Mamdani desperately seeking legal loophole to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu when Israel PM visits NYC

Mayor Zohran Mamdani said he’s desperately seeking a legal loophole to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for alleged war crimes when he visits in NYC in September.

The Pro-Palestine, Israel-hating, socialist pol said in an interview published Saturday that it’s unclear whether he has the authority to order the NYPD to arrest Netanyahu during the prime minister’s expected trip to the Big Apple for the UN General Assembly – but is in an “active conversation” with the city’s Law Department about the matter.

“I believe that Prime Minister Netanyahu belongs in The Hague,” Mamdani bluntly told The New York Times, referring to the United Nations’ International Court of Justice.

“He’s a war criminal who has been charged by the International Criminal Court. And what you will find is that it is an opinion that is held by many purely because of what his actions have wrought over these last many years.”

Mamdani – who has made accusing Israel of genocide in Gaza a focal point of a far-left ideology that has helped propel him into the national spotlight  – vowed during last year’s campaign that, if elected mayor, he’d have Netanyahu arrested if he ever set foot in NYC.

He’s desperately looking for a way to arrest Israel’s PM, who has diplomatic immunity for one thing, and wants to do it because he hates Israel, loves Islamic jihadis, and despises Jews, much like a good majority of those who voted for him.

Netanyahu, however, remains unfazed by Mamdani’s threats.

In a recent radio appearance, he accused Mamdani of supporting Hamas.

“I think he should look at who he’s condemning, who he’s praising. He’s condemning Israel, the one democracy that stands shoulder to shoulder with American values,” the prime minister said during an interview this week with Sid Rosenberg on 77 WABC.

“Who does he champion? Hamas, that calls openly to massacre every Jew on earth, that conducted that horrible massacre [on Oct. 7, 2023], the worst massacre on Jews since the Holocaust.”

He also said Mamdani “doesn’t care” that “those who hate the Jews and Israel ultimately hate America.”

I triple dog dare Mamdani to try it.

How to Abandon Your Climate Commitments and Get Away With It

Not so long ago, many of America’s biggest companies were making bold promises about saving the planet.

They pledged to stop polluting, get off fossil fuels and use recyclable materials. Some even promised to reinvent their core business practices, speaking aspirationally about a new, more sustainable economy.

These goals were set, and trumpeted, by the companies making the phone in your pocket, the shoes on your feet and the food in your fridge — and others. Coca-Cola, a company that produces as much plastic trash as any in the world, even began talking about “a world without waste.”

Over the past few years, however, many of these environmental commitments have evaporated.

Some companies have changed the way they measure progress. Others postponed their deadlines for making change. One company said its customers simply didn’t care about the issue anymore.

Really, most companies were only paying lip-service to the climate cult to get the cultists off their backs. Many had DEI offices/HR who were chock full of nutbags who pushed this garbage on the companies, but, really, mostly lip-service. But, things changed

Under President Biden, there was extraordinary pressure for big business to address climate change. The Trump administration is now pushing companies to abandon climate goals and encouraging the use of more oil, gas and coal, claiming that environmental initiatives are “woke” distractions that hamper economic growth.

But the waning climate ambition across corporate America often has an even simpler explanation: Many companies have concluded it is simply too difficult and too expensive to drastically reduce planet warming emissions, especially at a moment of rising energy demand.

With Biden being gone and the Trump admin wacking governmental climate cultism companies are truly just saying “we don’t care about this scam anymore, and we don’t care if people know it.” But, the part about it being just too darned expensive is illuminating, eh?

House Dems Not Comfortable With Questions On The Super Wackos Running As Dems

I remember when Democrats went full Moonbat during the Bush 43 years, but, policy wise, they were still in the realm of reasonable, other than wanting to fully retreat from Iraq. And some Afghanistan. They continued to get more wackadoodle year after year. Sure, not all of them, even though most of them will vote for the wackos resolutions and legislation. They’ve truly gone insane since Trump took office the first time, and they have their DSA folks being insane

Prominent House Democrats appeared caught off guard when asked about the newly announced plan by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) that calls to destroy the current America’s political system — eliminating the Senate, president and Supreme Court.

“I don’t support that,” Rep. Ro Khanna, D-Calif., said when asked about the new agenda. “I haven’t read the proposal.”

The revision to the DSA platform, “Workers Deserve More” plans to abolish the Senate entirely and replace the president and Supreme Court with an executive branch and judiciary elected by and subordinate to Congress.

Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., one of the most progressive Democrats in Congress, dodged answering questions on the new socialist agenda from Fox News Digital.

“I’m not a member of the DSA, so I can’t comment on any documents that they put out,” Rep. Pete Aguilar, D-Calif., said.

It’s even too nutbar for her…though, I suppose she’d rather there be a Supreme Leader like in Iran.

The political commitments of the program are split into three sections, with the last section calling “for a unicameral, proportional legislature (abolishing the Senate) and a parliamentary system (abolishing the presidency), among other goals.”

The platform additionally calls for the complete abolishment of U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), pardoning all immigrants, including those who have committed crimes, and defunding the Department of War.

The far-left plan comes as the socialist agenda is proving to be making its way into the mainstream Democratic party as several DSA members and self-proclaimed socialists have been beating out more moderate Democrats in many of this year’s primary elections.

This really is the logical progression of the completely hardcore moonbats from the Bush 43 years, and now the regular leftist Democrats have to deal with the fallout from the DSA wackos. The Bush Derangement Syndrome infused wackos started this all. Unfortunately, the continued progression has created a shitton of Democrat voters who want this stuff, especially since so many teachers are complete lunatic wackos. None of them actually stop to think “I wonder how this will REALLY affect my life”, they just look at the pretty stuff.

So, all the small businesses that you built? Owned by the government. Congress will expand and be run by the DSA. Reminds me of the Soviet Union. Congress will control the justice system. You will be dealt with at their pleasure, Comrades. This will not be Socialism or Communism per Political Science 101, it is really in the Authoritarian Model, much like Communism in practice in places like the USSR, China, Vietnam.

A Jew hating, America hating Islamic extremist/Jihadis who has been empowered by the somewhat normal Democrats. Of course, getting what they want passed is extremely difficult, what with all the Amendments they would need to pass.

It is getting harder to ignore: Climate change means more fires in the U.S. and Canada

Drought, high heat, and wildfires caused havoc across the U.S. and Canada this week. There are many in the U.S. who don’t want to hear it, but the data is telling a clear story: rising global temperatures from climate change means more fire.

So far this year, more than 5,740 square miles of the United States has burned from wildfires, which is 31% more than the average of the previous 10 years on this date, according to the National Interagency Fire Center. The amount of U.S. land burned each year in the 2020s — averaged out over a decade — is now more than twice what it was 30 years ago.

“The scientific term for our weather is bonkers,” University of St. Thomas climate scientist Dr. John Abraham told WCCO’s Laura Oakes earlier this week.

Sigh. When they use terms like bonkers in science you know this is a cult. But, hey, also

Climate change driving more rains that lead to deadly flash floods, experts say

Climate change is driving increasingly common bouts of heavy rain in the US that cause deadly and damaging flash floods that will only become more frequent and intense as the crisis worsens, experts say.

A year after deadly flooding in central Texas that swept through a children’s summer camp, the state and other parts of the United States are again experiencing unusually heavy rain. Over the last month, states like Alaska, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania have all experienced record rainfall, causing flash flooding across the country.

Despite climate scientists’ forecasts and tragic events like the flood at Camp Mystic in Texas, experts argue that some government officials are not investing enough money and political capital to upgrade infrastructure and restrict where people can build to accommodate the new, wetter normal.

“We have basically built for a climate that no longer exists, and retrofitting our infrastructure is a slow and expensive process,” said Alice Hill, a senior fellow for energy and the environment at the Council on Foreign Relations. “Adding to that challenge is the fact that in many places, climate change – the term – is a dirty word, and that can reduce the initiative to make sure that any investments made today can carry the excess rainfall.”

No matter what happens they’ll always revert to climate change doom talking points.

DHS Finalizes Immigration Rule That Imperils Status Of Many Students

The Trump administration has finalized an immigration rule that imperils the status of many international students. Today, international students are admitted for duration of status. That means if they are pursuing a course of study, they can generally stay in the United States, including entering as an undergraduate, going on to a master’s and then a Ph.D. without relying on new government approvals. The final rule, proposed in Aug. 2025, would replace that policy, with limited exceptions, by establishing a fixed four-year period for F-1 and J-1 visa holders. Educators, attorneys and businesses say the new policy threatens America’s role as a leading destination for international students and will harm the ability to attract and retain promising talent from around the world.

“Ultimately, it is going to be a huge burden and unnecessary administrative strain,” said Jonathan Grode of Green & Spiegel in an interview. “I worry about the chilling effect on foreign student enrollment, which has already taken a hit since Trump’s second term started.”

Aww, that’s too bad. It must be really, really hard to fill out some paperwork. They had to do it to come to school to start, right? Are we just supposed to let them stay for what, about 10 years to get that PhD and not know a damned thing about what they’ve been doing? Breaking any laws? Seriously, pretty much every other nation, especially those in the 1st World, require people to renew their visas

“This rule is unnecessary and duplicative. International students are already among the most closely monitored nonimmigrant populations in the U.S. and are subject to rigorous oversight by DHS and academic institutions,” said Miriam Feldblum, president and CEO of the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration, in a statement. Nonimmigrants are temporary visa holders.

And, yet, a huge number of students blew off their student visas when they ended and just stayed in the US. Before Obama and especially Biden just started letting everyone in roughly 45% of illegal aliens were people who overstayed their visas. If they are closely monitored than reapplying after undergrad and grad should be no big deal.

“This rule introduces unnecessary government intrusion into academic decision-making,” said Fanta Aw, executive director and CEO of NAFSA: Association of International Educators, in a statement. “Requiring students and scholars to seek approval to extend their academic program, change majors, or pursue the next level of study places life-changing educational decisions in the hands of an already overburdened immigration system—not educators, and not institutions.”

That’s exactly the role of the government, you pompous twit. Why are these leftists so against having a controlled immigration system, especially for temporary?

‘Climate Change’ Could Maybe Possibly Be Involved In Explosive Diarrhea Outbreak

Possible Role Of Climate Change In Current Cyclosporiasis Outbreak

It’s been a relatively hot summer in many parts of the United States. The hotter-than-normal weather could have played a role in exacerbating this summer’s clusters of cyclosporiasis, which have now been detected in 31 states. It’s possible that the decades-long trend of rising temperatures globally is contributing to the more frequent presence of diseases more typically found in tropical regions.(snip)

The causal agent in cyclosporiasis is a microscopic parasite called Cyclospora cayetanensis, which can spread through food or water contaminated with human feces. Usually, contamination happens on farms. According to the CDC, cyclosporiasis occurs seasonally in many countries worldwide but is most common in tropical and subtropical regions.

The disease doesn’t spread person-to-person. National Geographic writes that “people get sick around a week after eating contaminated food — most commonly fresh produce, especially raspberries, leafy herbs, and bagged salad mixes — but it can take as little as two days and as long as two weeks to develop symptoms.”

So, really, they’re thinking contaminated with feces. And the el nino is certainly creating a hotter summer

Climate change appears to be altering the timing of recurring natural phenomena, like the emergence of buzzing cicadas in summer. They start making their unique piercing sound about 14 days earlier on average than 20 years ago in places like the Northeastern U.S.

The fuck does that have to do with the outbreak?

Similarly, global warming may also be lengthening the seasonal transmission window of certain bacteria and viruses that cause gastrointestinal illnesses. In this vein, public health experts have long warned that a warming climate could contribute to larger spikes in the spread of cases of diseases such as cyclosporiasis.

It’s July: any seasonal lengthening would have zero to do with July

Up until around a decade ago, periodic cyclosporiasis clusters occurred annually scattered around the country during the summer months. But they weren’t especially large in terms of numbers of cases. The numbers of outbreaks and cases then began to rise, with conspicuous spikes in 2018 and 2019 and now in 2026. Experts attribute the increases to better testing and detection methods but also climate change or long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns.

Last time I checked it is the summer months. Cultist dipshits.

Scientists have formally hypothesized a role for climate change in creating more optimal environmental conditions needed for diseases such as cyclosporiasis to spread. They observe associations between higher temperatures in non-tropical settings and the prevalence of pathogens such as cyclospora. Indeed, cyclospora depend on prolonged outdoor heat and moisture to mature, which makes it sensitive to the effects of rising temperatures.

It’s summer. Dipshit cultists.
