That tipped over crane doesn’t appear to have suitable counterweight for the boom extension, even with the really wide outriggers. Just a casual observation from when I was part of our Army Reserve company’s M816 team back in the day.
The one I feel bad about is the skater. She really did hurt herself going through that wall. Remember seeing that on Sports Center at some point.
