The Wilmington Star chimes in on Mike Nifong
It was not understandable that Nifong failed to dismiss the charges when the players' main accuser kept changing her story and when it turned out that she had been treated for mental illness, given anti-psychotic drugs, convicted of driving while impaired and convicted of two misdemeanors after a drunken high-speed spree that included trying to run over a Durham County deputy with a taxicab she'd stolen.
