Columbia Dhimmi’s To Apologize To Ahmadinejad (?)

Liberal World working its magic

Iranian media are reporting that a delegation of Columbia University faculty members is planning a trip to Tehran to apologize to President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for the reception he received during his controversial visit to the school last September.

Columbia senior public affairs officer Tanya Domi said in response to inquiries early Wednesday that the university had “no knowledge or information about the claims currently being made in the Iranian media.”

The Mehr News Agency quoted an unnamed member of the prospective delegation as saying the apology was the main aim of the trip, which would also include visits to Iranian universities and seminaries.

Take it with a grain of salt, as neither CNS News nor any other media source can confirm that this is going to happen or who would be involved with 100% reliability. That said, I wouldn’t put it past these professors.

Columbia President Lee Bollinger delivered introductory remarks in which he challenged Ahmadinejad over his “absurd” denial of the Holocaust, his views on Israel’s destruction, Iran’s human rights record, and its support for terror groups – including those fighting U.S. troops in Iraq.

Ahmadinejad, he said, exhibited the traits of a “petty and cruel dictator.”

Scores of Columbia professors and others later signed a statement taking Bollinger to task. They said his remarks during Ahmadinejad’s visit “allied the university with the Bush administration’s war in Iraq, a position anathema to many in the university community.”

Professors who are infused with BDS and are Iranian apologists. Liberal World America tends to love the Iranian hard liners over their own leaders. I guess now it is a wait and see.

“Nothing. Not only does his comment have nothing to do with this post, but he’s not even smart enough to recognize the idiocy of Columbia University sucking the poisoned cock of Ahmadinejad.”

I have 2 beers left out of a six pack for him, Stacy 😉

Maggie!!!!! Long time no see! How are you doing? And, yes, that would be hilarious if they took them hostage. Question is, do we really want them back?

  8. Maggie says:

Howdy, y’all! Missed you both, too!

No, Teach, we DON’T want them back … but send Jimmy Carter in to negotiate their release. He’s totally useless, thank heavens.

Plus it would keep him too busy to interfer in the presidential primaries.
