   In the distinguished Mr Dowd’s home district, a black girl beat a white girl seriously, bashing her head into the concrete, but Representative Cori Bush (Idiot-MO) won’t say anything.

     We do not live in Ms Bush’s district, gerrymandered to incorporate most black voters in the St Louis area.

     The assault occurred in St. Louis County, not in St Louis.

     Neither the MO Governor (white guy), nor the St Louis County Supervisor (white guy) have said anything.

     The St Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell (a black guy) said: “This is sickening & so difficult to watch,” Bell wrote. “In MO, by law our office has no jurisdiction. This is a juvenile court matter, unless it is certified… & by law, certification is not our decision either. We pray the victim makes a full recovery. This is just heartbreaking.”

     On Sunday, Missouri’s AG Attorney General Andrew Bailey (MAGAt-MO)), sharing the announcement that the suspect had been arrested, posted on his X account: “This evil and complete disregard for human life has no place in Missouri, or anywhere. I am praying for the victim. The criminal should be charged and tried as an adult. If the victim dies, that offense should rise to a homicide.”

   Missouri’s attorney general wants the teenage girl seen slamming another high schooler’s head into the concrete to be charged as an adult — and hit with homicide charges if the critically injured victim dies.

   “This evil and complete disregard for human life has no place in Missouri, or anywhere. I am praying for the victim,” state AG Andrew Bailey wrote of the disturbing video.

   “The criminal should be charged and tried as an adult. If the victim dies, that offense should rise to a homicide,” he stated of the unidentified 15-year-old whose case is being held in juvenile court.

   “I will do everything in my power to ensure the perpetrator is held fully accountable,” he added in another post.

   Frankie Rizzello was charged Sunday with property damage motivated by discrimination in connection with two incidents.

   According to charging documents, Rizzello and others spray-painted the name of a white nationalist group on One Family Church and PokeDoke Asian Cuisine Restaurant, both of which were located on the same block of Delmar Boulevard in University City.

   According to charging documents, Rizzello told police he helped vandalize the buildings and told officers he “didn’t like Blacks or Jews.”

   Sounds as if he didn’t like Asian-Americans either.

   Those dang feral MAGAts in Missouri’s legislature:

   House Bill 2885, would make providing “support … to a child regarding social transition,” while acting in “his or her official capacity as a teacher or school counselor” a Class E felony under Missouri law. What would constitute “support” is not clearly defined in the bill. Legal experts said it could include the use of gender-affirming pronouns or names.

   A Class E felony is punishable by 4 years in prison AND the teacher would be required to register with the state as a sex offender.

     You’re right: such should never be made a Class E felony in the Show Me State. Such actions, which could contribute to the permanent mutilation of a child, should be a Class A felony.

     Felonies are defined as a serious offense and punishable by either death or term in state prison of one year or longer. Felonies are further classified by the amount of incarceration time in prison which can be imposed by a judge. Felony classifications:

     Class A felony, a term of years not less than ten years and not to exceed thirty years, or life imprisonment.
     Class B felony, a term of years not less than five years and not to exceed fifteen years.
     Class C felony, a term of years not less than three years and not to exceed ten years.
     Class D felony, a term of years not to exceed seven years.
     Class E felony, a term of years not to exceed four years.

   The observant Christian Mr Dana wants to sentence teachers to life in prison, or execution, for referring to a student by the name the student prefers! Even the present SMOTUS might find that that violates our First Amendment.

   MAGAts hate education and teachers. Threatening teachers with life in prison for calling little Dana “they” instead of “he or she” should prompt the desired teacher exodus. Would this law apply to home schoolers?
