Beer Monday Linkfest: DA Nifong Possible Fed Investigation Target

And a Happy Monday to all. Mike Nifong could sure use a beer.

Video: Federal Probe on DA Nifong?

If it does end up being investigated by the Feds, then it will have to be a tequila day. Read the story here.

What is even more tragic is that the next court hearing is not till February 5th. Whatever happened to "justice delayed is justice denied," and that old standby, "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial"?

I did the Snoopy dance when I heard this. I can’t wait to see the outcome. Now if we can just get Jesse Jackson to recant his offer to pay for this young woman’s education. Of course that will never happen.

You have to love that the accuser is living the liberal lifestyle, stripping for a living, having sex with multiple men in a short amount of time, and having lots of welfare babies out of wedlock.
