As Michelle Malkin asks, who the hell’s country is it, anyhow: Students Kicked Off Campus for Wearing American Flag Tees
On any other day at Live Oak High School in Morgan Hill, Daniel Galli and his four friends would not even be noticed for wearing T-shirts with the American flag. But Cinco de Mayo is not any typical day especially on a campus with a large Mexican American student population.
Galli says he and his friends were sitting at a table during brunch break when the vice principal asked two of the boys to remove American flag bandannas that they wearing on their heads and for the others to turn their American flag T-shirts inside out. When they refused, the boys were ordered to go to the principal’s office.
“They said we could wear it on any other day,” Daniel Galli said, “but today is sensitive to Mexican-Americans because it’s supposed to be their holiday so we were not allowed to wear it today.”
The boys said the administrators called their T-shirts “incendiary” that would lead to fights on campus.
They had a choice of changing their shirts, or going home. They went home
“I think they should apologize cause it is a Mexican Heritage Day,” Annicia Nunez, a Live Oak High student, said. “We don’t deserve to be get disrespected like that. We wouldn’t do that on Fourth of July.”
Perhaps if we WERE IN MEXICO, you bubble headed liberal pinhead. We are in America. However, you pinheads do support all sorts of marches in the USA carry the Mexican flag around, and carrying the US one upside down. Where’s the respect, Annicia?
The boys and their families have nicely told those offended by the wearing of American flags to shove it where the sun don’t shine. Good for them. Will the ACLU jump in and protect the rights of these boys? Doubtful.

What school principal wouldn’t have done the same thing? Don’t they have a responsibility to maintain order in school? And if so, isn’t it blindingly obvious that they need to take action when students do things that are designed to create conflict and bad feelings?
Isn’t it blindingly obvious that this is not Mexico, and that the Rights of Americans come first? As far as bad feelings go, aww, suck it it up and act like an adult, jackass.
How would these bloggers feel if a group of Mexican students came to a school event wearing Mexican flags on July 4th? You can just imagine their overheated reactions. The hypocrisy reeks.
Again, jackass, this is America. Celebrating OUR 4th of July is magnitudes more important than celebrating Mexican independence day, which most Americans treat as a reason to get drunk. We are under no obligation to be sensitive to the holidays of other countries, jackass. They are here in our country. Jackass.
