationalists (because reasons?!?) in a country of 321 million, but that has no basis in reality.

Surprise: Trump Resistance Groups Are Taking North Korea’s America’s Side

There, fixed the headline for you.

  5. Dana says:

The left are appalled that, the Clinton/Obama policies of appeasing/buying off North Korea not having worked, President Trump is trying a different tactic. That the Supreme leader, Kim Jong-un, backed down from his threat to send missiles at Guam after Mr Trump promised that such would be met with fire and fury seems to have escaped their notice.

Had the Clinton¹ and then Obama polices worked, President Trump wouldn’t be faced with this problem. Did North Korea really test a hydrogen bomb? If so, the work on it had to have begun well before November 8, 2016. Have they really launched an ICBM-range ballistic missile? Work on that began long before Mr Trump was elected President.

The left absolutely quail at the thought of an American leader being forceful rather than a pussy. I suppose that’s simply more confirmation of the research that indicates that physically weaker men males are more likely to be politically liberal.

Not all tRump supporters are alt-right, but alt-rightists are tRump supporters. No doubt there is a large swath of tRump supporters who do believe that the economy has failed them, but that’s not what drives the white supremacists.

Not all Schumer/Pelosi supporters are communists but all communists are Schumer/Pelosi supporters.

Not all Anarchists are Schumer/Pelosi supporters but all Anarchists are Schumer/Pelosi supporters.

So one can only surmise that Schumer/Pelosi must be communists/anarchist based upon Mr. Jeffery’s assumptions.

Mr. Jeffery must be a communist. It seems his talking points are in line with what the far, far leftists around the world are saying.

Because Trump is supported by Alt-right that makes him evil.

If that is the case then the Alt-left who supports the democratic party/leaders makes that party and those leaders evil as well.

No less evil then the alt-right. Everyone understands this is nothing more than to get back at trump for his birtherism. The problem is that the alt-left is not doing anything to help Americans who are struggling with stuff besides political ideology. I would venture a guess that about 70 percent of America doesn’t give a care about politics. They are much more interested in the food on their tables, paying their rent and enjoying a day off now and then.

Sad that America doesn’t understand how infected they have become by several communist regimes around the world that want to bring America down from within.

You Americans best wake up and see what is happening inside the leftist march on liberty. I know some of you do, but you are seriously losing the battle to far left/Marxist infiltration. I know several scholars who are predicting the total demise of the USA within a decade now.

  7. Jeffery says:

I know several scholars who are predicting the total demise of the USA within a decade now.

You could identify them to strengthen your argument. Can you identify the threats you consider the internal “red menace” in the US? Was President Obama a communist? Sec Clinton? The Dem Party? Or others outside the party apparatus?

    • Bob spelled backwards says:

“Not all tRump supporters are alt-right, but alt-rightists are tRump supporters. No doubt there is a large swath of tRump supporters who do believe that the economy has failed them, but that’s not what drives the white supremacists.”

      Physician, heal thyself.

  8. Rotterdam says:

    @Jeffery

I would not presume to put forth names on this website so that you could then pull out your Saul Alinksy playbook and totally destroy said scholars credibility in order to make your point.

As to those people you pointed to. What you fail to grasp is that as much as the GOP is run by a third column so too is the DNC and the left. One does not need to be a communist in order to be subject to the power of the Communist doctrine that prevails within the left. See Hillary Clintons many changes in policy once she started her bid for presidency.

This is what is so sinister about the Communist infiltration that is occuring not only in the EU but all across the USA, Canada and Mexico. It permeates South America sometimes openly obvious.

So Mr. Jeffery you can continue to deny what lies in front of you or you can stand to fight against that which is part and parcel of the Democratic left. The choice really is yours.

There is no difference in the left then with the Right petrified to act knowing that they too have their own evil demons they must fear in order to keep their jobs. Jobs, power, prestige are more important than helping Human beings. This is the marching orders by both sides of all Policial isles around the world.

  9. Jeffery says:

OK, Mr. Rotterdam, we’ll keep our eyes open for communists.

My mistake on the scholars, I thought you meant published remarks by public scholars.
