Court documents naming Jeffrey Epstein’s associates to be unsealed: What to know
Hundreds of sealed court filings pertaining to the late sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein are set to be made public this week, and several prominent names — including Britain’s Prince Andrew and former President Bill Clinton — are expected to appear in the documents.
U.S. District Judge Loretta Preska ruled earlier this month there was no legal justification for continuing to conceal the ex-president’s name and more than 150 names other “John and Jane Does” mentioned in the records. Preska ordered the unsealing to begin after Jan. 1.
The documents stem from a 2015 civil lawsuit centered on allegations that Epstein’s one-time paramour, Ghislaine Maxwell, facilitated the sexual abuse of Virginia Giuffre, an alleged trafficking victim. Giuffre also accused Epstein and Maxwell of directing her to have sex with Prince Andrew and several other prominent men. Prince Andrew denied the allegations and claimed he could not recall ever meeting Giuffre. He later settled a lawsuit she filed against him.
Most of the prominent names that appear in the documents are already associated in some way with Epstein; for allegations of wrongdoing, for having worked for Epstein, flown on his planes, or visited his homes. Some were mentioned during Maxwell’s criminal trial in 2021. In some instances, the only appearances of the names are in potential witness lists or in proposed terms for searches of electronic records. (snip)
Giuffre made no allegations of wrongdoing by Clinton, and there is no indication the sealed records contain evidence of illegal conduct by Clinton. But Giuffre’s claim that she met the ex-president on Epstein’s private Caribbean island emerged as a contentious issue in the litigation, which was settled in 2017. Maxwell contended Clinton had never been to Little St. James — as Epstein’s island was known — and assailed Giuffre’s claim as a fabrication that shattered her credibility.
And that’s how they will protect Bill, but, what was he doing at Epstein’s island, on his jet (known as “Lolita Express”), and at other places around 50 times? How about the others? They can talk about Epstein’s “charitable work”, but, that really doesn’t fly.

What does credibly accused mean? Does it mean accused in a courtroom under oath? Does it mean accused by a judge or an attorney general? Or does it mean accused by a person that you choose to believe because they’re either a partisan Democrat or an enemy of trump in one way or another? I would bet it’s the latter.

Trump and Epstein were not friends. They were occasional business associates particularly when Epstein attempted to get trump to put up financing for some properties he wanted to build. You know that.

the house should re impeach former President Clinton after all the precedent has been set when they impeached trump when he was out of office so it’s quite possible for them to do it. And since the law has broken down to whatever you wanna do why not impeach on hunter?
I would say that just being on the list alone is insufficient to cast shade on the character of the person named. We should also have all the tapes and documents in the custody of the FBI released so that American voters of both parties can know if any of their candidates for public office are real scumbags. Those of us on the outside will never really know what was happening on Epstein Island (without video taped evidence, of which there are certainly hundreds of hours available in custody of the FBI).
What we do know with certainty:
1. Only one presidential candidate since Reagan made any effort at all to bring to light the vast pedophilia networks in the USA. He is the one Democrats hate so much that they want him prohibited from seeking office again. Only once candidate, once in office, followed through on a campaign to end illegal border crossing and human trafficking. Biden ended those efforts on his first day in office.
2. Every Democrat in the congress is against the Epstein tapes being released, just like they were against the J6 tapes being released.
3. High ranking democrats and their activist friends in the media said the pedophilia ring in the DC area known as “Pizzagate” was just a right wing conspiracy. Then it was found to be true. Again, no arrests or indictments made. DC prosecutors were too busy holding midwestern grandmothers without bail for trespassing.
4. Democratic party activists on this blog site defend their pedo-leaders with “Trump did it too”, instead of anger at their pedo-leaders or even a mild, “we should get to the bottom of this” and calls to “release the tapes”.
5. I will say without hedging, if Trump is shown to be a pedo, he is unfit for public office and should spend the rest of his life behind bars. I doubt any of the usual suspects will say the same about Pedo-joe. Note, I don’t require absolute proof, just a reasonable certainty in my own mind. and no, insinuations and character assassinations generated by Democratic party talking points distributors are not going to be enough.
The rule of law is very important to the continuation of America in any recognizable form. This two-tiered system where the FBI and CIA protect Democrats from the consequences of their crimes needs to end or we are more like Venezuela than we would care to admit. At the very least, all of the Asylum seekers should be sent home since we can no longer make the claim that things are better here.
