Just think: if the President who signed the Paris climate agreement had submitted it to the Senate and gotten it ratified, there’s be nothing President Trump could have done about it.
Actually, I’d really like to see President Trump submit the Paris agreement to the Senate for ratification. We know, of course, that it would be rejected, but it might be amusing to see Democrats who like the silly thing having to filibuster consideration of an agreement signed by President Obama.
