The “Democrat calling pedophiles ‘minor attracted persons'” is Kentucky state Senator Karen Berg, who is a physician, and who was testifying to the state Senate that “child sex dolls” do exist and that, in the very limited research that there has been so far, these “child sex dolls” somewhat reduced the incidence of “minor attracted persons” to outside the home and groom and assault children. That’s pretty much like arguing that child p0rn is OK, because it gives “minor attracted persons” something to which to mast*rbate.
It should be noted that Dr Berg was also very much against Senate Bill 150, in the last session, a law which restricts “gender affirming care” for minors. Dr Berg had a daughter who was convinced she was really a son, and who committed suicide.
Basically, she’s just a whacko on all things even remotely connected to sex.

The construct “minor attracted persons” encompasses pedophiles, ephebophiles and hebephiles.

That’s true enough, although actual children may have been used in the modeling process. However, there are some distinctions which really don’t make a difference in many people’s minds, and the lovely Dr Berg was too stupid to see that, and opened her mouth when it would have been much smarter to keep it shut.
That’s also clinically true, but we all know that most people conflate them all as pedophiles.
The John Jay Report on sexual abuse among Catholic priests and deacons noted that the largest victim group were boys aged 11-14, which would put it in the hebephilia category, and the second largest were boys aged 15-17, which puts it in the ephebophilia category, but everyone simply called it pedophilia. Of course, no one was willing to call it homosexuality, because that would be way, way, way too politically incorrect, even though 81% of all victims of an all-male priesthood and diaconate were boys.
Senatrix Berg may be a medical doctor, but she’s also an idiot. She tilts off against impossible windmills, on things which the vast majority of people simply reject, and now she’s combined support for transgenderism, which led her daughter to commit suicide, and some sort of defense for “minor attracted persons.” She has a perfect freedom of speech, of course, but there are some things about which it’s just wiser to keep your trap shut.

82% of child abuse victims under 18 are females. Over 80% of the perpetrators are male.
34% of offenders are family members.
59% of offenders are acquaintances.
7% of offenders are strangers.
We’ve noted your “war on homosexuals”, especially in the Holy Catholic Church, and it is a significant problem in the church with thousands of victims, but pales when compared to problems in 10s of thousands of homes each year across America.
It’s estimated that only about one third of child sexual abuse cases are actually discovered/reported.

The Dems are gonna have to snap in the high gear if they intend to cheat their way through this election. They better be printing extra ballots cause ain’t gonna be able to steal this one as easily as the last one they’re gonna need at least 95 million votes for this one.
