Israeli Report: Global Sumud Flotilla Had No Actual Aid, Just Propaganda For Hamas

Foreign Ministry: Flotilla to Gaza had no humanitarian supplies

None of the 40 vessels participating in the Global Sumud Flotilla, which Israel intercepted on Yom Kippur, was carrying humanitarian aid, according to the Israeli Foreign Affairs Ministry.

The ministry also released a video by the Israeli Police featuring spokesperson Dean Elsdunne showing the empty interior of one of the flotilla’s largest vessels.

The spokesperson points out that the complete lack of aid explains why the organisers refused Israel’s and multiple countries’ offer to hand over the aid and avoid entering an active war zone and breaking the law.

“It was never about bringing aid to Gaza. It was about the headlines and social media followings”, Elsdunne says in the video.

Maybe that’s why they refused all those offers from Italy, Israel, and other countries to take the “aid” to Gaza?

OK, in fairness, it is one boat being shown. But, one of the largest, and they can’t find anything? Maybe it’s because they threw it all overboard knowing they would be boarded?

Too Bad: Trump Admin Cancels $500 Million For Colorado Climate (scam) Initiative

Trump admin cuts $500M for Colorado climate change initiatives

Colorado is set to lose $500 million in federal dollars to address climate change after the Trump administration announced the cancellation of “funding to fuel the Left’s climate agenda.”

Why it matters: Rescinding the grants is aimed at gutting the Colorado Energy Office.

The Polis administration needs the money to meet its goals for reducing greenhouse gas pollution.

The big picture: The directive from White House budget chief Russ Vought and the Energy Department — led by Denver energy company executive Chris Wright — specifically targets 223 projects in 16 Democratic states.

Zoom in: In Colorado, at least 34 projects worth more than a half-billion dollars are being canceled. That includes money awarded to the state’s energy office, universities and energy companies, Colorado officials said.

Oh, well. Guess you have a choice: raise taxes or stop paying for illegals. Or, simply move on from the doomsday scam.

Democrats Say They Do Not Want Illegals To Have Government Healthcare

One of the main lines of attack the White House and Republican lawmakers have leveled against Democrats amid the government shutdown is the claim that Democratic lawmakers want to give immigrants in the U.S. illegally free health care — which Democrats deny.

“Democrats are holding the American government HOSTAGE so they can give FREE health care to ILLEGAL ALIENS,” House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Republican from Louisiana, said on social media Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Vice President JD Vance accused Democrats of wanting to “take from the American people in order to give taxpayer-funded healthcare to illegal immigrants.” (snip)

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act — passed by lawmakers and signed by President Trump over the summer — significantly restricted noncitizen eligibility for Medicaid coverage, making it only accessible to lawful permanent residents, Cubans and Haitians who entered the U.S. legally and noncitizens from several Pacific islands. -(snip)

The Democrats’ funding proposal would restore noncitizen eligibility for Medicaid to the longstanding pre-2025 rules, reopening access for the classes of immigrants who were carved out earlier this year. All of those immigrants are in the U.S. either legally or with the government’s permission.

Unearthed debate clip goes viral against Dems as illegal immigrant health coverage becomes top issue

As the federal government shutdown continues, a clip from the 2019 Democratic presidential primary went viral when the candidates were asked if they support providing healthcare to those in the country illegally.

“Is JD Vance a liar or just woefully ignorant when claiming that Democrats want to give health benefits to undocumented immigrants?” disgraced ex-Democratic Minnesota Sen. Al Franken posted to X on Wednesday, leading to the clip being posted in the comments by one user.

“Raise your hand if your government plan would provide coverage for undocumented immigrants,” NBC News anchor Savannah Guthrie asked while moderating the June 2019 debate followed by all ten Democrats on stage raising their hands.

Oh, and then

Part of the ongoing government shutdown debate centers on subsidies for the Affordable Care Act, which would lead to a rise in premiums that opponents say prove that the program is unsustainable.

Illegal immigrants are unable to get insurance on the ACA marketplace, but Emergency Medicaid is covered as well as several states that use state taxpayer dollars for illegal immigrants to enroll in Medicaid.

The Dems claim that most of the money comes from state coffers. Like 80%. So, that means 20% is federal money. And it means that Democrats do want, in fact, illegals to get healthcare.

Climate change is threatening all of the ocean’s migratory species

Climate change is negatively impacting migratory species across the board, a new report has warned this week, altering the ranges, shrinking the habitats, and threatening the ecosystems across which all migratory species occupy throughout their lifecycles.

Confirming long-held understandings about the effects of global warming, extreme weather events, and shifting water systems; findings from a major workshop conducted by the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals has concluded that all migratory species are now at risk.

Unsurprisingly, whales are at risk again with climate change found to be altering whale migrations, shrinking their prey, and negatively impacting upon reproduction rates. The report highlights that among them, it is the North Atlantic right whale that is ‘especially vulnerable’, a species now being forced to make migratory detours into dangerous pockets of the ocean – all driven by warming seas.

Migratory species serve as critical links in the ecosystems that sustain life on Earth. From forest elephants that contribute to carbon storage capacity in the jungles, to whales that transport essential nutrients across ocean basins – migratory species are vital in maintaining healthy ecosystems that are resilient and contribute to climate change mitigation.

However, because such species rely on habitats that span continents and seasons, environmental changes in one region can trigger cascading effects thousands of miles away, under-scoring the global nature of conservation challenges.

Sigh. It’s always some sort of Doom with these people. These species and such survived the previous Holocene warm periods and cool periods…well, most did, and will do just fine with this minor warm period. The cult just can’t help themselves in always looking at the utter worst doom they can possibly think of. And blame you.

And, the thing is, while ocean pollution has decreased, humanity could always do better. Instead of this absurd focus on Hotcoldwetdry we should focus on real environmental issues.

Surprise: Hamas Likely To Reject Peace Plan

Well, you can understand, since the plan requires Hamas to effectively disarm and surrender. And the group which is dedicated to killing Jews and destroying Israel wants to keep killing Jews and destroying Israel. What do the Palestinians want, though?

Hamas likely to reject Trump’s peace plan for Gaza, terror group official tells BBC

Hamas will likely reject US President Donald Trump’s 20-point peace plan that would end the war in Gaza and see the release of the remaining 48 hostages, a senior official of the terrorist organization told the BBC on Wednesday.

The British public-service broadcaster cited the official saying that the plan “serves Israel’s interests” and “ignores those of the Palestinian people.”

The official added that Hamas also refuses to disarm and surrender its weapons. It also rejects any presence of an “International Stabilization Force” in the Gaza Strip, both of which are conditions in Trump’s plan, the BBC noted.

The report comes in contrast with a Tuesday CBS report, citing an informed source, saying that Hamas and other Palestinian terror groups are leaning toward accepting Trump’s proposal.

The terrorist organization had not given an official response to the proposal, but was reviewing it “responsibly,” the CBS report stated. The BBC report noted that a Palestinian official had said that it is being examined by Hamas leadership both inside and outside of Gaza.

It’s almost like Hamas and the other Islamic terrorist groups want to continue being terrorists, which does not serve the plight of the Palestinian people. As long as Hamas wants to fight Israel will continue to obliterate Gaza. The Palestinian people need to decide if they want to continue supporting killing Jews and attacking Israel while supporting Hamas, or want their nice territory back like it used to be. Can they overcome their brainwashing to just accept peace? They do not have to like Jews and Israel, they just have to stop the attacks.

Another condition that Hamas reportedly rejects is releasing the remaining hostages at once, which the BBC describes as them letting go of their only “bargaining chip.”

Of course.

This comes after Palestinian Islamic Jihad spokesman Mohammed al-Haj Musa told Ultra Palestine on Tuesday evening that Hamas was set to meet with other Palestinian groups to discuss their response to the plan.

The proposal “does not pertain to Hamas alone, but rather to the entire Palestinian people,” Musa told the Palestinian outlet. “Therefore, all factions are required to participate in formulating a unified national response to it.”

Again, what will be the response overall from the average Palestinian: peace or continued annihilation? They cannot win. The can do well in the propaganda, but, that’s it. Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt have told Hamas to accept the peace plan.

Why are there no mass protests for Hamas to accept Trump Gaza peace plan? – analysis

Since the October 7 Massacre, “ceasefire now” has been the rallying cry for activists demanding that Israel cease its military operations against Hamas in Gaza.

The slogan was emblazoned on banners in street marches, stated in speeches by politicians across the world, and featured in open letters by celebrities. Activists demanded a “permanent ceasefire” to end hostilities, ostensibly to save the lives of civilians caught in the crossfire.

Yet after a comprehensive peace proposal was presented by President Donald Trump on Monday, and it received the backing of major Middle Eastern powers, including Turkey and Qatar, there was silence from the “ceasefire now” activists in the best case, outright rejection at the worst.

Despite Israel agreeing to a phased plan which would end the fighting, release hostages, rebuild Gaza, and lay the groundwork for moderate governance, there have been no mass protests in the street, no flotillas, no building occupations to exert pressure on Hamas to end the war.

Trump administration pulls climate change signs from Acadia National Park

The National Park Service recently removed numerous signs at Acadia National Park that detailed the mounting impacts of climate change on Maine’s coast and forests.

The move is part of a sweeping campaign that the Trump administration says is aimed at “restoring truth and sanity to American history.”

The now-removed Acadia signs, installed in 2023 at the summit of Cadillac Mountain and at the 100-acre Great Meadow wetland, informed visitors of the many ways Maine’s only official national park is changing and how park officials are working to better manage the ecosystem amid rising temperatures and extreme weather.

“Acadia is changing, so are we,” read one of the signs. “The rapidly changing climate requires new approaches to restoration.”

So, you made it to the top of the mountain, 1,530 high, and you get nagged by a cult.

In a letter to Interior Secretary Doug Burgum last week, Rep. Chellie Pingree (D-Maine) condemned the removal of national park signage as a blatant attempt to “whitewash history” and “limit the exchange and expression of factual information about climate science.”

“Our national parks are not billboards for propaganda,” she wrote. “They are places where millions of people come each year to learn, reflect, and confront both the beauty and the difficult truths of our shared history. Stripping away this context erodes the very mission of the Park Service and insults the public’s right to know.”

Has she given up her own use of fossil fuels? Can people just hike in peace without a side of cult nag?

Bummer: Judge Denies Maryland Dad’s Attempt To Reopen Immigration Case

Judge denies motion to reopen Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s immigration case

An immigration judge on Wednesday denied a motion filed by Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s attorneys to reopen his immigration case, according to a copy of the decision obtained by ABC News.

In the emergency motion filed in August to reopen the case, attorneys for the wrongly deported Abrego Garcia argued that because he was deported to El Salvador and then brought back to the United States, he is now eligible to apply for asylum within one year of his last entry into the U.S.

But in the order filed on Wednesday, Regional Deputy Chief Immigration Judge Philip Taylor said that Abrego Garcia’s motion to reopen his motion to seek asylum is “untimely” because he filed the motion nearly six years after his immigration proceedings — beyond the 90-day deadline required. (snip)

The immigration judge also said that evidence Abrego Garcia provided in his motion arguing for protection due to his fear that he will be tortured or killed by the Salvadoran government because he’s been labeled an MS-13 gang member is “insufficient.”

Judge Taylor said that when Abrego Garcia was detained in El Salvador’s CECOT mega-prison, he was not subjected to “the conditions described in his country conditions evidence,” and added that Abrego Garcia indicated that he was not “specifically singled out” by CECOT guards “before his mistreatment started or while it was taking place.”

See, perhaps if they gave Maryland Dad an asylum hearing the information about his connections to MS-13 would come to light. They would note him having beaten his wife. Being busted trafficking illegals. Then deny his asylum case, at which point he would no longer be allowed to remain in the U.S. and he could be deported forthwith. Unless the federal government wants to prosecute him for the trafficking.

Anyhow, WTF?

Immigration officials outline plans to accept new DACA applicants

Federal immigration officials have revealed plans to reopen the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program to new applicants to comply with a court order, though they cautioned the Trump administration retains the discretion to modify the Obama-era policy.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has made plans to accept and process new DACA applications from immigrants not enrolled in the initiative, which currently allows more than half a million so-called “Dreamers” to live and work in the U.S. without fear of deportation, the Justice Department said in a court filing Monday.

How can a court order Los Federales to restart a program that was never authorized by Congress? That it was simply from Obama using his pen and issuing an EO, knowing that EOs do not necessarily last beyond a president’s term(s)? That any following president can cancel in full with another EO, because it was never authorized by the Legislative Branch? If Trump hasn’t done so, he should put out an EO cancelling DACA, which Obama himself said he didn’t have the authority to enact. I have no idea how this court came to this ruling…well, I do, the judge is a wackjob who has no understanding of the Constitution, or, just doesn’t care…but, if this makes it to the Supreme Court they are sure to kill it.

While President Trump tried to terminate DACA during his first term — a move the Supreme Court blocked in 2020 on technical grounds — he has not articulated a firm plan for the program’s future during his second administration.

Oh, well.
