Dominion Voting Systems is fighting back against Sid Powell, Rudy, Russell Ramsland, Hannity, Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs, FOX, OAN, Newsmax, Epoch Times by accusing them of defamation based on false charges. FOX and Newsmax have both started to walk back their false claims. Letters warn the recipients to preserve documents and copies of correspondences related to Dominion.
If the courts have all agreed that the trump campaign lawsuits were ALL based of false claims, does that suggest Dominion may have a case? All the recipients need to do is prove their false claims are actually true.
Trump pardons do NOT protect these liars against civil suits.

Being that all of the courts have not said that, your question is a mere hypothetical.

Actually, Dominion would have to prove that the statements were made recklessly, and that is not the case. Some of the cases said that there was evidence of improprieties, but not enough to change the outcome and so the cases were dismissed. That’s not the same as the claims were false.
LOL. Let’s see. False statements made in order to subvert democracy with no regard to a private company’s reputation. The plaintiffs would be happy to take their chances.

Regarding improprieties, several Trump voters (actually Trump voters voting in the name of dead people) have been charged. Are these the improprieties you reference?

Once again, they would have to prove a reckless disregard for the information. And again, the courts ruled that the irregularities did not rise to a level that would have changed the outcome, not that the allegations were not true.
Then you have the Texas lawsuit in which the SCOTUS said Texas and other states did not have standing to sue, and did not rule on the merits of the case.

I have no idea and neither do you. There is some speculation that they backed off because of threats from the left. After all, it was under the Obama / Biden administration that went after records of journalists in blatant disregard for the Constitution.
