The family of Kate Steinle, who was murdered by a 6 time deported illegal alien who had been convicted of multiple felonies and used a handgun stolen from a federal agent, is still waiting for their condolences from Mr. Obama, as are the families of those killed and injured by the guns Obama’s DOJ ran into Mexico during Operation Fast and Furious, not too mention all those killed and raped by illegal aliens
Obama focusing on condolences, not gun laws, in Oregon visit
President Barack Obama is bringing words of comfort and sympathy to grieving families of victims of the shooting rampage in Roseburg, Oregon, muting his message about the need for new laws to stem gun violence as he visits an area where firearms are popular.
Obama will talk with family members Friday at the start of a four-day West Coast trip. Eight community college students and a teacher were killed before the gunman fatally shot himself in front of his victims after he was wounded by police. (snip)
Obama was already scheduled to go to the West Coast trip when the shooting occurred, and the White House adjusted his schedule to include Roseburg.
In other words, this is just a convenient way for Obama to look like he cares, because

That’s right, he has a fundraiser set up in Seattle for Friday night.
Some will say “well, Obama can’t call, write, and/or visit everyone killed by a gun, much less all the illegal aliens crimes.” You’re right. But, he sure seems to make an exception for certain people. The Kate Steinle murder wasn’t exactly a local, non-national level murder. It was national news. It was big. Obama was able to pick up the phone and call Michael Sam and Jason Collins for coming out as gay. He called Doctors Without Borders after his military bombed and killed doctors at a hospital in Afghanistan. He seems to have plenty of time to make a few calls while taking a long fossil fueled trip across the country.
Did I mention that Obama is attending a second fundraiser in San Francisco Friday? Kate Steinle was killed in SF. Why not an invite to her family?

Isn’t the Steinle family suing the administration? Would it be appropriate for Mr. Obama to contact them? Imagine the high dudgeon at FOX if they imagined that Obama was trying to influence the suit!! Listen, in America where we have guns everywhere, occasionally a bad guy with a gun is going to shoot someone before a good guy with a gun can stop him. “Stuff happens” according to Jeb! Political.
Some 30,000 Americans die each year from gunshots, very few at the hands of “illegal” Mexicans. Political.
The dishonest, discredited and odious Jeffery tries in vain to make the case that Steinle’s life is meaningless because she was shot by a criminal.
Such is the beliefs of the liberal left.
Most people that are killed by guns are shot by criminals. It is only the left that wants to segregate shooters by race showing once again that the left is racially discriminatory.
Criminals using guns to commit acts of violence and other crimes is an issue that the left doesn’t want to address. Instead, limited thinkers like Jeffery and his ilk want to blame legal gun ownership and strip people of the right to defend themselves.
You cannot argue with that type of “logic” as there is none from the left.

Anyway, guttercrawler and other crawlers of his ilk have never met a truth they couldn’t or wouldn’t distort.
The crawlers favor criminals having guns to justify their own ammosexual desires. They live in a cycle of fear, satisfied only by the illusion of having a bigger “gun”. Every now and again they uncurl from the lap of the NRA to keep guns in the hands of criminals.
Because crawlers are weak and afraid, thousands of innocent Americans die.
At the federal level, license gun purchases, have a 28 day waiting period and background check, register guns, make the gunowner liable for damages, eliminate “special rights” laws for gunowners.
But we will do none of those things, so we need to accept that 10,000 Americans will be shot to death each year, and every few days a deranged student will shoot some classmates. In Sandy Hook a madman shot his way into a grammar school and killed 20 children and 6 adults before killing himself. We did nothing. We will do nothing.
guttercrawler: We get it. You’re afraid. And having a gun makes you less afraid. You used to be smart enough to know you’re more likely to shoot yourself, your partner or his child than you are to repel a bad guy with a gun. But that’s OK. People are not wanting to grab your gun, but do advocate making the barrier to ownership a bit taller. Crawlers and their NRA daddies will have none of that.
We Americans are a violent people and freely available guns make it easier for us to express our violence. The forces aligned against a reasonable strategy to lessen gun deaths are too powerful. We will do nothing.
Not surprisingly, the thoroughly discredited, dishonest and odious Jeffery again shows why he is discredited, dishonest and odious.
Of course, non of these things will take guns out of the hands of criminals. That’s Jeffery’s whole schtick. He wants to say that he is trying to prevent criminals from getting guns but in effect, he is trying to prevent legal and lawful ownership of weapons.
The Supreme Court has already ruled on the liability issue, so that seems to be a moot point. As for background checks, the NICS system is broken and yet while responsible gun owners and the right call for the system to be fixed, liberals and hypocrites like Jeffery call for adding more worthless regulations that won’t accomplish anything. It is more hypocrisy from people like Jeffery who use the criminal acts of the Sandy Hook shooter to say that people legal owners should be deprived of the right to defend themselves. Of course, Jeffery forgets that Sandy Hook was a gun free zone where no one was able to defend themselves or the children. If anything, the blood of those innocents are on the hands of the hypocritical left and people like Jeffery.
How hypocritical is Jeffery?
Jeffery has said in the past that he is one of those owners of weapons. He is so self loathing that while railing against other who legally have weapons, he won’t dispose or get rid of his own weapons. Such is the dishonesty of Jeffery.
This is a lie. There is no other way to put it.
According to the CDC, 13,-000 to 19,000 people are accidentally injured by guns each year. Six hundred people are accidentally killed. That number in total for both injuries and deaths is far below those killed and injured by cars and poisoning.
But given the undeniable fact that less than 20,000 people are injured or killed with a weapon, there is this:
There is no doubt in anyone’s mind that guns are used for protection at least half a million times (and most likely more) a year.
The dishonest and discredited Jeffery wants people to believe that somehow 20,000 is greater than 500,000+.
It is easy to see why Jeffery has to rely on personnel attacks. It is easy to see why he has broken his promise to stop those attacks – a promise that he made in the past that lasted less than a week.
it is also easy to see that Jeffery is a hypocrite and is on par with john when it comes to basic math. After all, a second grader knows that 20,000 is less than 500,000+ but in DDO Jeffery’s world, 20,000 is more than 500,000+
So Jeffery thinks he is being cute in attacking people and screen names. Awwwww…..isn’t it wonderful that DDO Jeffery is being like a child while he is pummeled with facts and figures?
When it comes to the DDO Jeffery, and the left, it is always their inability to actually debate facts that shows their true nature of being dishonest, discredited and odious.
It slithers back out of the gutter and hisses that the big, bad man is calling it names… waah! waah! It likes to call others names but hates it when others respond in kind.
It lies. It can’t help but lie. We don’t have to take guns away from law-abiding citizens to reduce guns getting into the hands of criminals.
There are so many nails in the coffin of the NRA talking point about self-defense that it’s hard to find a place to hammer in another nail. It cites 20 year old, discredited and debunked and misleading telephone surveys. “Law abiding citizens wave their guns and shoot at some 500,000 to over a million bad guys a year!” it hisses. The ridiculousness of that is obvious.
What It calls facts, reasonable people call numerals. Conservative literature is replete with numerals, mostly false, mostly misleading.
Of course, I’m not calling for others to dispose of their weapons am I? Just another gutter lie. Mine are all under lock and key and I don’t pretend to expect to use them to defend myself from intruders or government storm troopers.

So, what measures are you calling for, Jeff? What will reduce any of these big killings? 2hat will take guns out of the hands of mostly criminals who obtain their guns illegally? How can we reduce gun violence without infringing on multiple rights, including the 2nd and 4th?
Poor little discredited, dishonest and odious Jeffery has forgotten what he has written and said in the past.
When Sandy Hook occurred, the idea was floated the it may be time for teachers to be able to carry a weapon. Jeffery was opposed to that idea which means he doesn’t want people to be able to carry weapons for self defense. He wants them gone from areas.
When Universities started to look at allowing people to defend themselves with guns, (such as minorities and women,) Jeffery was against that idea as well, advocating that people should dispose of their weapons before coming to school. He wants gun free zones so he can deny the rights of some people while he keeps his weapons.
As I said, liberals love blood and death and want more of it. Whether it be allowing criminals to kill innocents in gun free zones target rich environments or killing of children, Jeffery and liberals want more and more blood.
Yeah, it is so obvious that Jeffery does not refute it.
However, let’s take a much lower number that anti-gun advocates trot out.
It should be noted that the study does not deal with mere brandishing a weapon – only when the weapon is fired.
One must really wonder if Jeffery can understand that 67k+ is still higher than 20k.
Oh, and by the way, DDO Jeffery, the CDC says that guns are used to keep crime lower than the crime rate would be absent of guns being used for defensive purposes.
It is clear that DDO Jeffery thinks that any fact that goes against his warped and distorted world view must be wrong and “disproven.”
No matter. It is clear that once again we see that Jeffery wants others to do what he will not.
He is consistent in his hypocrisy.
