tRump’s budget actually addresses the issue! He cuts background check funding AND mental health funding!
And he rightly blames the students for not “reporting to authorities”.

The NRA opposes that sort of profiling and will punish any politician that supports it. They pour millions into the campaign coffers of politicians who do their bidding.
In FL, by law counselors aren’t allowed to ask disturbed individuals about firearms.
