MSNBC Says The Quiet Part Out Loud: “This is an indictment of the people who voted for Trump”

You should be on notice that if you voted for Trump in 2020, and support him now, you could be looking at harassment from Government, perhaps criminal prosecution

This is what’s at stake with the Georgia Trump indictment

former president of the United States has now been criminally indicted for a fourth time. Less than a decade ago, we would have assumed a sentence like that would be found only in a work of fiction. Never in the history of our country has a former president faced one, let alone four, criminal indictments.  (snip)

Here is the first thing you need to know about the 2020 presidential election results in Georgia: Trump lost. Here is the second and last thing you need to know: Trump did everything he could, including, allegedly, engaging in criminal behavior to cheat that outcome.

So, everyone, including lots and lots of employees of MSNBC, should be prosecuted for their believe in the Russia Russia Russia hoax, trying to cheat the outcome?

This is about more than just another criminal case against Trump. This is an indictment of the people who voted for Trump despite plenty of evidence that he was unfit for office; the people who tried to help him undermine our elections; and of the people who failed to realize how close we came to every guardrail breaking down. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis charged 18 other individuals alongside the president, using Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced Corruption Organizations (RICO) Act.

This is saying to you Americans “vote the way we tell you or face the consequences. If we can come after a former president this hardcore, we could come after you, and you stand no chance.”

Of course there’s no evidence of criminality that’s the very nature of a kangaroo court. Anytime communists are involved in justice that’s what you get. You’ve seen that trials in Soviet Russia and Nazi Germany. The very fact that they have all lawyers and judges of the same mindset and are locating everything in fully democratic jurisdictions shows exactly what this is it’s a show trial. What they want is trump executed they’ll settle for him in prison as long as he can never take office.

This whole thing has been a sham from day one. We watched him on TV telling the protesters to go down to the capital peacefully OK but that doesn’t matter to the left they hear what they want. Just like they did not hear Schumer tell people to go down and attack the Supreme Court.

Selective listening selective speaking selective understanding but most importantly selective judgment. And you gotta keep in mind they’re all nothing but liars.

Their only commitment is to the power of the Democrat party which is the power of the American Communist Party. That’s all they care about.

Several Grand Juries disagree. Now, several criminal juries will examine the evidence.

Shorty should read the indictments which are chockablock with criminal acts. Not to mention the civil suit settled in favor of E Jean Carroll, whom he raped years ago. Rape is a criminal act.

Commenter: A grand jury will convict a dog …

Grand juries do not convict anyone.

Bullshit, shorty. Vice President Gore requested recounts (as did President Trump) of the closest election evuh. But unlike Trump, Vice President Gore did not try to install fake electors or try to persuade states to declare the election fraudulent and award him the presidency. As soon as the Supreme Court stopped the recount and awarded the presidency to Bush, Vice President Gore conceded. To this day, the opprobrious Trump has yet to concede the loss.

LOL. More grievance politics from the whiny right. More hyperbole to enrage the storm troopers!

Mr Trump has been indicted for several potential crimes. Voting for him, while stupid, was not, is not, a literal crime, but just a figurative crime against America. You will not be indicted for voting!! You are safe!! You may get your feelings hurt https://www.thepiratescove.us/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cry.gif, but right-wing tender feelings are not protected.

You will eventually give up your feelings for and allegiance to Trump and, we hope, return to supporting the United States of America. That said, the occult authoritarianism native to the American right may not be so easily dispelled. The anti-democratic soul of the right is real and the fear that Conservative, Caucasian, Christian (CCCs) Americans are being systematically replaced by “woke”, colored, atheist (and worse) interlopers remains.

For example, 70% of Americans think first trimester abortions should be legal. CCC politicians disagree with the majority and inflict their will on their citizens.

Perhaps our esteemed host wasn’t being quite so hysterical. When what the late, great Rush Limbaugh used to call PMSNBC said, “This is an indictment of the people who voted for Trump,” they meant exactly what they said. An indictment is defined as:

An indictment formally charges a person with a crime. During an indictment proceeding, a grand jury determines if there is adequate basis for bringing criminal charges against a suspected criminal actor.

Please note that my source wasn’t Wikipedia, but the Legal Information Institute of Cornell Law School.

In other words, what Jessica Levinson, MSNBC Columnist, said is that those who voted for President Trump have committed a crime. She minced no words about it; why are you trying to say that she meant something other than what she wrote?

      Miss Levinson continued:

If our criminal justice system stands for anything, and if the rule of law is more than just an empty platitude, these charges had to be brought. The leader of this country has been accused of implementing a criminal pressure campaign to invalidate the election results, falsely claim victory so that he could illegally stay in power. The criminal justice system withers to stacks of meaningless words on reams of paper in dusty criminal law books if such actions are permitted.

She ‘indicted’ those who voted for Mr Trump — and she quite specifically used the past tense, “voted” for Mr Trump, which would presumably include in both 2016 and 2020 — and that means that those people who voted for him committed a criminal act, and should be prosecuted.

Miss Levinson is not just an attorney, but also a professor at Loyola Law School; if anyone should understand the meaning of the word “indictment,” and the importance of precision in writing, she should. Lawyers are not imprecise people; they know what they mean, and they know what they say or write, because they are responsible for what they say or right in ways we mere mortals are not. A failure of language or imprecision in verbiage can very well be the difference between winning and losing a case in court.

Don’t be fooled: she wants those who voted for President Trump criminally charged, though for what, she did not specify. You could put that down as wishful thinking on her part, and perhaps it was, but she is still responsible for her words. For Mr Teach to state, “if you voted for Trump in 2020, and support him now, you could be looking at harassment from Government, perhaps criminal prosecution,” is a clear and direct reading of Miss Levinson’s words; he did that better than you did.

Miss Levinson wrote what she wrote; don’t try to defend her by saying that she didn’t really mean what she said.

      Dear Elwood:

“Mr Trump has been indicted for several potential crimes.”

You cant be indicted for what you haven’t done.

      • Elwood P. Dowd says:

Mr Lewis: You can’t be indicted for what you haven’t done.

Only every time a person is acquitted of a crime…

Are you denying that Mr Trump has not been indicted???

The state must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

Mr Trump will get his day(s) in court. The gubmint will present their case(s). Mr Trump will defend himself (or cut a deal(s)). The juries will decide if he is guilty as charged or will acquit him.

        The indictments…

        Jan. 6 Insurrection Case
U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia
2 felony counts (including one conspiracy count) of obstructing an official proceeding under 18 U.S.C. § 1512 | 1 felony count of conspiracy to defraud the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 371 | 1 felony count of conspiracy against rights under 18 U.S.C. § 241

        Georgia Election Interference Case
        Georgia state court
1 count of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act | 3 counts of solicitation of violation of oath by public officer | 1 count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer | 2 counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree | 2 counts of false statements and writings | 2 counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings | 1 count of filing false documents | 1 count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents

        Classified Documents Case
U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
32 felony counts of willful retention of national defense information in violation of the Espionage Act | 6 felony counts of obstruction-related crimes under 18 U.S.C. § 1512 and 18 U.S.C. § 1519 | 2 felony counts of false statements under 18 U.S.C. § 1001

        Hush Money Case
        New York state court
34 felony counts of New York Penal Law § 175.10: Falsifying business records in the first degree

        Not indicted, but sued…

        Carroll v. Trump
U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, No. 20-07311.

A jury found Trump liable to pay E Jean Carroll $5 million for sexual abuse and for defamation. Trump argued he had presidential immunity from defamation crimes committed as prez. Judge said, No you dinnit! Trump is appealing the verdict.

        • James Lewis says:

          Dear Elwood:

You wrote, “Mr Trump has been indicted for several potential crimes.”

          Potential means, “adjective
having or showing the capacity to become or develop into something in the future.
“a two-pronged campaign to woo potential customers”
          Similar:
          possible
          likely
          prospective
          future
          probable
          budding

That means he has not committed crime.

You can’t be indicted for what you “might do.”

Perhaps you have stupidly misspoke. You certainly have displayed great potential for doing so.

          • Elwood P. Dowd says:

            James,

Staying up late drinkin’ or are you just fizzucking stupid? And why are you such an ass?

In the United States, a defendant is innocent until proven guilty. It’s why we have indictments and trials.

Prosecutors present evidence to a grand jury who decide if there is “probable cause” to indict. That said, after a full trial, defendants are often acquitted, which doesn’t prove they are innocent but does mean the prosecution did not persuade a jury of a defendant’s guilt beyond a “reasonable doubt”.

  3. Elwood P. Dowd says:

    Mr Dana,

When Shorty McBoypuzzy backs you up you should maybe reconsider your position.

You wrote quite a screed, but understand what the writer typed: This is an indictment of the people who voted for Trump despite plenty of evidence that he was unfit for office The writer wasn’t preparing a court document.

Can you name one person indicted by a grand jury for voting for Trump?

Here’s what Merriam-Webster says about “indictment”:

    indictment
    noun

1: a formal written statement framed by a prosecuting authority and found by a jury (such as a grand jury) charging a person with an offense

2a: the action or the legal process of indicting
2b: the state of being indicted

3: an expression of strong disapproval
e.g., an indictment of government policy on immigrants

Note the third definition. In the US you will not be indicted by a jury for stupidly voting, even for an act as stupid and irresponsible as voting for Donald J Trump. Even for a third time. It’s an indictment of nuCons that they support Trump.

Trump was indicted by grand juries for multiple potential crimes, not for voting, not for saying vile things, not for lying. He may be convicted, acquitted, cut a deal or flee America.

Find something else to whine about. Maybe find some gay teens to mock. I hope you are just playing at being stupid. I’m embarrassed for you.

If you or Shorty or Teach are indicted by a grand jury for voting for Fat Donnie, one, two or even three times, I will donate to your defense fund and join the protests against this outrage.

I don’t know about anyone else here but I have been feeling more and more pushed into a corner by the left in the United states. This has been going on for several years now. Each day each week each month and especially each election I can feel our party and specifically Christians white people Republicans basically the majority of the country being pushed and pushed and pushed in the direction we don’t wanna go. And I’m not just talking about being pushed into a communist corner I’m talking about being pushed to the point where there’s gonna be somebody react and then all hell is gonna break loose and then they’ll blame it on us.

The left in this country has infiltrated everything to the point where they actually sound like they’re the majority when they’re not. Most Americans are not socialists or communists most Americans are not for censorship. Most Americans are not for open borders. Most Americans don’t believe in closing down businesses and keeping kids out of school because of a flu. Most Americans do not believe in prosecuting the president of the United states for taking papers under the presidential papers act or whatever the hell the thing’s called.

A very well dispersed and extremely powerful and vocal minority are running the institutions in this country and they’re convincing everybody that they’re the majority when they aren’t. Quite honestly I expect the next election in 2024 to be another stolen set up. And God forbid they try and throw president trump in jail before an election that’s just not gonna happen without a struggle. We need to stop the insanity of the left in this country and we need to do it by any means necessary. Their words not mine. Because if we don’t we’re not gonna have a country. You read stuff that doubled and H writes they’re not writing for America they’re writing for the Soviets are they’re running for Nazis or they’re waiting for communists of all types but they’re not writing for Americans. Commenter: We need to stop the insanity of the left in this country and we need to do it by any means necessary. Their words not mine.

      They’re your words.

The cornerstone of your vast conspiracy tale is that we communist/Nazis are able to rig every election (but choose not to rig most). That way, you have a ready excuse for losing elections and opposing democratic processes. You have no option but to take control by force to Make America Great Again.

Or you could win more elections. The American right has seized control of the southern, some upper midwest and mountain state legislatures. They’ve captured the Supreme Court. Once the retake the House, Senate and White House you fascists will be in tall cotton indeed. Yet, you’re in such a rush to kill your fellow citizens, whom you hate, you can’t wait to do it by democratic means. President Trump knew that and got caught. Perhaps, the second time is a charm!! Good luck, but realize that America will fight back.

      • L'Roy White says:

Good luck, but realize that America will fight back.

We are America you fat filthy commie. You certainly aren’t. You don’t care about anything but your fat ugly self. It’s difficult to win elections when the elections are fixed. It’s difficult to win in court when the courts are all run by leftists. it’s difficult to get an even shake in the media or entertainment when they’re all owned or operated by leftists. You operate like Stalin and get all pissy when we revolt.

It’s funny how you consider it legitimate when you steal elections but term the right winning elections in some southern and upper Midwest states as “seizing”. We get it just like abortion or gun control or crime or anything else it’s only right when you do it.

I’ve watched you call LG Brandon names when he is the guy who runs in the fire to save your family. I saw you call a decorated soldier Kye all kinds of names and a coward. And still, the FBI spends their days being buttfuked by the Democratic machine and the right believes they can actually win a fair election when the left harvests ballots by the millions and stuffs the boxes with the GOP watching and the first protest gets that person banned for life from any political activity, gets him investigated by the FBI and IRS.

We are rapidly facing a time when elections won’t matter. Actually, they never have for that matter. No matter who is elected the Machine for both parties sinks their claws into that person, blackmails them, pays them off, and then their vote becomes the vote of the RULING ELITE backed by the FBI, CIA, and the IRS.

The only difference between today and 100 years ago is now we have a billion cameras rolling catching the perps in the act creating a MACHINE of DISINFORMATION and SMEARS that threaten anyone for reporting the news.
