Pro-Hamas Protesters Cause NYC Natural History Museum To Bar Doors

It really is long past time to round up and deport every single one of these people who are not U.S. citizens. If they want to support terrorists they can damned well do it in the terrorist nation of their choice

Pro-Palestinian protesters force American Museum of Natural History to barricade its doors

A group of about 200 pro-Palestinian protesters flooded Times Square and other parts of New York City on Saturday after police blocked the crowd from entering the American Museum of Natural History, citing several recent disturbances involving the same group.

The rally began around 2 p.m. EST on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, according to local news reports.

Before Saturday, the protest organizer, Within Our Lifetime, told its 143,000 Instagram followers to arrive at the museum in “small groups” and to come draped in Palestinian flags and apparel.

Museum officials, however, locked the doors and barricaded the points of entry for a second time after the crowd attempted to get inside a week ago, forcing the facility to batten down out of fear for its valued artifacts.

On the previous occasion, they were praying and yelling Allahu Akbar, which should get them arrested and deported. And still, not one news outlet is asking any of them what they specifically mean by things like “free Palestine.”

Too bad there aren’t any politicians in NYC to stand up against these Islamic extremists. These are terrorist supporters shutting down one of the nations premiere museums where kids go.

Good News: Inflation Is All Your Fault Per Spoiled Elitist

You would think, with prices as high as they are, that Americans would have tempered their enthusiasm for shopping of late; that they would have pulled back spending on luxury items; that they would have sought out budget and basic options, bought smaller packages, fewer things.

This is not what has happened. Consumer spending rose 0.2 percent, after accounting for higher prices, in October, the most recent month for which the government has data. Online shopping jumped 7.8 percent over the Thanksgiving long weekend, more than analysts had anticipated. The sales of new cars, dishwashers, cruise vacations, jewelry—all things people tend to give up when they are watching their budget—remain strong. Consultants keep anticipating a recession precipitated by the “death of the consumer.” Thus far, the consumer is staying alive.

People hate inflation, just not enough to spend less: This is one of the central tensions of today’s economy, in which things are going great yet everyone is miserable. And in some ways, Americans have nobody to blame but themselves.

People went without for years if they were able to. In some cases they had to, because goods were scarce. People are starting to see sales on products now, because availability is up. There actually are some good deals. But, the core products such as food and energy are way up.

Sticker shock is real. And in surveys, people say that they are trading down because of cost pressures. But in fact they are spending more than they ever have, even after accounting for higher prices. They’re spending not just on the necessities, but on fun stuff—amusement parks, UberEats.

How dare you peasants want to have a good life! Which is not a surprising hottake, since the author, Annie Lowery, was raised with a silver spoon and graduated from Harvard, worked a bunch of cushy media jobs, and is worth millions. As is her husband Ezra Klein.

There is actually some debate on that phrase. Some say it meant “if the good bread (French citizens really, really, really like their good bread) isn’t available, make cake with the lower quality wheat”, because there was a massive wheat issue, partly due to the cooler temperatures from the Little Ice Age. Or maybe it was said as an Elitist phrase. The French nobles were trying to get the peasants to eat potatoes, which were considered to be food that not even the lowest of the low would eat, but, they were available so people didn’t starve. Regardless, this type of attitude from Elites at The Atlantic really doesn’t help. But, they should keep it up, because the GOP will do what they can to lose in 2024.

Opera Audience Shouts Down Nutjob Climate Cult Members

One would think that a goodly chunk of the audience would be fellow travelers in a city like NYC, people who would cheer interruptions by climate “activists”, but, as usual, they aren’t happy when their beliefs cause problems in their own lives

Climate activists interrupt opera performance, angering audience: ‘Shut up!’

Climate activists angered opera fans at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, by standing up and screaming during an opening night performance of Tannhäuser, Thursday.

Radical climate group Extinction Rebellion, NYC, took credit for the protest on social media, and shared videos of the disruptions.

Halfway through the second act of the performance, several protesters stood up and demanded an end to fossil fuels. One man scolded the audience to “wake up” to the “climate emergency,” before unfolding a black banner that said, “No opera on a dead planet.”

“Wake up! The stream is polluted! The stream is tainted! The stream is poison! This is a climate emergency! This is a climate emergency. There will be no opera on a dead planet!” he shouted.

Wackjobs. Wearing lots of clothes made with petroleum, using phones made with petroleum. Living in a city that would not survive without fossil fueled deliveries of food and goods. What’s with the stream stuff?

The first disruption was timed by the group to coincide with a character’s line in the opera, Extinction Rebellion said.

“The disruption was timed to coincide with the main character’s declaration that ‘love is a spring to be drunk from,’ and highlighted the fact that, contrary to those words spoken on stage, springs are not pure now, because we are in a climate crisis, and our water is contaminated,” the group said in a statement.

How is the water contaminated from CO2? Wackjobs

As the protesters were ushered out by security, audience members booed and jeered at the activists. The performance was stopped again, when another activist with Extinction Rebellion stood up and shouted a similar message.

Angry audience members demanded the woman leave, shouting “Shut up!” “Get out of here!” “Go outside!” “This isn’t the place!” One person can be seen yanking the protester’s scarf.

I guess mostly Democrat voting New Yorkers who poll highly on Doing Something do not like to be inconvenienced.

Stupid Party Expels George Santos

There’s no doubt Santos is a scumbag and liar, and will most likely be found guilty in court.

He has yet to be convicted of a crime in a court as of yet

(Breitbart) Rep. George Santos (R-NY) is no longer a member of Congress. The House voted 311-114 Friday morning to expel him in the first House expulsion since 2002.

The historic vote sets a new precedent in the House. Santos departs even as he has not been convicted of a crime and has pleaded not guilty.

Santos survived two earlier attempts to expel him, but could not hold on after a brutal report from the House Ethics Committee on its investigations into his actions.

The ethics committee report included evidence Santos knowingly filed false reports with the Federal Election Commission, used campaign funds for personal purposes including subscriptions to OnlyFans and botox treatments, and willfully violated ethics laws as it relates to his Financial Disclosure (FD) Statements filed with the House.

OK. So, when does the House start expelling other members?

Thursday [Santos] introduced a privileged resolution to expel Rep. Jamaal Bowman, who pleaded guilty weeks ago to a misdemeanor for pulling a fire alarm in the Capitol complex.

“If the House wants to start different precedent and expel me, that is going to be the undoing of a lot of members of this body because this will haunt them in the future when mere allegations are sufficient to have members removed from office when duly elected by their people in their respective states and districts,” Santos said Thursday.

When is the vote on Bowman? You know that 100% of Democrats will vote to keep him. When do they hold a vote on AOC for breaking House ethics rules for her Met Gala attendance. When is Swallwell expelled for consorting with a Chinese spy? How about serial liar Adam Schiff, who’s been censored for his lying about the fake Russia collusion? And so many who are acting as insider traders? They won’t expel anti-Semites Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar, or many of their Squad members. They won’t impeach Myorkas or Biden. How about

And now it appears as if NY gov Kathy Hochul is going to pick someone, instead of holding a special election. She will not be picking a Republican, you know she’ll pick a far left Progressive Democrat. Good job, Republicans!

King Charles Takes Long Fossil Fueled Flight To Proclaim World Is Doomed

King Charles says world heading for ‘dangerous uncharted territory’ at global leaders summit

King Charles III told world leaders Friday that the warning signs of the climate crisis are being ignored and that the world is heading for “dangerous uncharted territory,” with devastating consequences for lives and livelihoods.

Delivering an opening address to delegates at the World Climate Action Summit, part of the COP28 summit in Dubai, the King said he prayed “with all my heart that COP28 will be a critical turning point towards genuine transformational action.”

“Some important progress has been made but it worries me greatly that we remain so dreadfully far off track,” he said, adding, “we are taking the natural world outside balanced norms and limits and into dangerous uncharted territory.”

Well, if every Warmist gave up their own use of fossil fuels the world would be on track per cult dogma, right?

Referring to this year’s climate change-fueled extreme weather, including Canada’s unprecedented wildfire season, deadly flooding in Pakistan and Bangladesh and catastrophic drought in East Africa, the King told delegates that the “hope of the world” rested on decisions taken at the summit.

Oh, please. You and the others do not speak for the world, especially when you’re all climahypocrites

(UK Independent) Rishi Sunak is facing fresh outrage from climate campaigners after it emerged that the prime minister, the King, and foreign secretary David Cameron are taking separate jets to the Cop28 conference in Dubai.

Downing Street confirmed all three of the leading British representatives at the crucial summit – aimed at cutting global emissions – will each get their own private plane.

No 10 defended the decision to have Mr Sunak and Lord Cameron travel separately – as it was confirmed junior ministers and officials would fly out on commercial flights rather than travel with the PM’s entourage.

So, not only did they not fly together, they sent everyone else on separate flights.

Israel Vows To Keep Thumping Hamas After Hamas Breaks Ceasfire

Israel vows to inflict ‘the mother of all thumpings’ on Hamas as ceasefire ends

Israel vowed that Hamas would “take the mother of all thumpings”, after a week-long ceasefire ended on Friday, engulfing the Gaza Strip in a new bout of fighting.

Hours into the renewed bombardment, Israel said it had struck more than 200 targets throughout the enclave, while Hamas health officials said more than 175 Palestinians had been killed.

Israel blamed the end of the truce on the Palestinian terror group, saying it had fired a rocket before the agreed pause in fighting was lifted and refused to release all women taken hostage on Oct 7.

Eylon Levy, a government spokesperson, said: “Having chosen to hold on to our women, Hamas will now take the mother of all thumpings.”

While Israeli bombing of Gaza resumed within seconds of truce expiry, sirens blared across Israel as Hamas fired rockets from the coastal enclave into a string of towns.

Hamas could end this easily by just surrendering and releasing all the hostages. They could end the war deaths of civilians if they would surrender and release all the hostages. Hamas feels emboldened by so many Useful Idiots taking Hamas’ side. I’m confident all those same Useful Idiots will be out in the streets Saturday.

Out there wearing Intifada keffiyahs and professionally created signs calling for the nation of Israel to be replaced.
