Explosion At Gaza Hospital Killing Hundreds, Jew Haters Immediately Blame Israel

IDF: Palestinian Islamic Jihad Rocket Misfire Caused Hospital Explosion

The Iranian-backed Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terror organization was responsible for an explosion at the Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza City, due to a misfired rocket intended to kill Israeli civilians, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

The explosion, which reportedly killed hundreds of people, sparked outrage, with Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas pulling out of a meeting Wednesday with U.S. President Joe Biden over the issue. Biden has backed Israel’s war of self-defense against the Hamas terror group, which rules Gaza and which killed over 1,400 Israelis in a massive terror attack on October 7.

Hamas and critics of Israel rushed to blame an Israeli airstrike. News wires, like the Getty photo service, published unproven claims Israel had “attack[ed]” the hospital, citing the “Gaza Health Ministry,” which is run by Hamas.

But Israel, noting that it does not target hospitals, said an errant Palestinian rocket was a likely cause, later confirming that analysis.

It will surely come out who was truly responsible, however, will any of the Jew/Israel haters mention they were wrong if Islamic Jihad was at fault? Will the NY Times and others have top of the front page articles?

Has anyone considered that Iran caused the hospital bombing, since they literally just warned of “preemptive action” Tuesday? What better than creating a “blame Israel” situation?

Biden backs Israel’s account of deadly Gaza hospital blast

US President Joe Biden has said a deadly blast at a Gaza hospital appears to have been caused by Palestinian militants, backing Israel’s account of the incident as he visits the country. (snip)

“I was deeply saddened and outraged by the explosion at the hospital in Gaza yesterday,” Mr Biden said.

“Based on what I’ve seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you,” he told Mr Netanyahu. “But there’s a lot of people out there not sure so we have to overcome a lot of things.”

Will his own supporters, who tend to hate Israel and Jews, believe him? And, was he referring to Hamas or Iran as the “other team”?

The IDF have already released the audio transcript of intercepted communications between two Hamas, which acknowledges that it was an Hamas rocker failure, but it doesn’t matter: the anti-Semites and terrorist supporters will refuse to believe it was anything other than a deliberate Israeli strike.

Anyone with any sense at all would realize that the Israelis would never deliberately target a hospital, but, if someone supports Hamas or the Palestinians, he does not fall into the set of people who have any sense.

Israel bombs Gaza hospital, hundreds dead

fits the narrative too well to be fact checked before Jew haters and fellow travelers attack Israel.

If anyone still wonders how the Nazis were able to get millions of good, mostly nominally Christian, Europeans to round up and herd the Jews into railcars, to be shipped off to an unknown but obviously dire fate, just watch this video, and your eyes will be opened.

Marchers, on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania, a private, Ivy League school, tuition and fees not including housing $73,494 per academic year, loudly proclaiming “We want Jewish genocide!

If you are in charge of hiring people, do not hire any of them, and blacklist them through your industry.

If one is your co-worker, tell your employer that he must fire him; if he refuses, tell that either the anti-Semite goes, or you will file a hostile work environment lawsuit.

These people have called for the murder of others! They were not even limiting it to Israeli military, or Israelis in general, but to all Jews.

If one is an immigrant, report him to INS/ICE; do everything you can to get him deported.

Dana, that’s a good start. We need to keep it up. In WW II my dad was an MP in one of the outfits involved in the liberation of one of the first camps, Nordhausen, and I’ve heard some first hand accounts of what they found. He suffered from PTSD for the rest of his life because of it. I do not deny the Holocaust, and do not tolerate those who do.
These people must be stopped from destroying civilization.

They do have their freedom of speech, and what they say cannot be criminalized. But the public at large are not the government, and we can, and should, make life miserable for them.

No one on the left would be the least bit opposed if I had said this about people who say, “[Insert slang term for Negroes here] should be killed!” Why, then, would they be shocked that some would state that anti-Semites should be shunned and have their lives made miserable?

      • Dana says:

The distinguished Mr Dowd tried to turn my comment around on me, but he sort of failed, because what he suggested is pretty much what the left have already done!

Actually, they have done more, criminalizing what was, in effect, a fraternity keg party that got out of hand. The government have forced misdemeanor guilty pleas from the least of the Capitol kerfufflers, and sentenced some people who weren’t even there to multiple years in prison. They have been treated more harshly than Jefferson Davis, Robert E Lee, and all of the Confederates; the next sensible President should, on January 20, immediately pardon all of the Capitol kerfufflers.

Zachary Rehl was sentenced to 15 years, and the Feds are appealing that, saying that he should be in prison even longer. The Feds want him sentenced to 30 years, which would leave him in prison until he’s 68 years old.

But I have not asked for any prison sentences for the anti-Semites, because speech should not be criminalized, something I said before you posted yours. I have asked for private action, to make their lives miserable.

Why is it that no one ever asks why the Gazans didn’t try to turn their land into a peaceful and productive enclave after the Israelis completely evacuated the area in 2005?

Gaza is resource poor, but it has, potentially, some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean. Wealthier Europeans could have flocked there, to beach resorts which could have been opened earlier in the spring, and remained open longer in the fall, due to its more southerly position and warmer waters. The influx of euros would have led to a more prosperous life for most Gazans.

A peaceful Gaza would have brought both inspiration to the Palestinians in Judea and Samaria, to try a peaceful coexistence beside Israel, and more pressure from Israeli voters on the government to allow an independent ‘Palestine’ in those areas.

The ‘Palestinians’ were in the unique position of being able to win their war of independence by simply not fighting, but they were too stupid to see it.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Gaza is not a nation, it’s an occupied territory under a blockade. Two million “undesirables” were herded onto and into 130 sq mi of desert. But in fact there are beach resorts and hotels along Gaza’s Mediterranean shore.

How would the wealthier Europeans visit Gaza? There are no airports in Gaza. Before the war there were two ground entrances, via Egypt through Rafah and via Israel through Erez, both highly restricted even before the current Gaza-Israeli war. Who wants to spend several hours traveling to, and waiting to cross for a beach vacation??

Why didn’t the Native Americans take advantage of the wonderful lands they were granted and build amusement parks and hotels? In the 80s they DID take states to court to recognize their sovereignty to allow the tribes to regulate their lands, including those money-making casinos!!

      • Dana says:

The very sympathetic Mr Dowd wrote:

LOL! If there are beach resorts there, how do people visit them if, as you have said, Gaza is an occupied territory under a blockade?

Gaza is under a blockade now, following their attack on Israel, but prior to that, many Gazans had jobs in Israel, and there was a gate through which they could come and go. Obviously, tourists could go through the same gate.

Nor is Gaza occupied: Israel removed all of the settlers and troops in 2005. Had the Gazans tried to be peaceful and build something other than bombs, the travel restrictions would have been eased more than a decade ago.

You even got the population wrong: there are something like 2.2 million Gazans now, but the population was much smaller when Israel conquered the land in 1967. They weren’t ‘herded’ there, but lived in Gaza when it had been previously controlled by Egypt.

  5. drowningpuppies says:

Israel unilaterally left Gaza in 2005. Not a single Jew remained. More than that the Israelis left the farms, greenhouses, hothouses, everything for the Palestinians to make a successful, thriving community. And as soon as they took over, they burned it all down.

    • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Another irrelevant uncited copy&paste from Mr C&P. Egypt and Israel enacted a blockade of Gaza in 2007 extending through the present.

Regarding beach resorts and hotels, Gaza residents can go there, but likely only elites.

Gaza is a fenced prison, where the importation of goods is strictly regulated by men at the gates and fences with guns.

Israel regulates the importation to Gaza of diesel fuel and gasoline, water, medicine, fruits and vegetables, wheat, sugar, meat, chicken and fish products, dairy products, animal feed, hygiene products, clothing and shoes, cement, wood, iron, cattle, animal medicine, musical instruments, and notebooks.

Under the Oslo II Accord, the activities of the Palestinian Naval Police are restricted to 6 nautical miles from the coast. Since 2007, the Port of Gaza has been under an Israeli-imposed naval blockade as part of a blockade of the Gaza Strip, and activities at the port have been restricted to small-scale fishing.

Again, Hamas is a savage terrorist group and is not good for the people of Gaza just as the Nazis were not good for Germany or Hirohito for Japan. The children, women and men of Gaza have two enemies: Hamas AND Israel. Of the two, Hamas is worse.
