Of course, the author missed that there has been no statistically significant warming in over 15 years, and, really, since 1990 the world temperature has gone up a miniscule .28F. Not exactly world dooming, eh, which is why the NCDs rarely discuss the actual observed data, but scary crap like the above.

    (Who skis the high alpines anyway? and isn’t skiing an optional hobby?)

    Number 9: Glacial Lake Outbursts Floods Destroy Villages and Towns.
    (wait, if there are droughts, and less snow, then how are there overflowing lakes?) (because those towns have been there longer than the glaciers)

    Number 8: Desertification of the World’s Arable Land.
    (what about the loss of tropical forests in Antartic lands?)

    Number 7: Embedded Droughts.
    (embedded into what?)

    Number 6: Unprecedented Damage to Infrastructure.
    (unlike today’s unprecedented damage from today’s hurricanes and tornados)
