Will the NFL be surprised by terrible ratings for the 1st game? Low attendance? Low merchandise purchases? Hey, it’s not like Black Lives Matter is a Marxist organization, you know

Are you psyched for the season? From the link
NFL games in Week 1 may be starting a little differently this season.
According to ESPN, the league will have renditions of “Lift Every Voice And Sing,†traditionally known as the Black national anthem, played before “The Star-Spangled Banner†as the NFL’s regular season gets underway.
The NFL is also considering other ways to recognize the victims of police brutality during the upcoming season, which is slated to start on Sept. 10. Among those ideas is listing the names of victims on helmet decals or jersey patches, per ESPN.
I’m waiting to hear how the millionaires who play the game and coach the game will be donating their time and money to help out. Anyhow, they might have gotten away with playing it after the Star Spangled Banner, but not first. Will they even play the SSB? These same leftist forces hate American and say the SSB is raaaaacist due to the 3rd stanza. Certainly, Francis Scott Key was potentially a racist, but, he was a man of his time in Maryland. Oh, and a member of the Democratic Party. Also
Good grief. The "hireling slave" mentioned in 3rd verse of our Anthem is not about slaves at all but British fighters pic.twitter.com/1QkX82Mfdw

Will the NFL pay homage to the officers killed on duty specifically? They do pay homage to first responders. Will police provide security? They are being dishonored by the NFL, especially if they “recognize victims of police brutality.” Police should refuse to work at the venues. Let the millionaires and billionaires in the NFL pay for their own security.

Portland city leaders have voted to adopt a climate emergency declaration, a step they say will strengthen the city’s climate action approach to focus on climate justice and equity.
A caste system is an artificial construction, a fixed and embedded ranking of human value that sets the presumed supremacy of one group against the presumed inferiority of other groups on the basis of ancestry and often immutable traits, traits that would be neutral in the abstract but are ascribed life-and-death meaning in a hierarchy favoring the dominant caste, whose forebears designed it. A caste system uses rigid, often arbitrary boundaries to keep the ranks apart, distinct from one another and in their assigned places.
The $1.5 trillion infrastructure bill the House passed 233-188 on Wednesday has little chance of advancing in the Republican-controlled Senate. But it fired a political warning shot: Democrats view climate change as a top issue for an already turbulent election year.
As millions of Americans escape home quarantine to the great outdoors this summer, they’ll venture into parks, campgrounds and forest lands that remain stubborn bastions of self-segregation.
The national conversation about race has caused many Americans to examine their roles in maintaining systemic inequality. From today’s perspective, it’s easy to judge our nation’s history of slavery and wonder in disbelief how such a dehumanizing system was tolerated by so many for so long.
