Deported Illegal Alien: Requiring People To Follow The Law Is Un-American Or Something

Remember, next time you’re pulled over for a traffic infraction, tell the officer that they’re un-American for daring to enforce the law

ICE IS ‘UN-AMERICAN,’ SAYS BUSINESSMAN DEPORTED AFTER NEARLY 40 YEARS IN U.S.

An Ohio businessman who called the United States his home for nearly 40 years before being deported three weeks ago has hit out at the country’s Immigration and Custom’s Enforcement (ICE) agency, accusing it of using “un-American” tactics to arrest undocumented immigrants.

Amer Othman, who came to the United States from Jordan 38 years ago and had been credited with helping revive his local Youngstown community, was arrested during what he thought was a routine meeting with immigration authorities, according to CBS News.

After being detained for two weeks, the businessman was deported to Jordan, his country of birth, and forced to leave behind his wife and four adult daughters, all of whom are U.S. citizens.

“What ICE has done is un-American,” Othman said, telling CBS he was considering suing the agency. “I love the American people. I love my community.”

Got that? Othman has been here illegally since 1979. The legal battles have been going on since the mid-1990’s.

ICE spokesperson Rachel Yong Yow said that Othman’s case had undergone “exhaustive judicial review at multiple levels of the nation’s courts” over the last decade and that “in each review, the courts have uniformly held that Mr. Othman does not have a legal basis to remain in the U.S.”

He was given time to wrap up his affairs, and deported. Because he has no legal basis to remain in the U.S. But, hey, ICE is un-American for doing the job it was tasked to do by Congress, who passed laws. The only person to blame is Mr. Othman, who had plenty of opportunity to leave the country and apply for citizenship, or even some other type of legal status, but didn’t. This is on Othman.

Meanwhile, in other illegal alien news

Arrests of undocumented immigrants in Boston are up 50 percent

This goes with lots of ICE actions in the Los Angeles area, and, one of my favorite headlines

ICE arrests surging in N.J. under Trump. Here’s why.

NJ.com apparently needs to explain it’s because there are lots of illegal aliens in New Jersey, and Trump is allowing ICE to do their job.

Apparently he was too busy to start the naturalization process…for 38 years. Seize all assets and profits that he acquired during those years, they are products of multiple felonies.

next time you’re pulled over for a traffic infraction

In America, every day, thousands of citizens are pulled over for speeding, or not using a turn signal, or for making an illegal U-turn and NOT given a ticket!!! Where’s the outrage? The law is the law. Hey gives the police the right to exercise discretion?

A few years ago I was pulled over for speeding (by MO state patrol – good guys in my too many experiences) in southern MO, on my way home from a hunting trip… was doing 70-something in a 60. My driver’s license was in the back of my SUV, so had to get out, open up the back, find my jacket… the back was filled with hunting rifles, a pistol or two, leftover beer and liquor.

He asked if we had any luck, took my license, hopped in his car, came back a few minutes later and said, “Thanks Mr. XXXXX, be sure and slow down.”

Do we have different laws for tall, white guys in SUVs?

    • Some Hillbilly in St Louis says:

Are you suggesting that authorities use their discretion to just ignore 50 million illegals feeding at the government’s teat?

    • formwiz says:

Usually, they’re given a warning and it’s active for a year, genius.

Lemme guess, Mommy drives you everywhere.

      Jeffrey Jeffery asked:

Do we have different laws for tall, white guys in SUVs?

Yes, of course we do, just as we have different levels of law enforcement when cute white girls are involved.

Why? Because white people are statistically less likely to be a social and criminal problem! Now, you may think that a horrible, discriminatory, racist way for the police to look at things, but remember: you support the law looking at group statistics and then granting individual favors for members of Certified Victim Groupsâ„¢.

I, of course, think that we should have different laws for tall, white guys in trucks, but SUVs? They’re kind of effeminate, don’t you think?

Obvious question: if you had “leftover beer and liquor,” did he pop you for an instant breathalyzer test? That should have been done.

Well, that’s kind of the point behind the police having ‘interacted’ so many times with Nikolas de Jesus Cruz, yet never once arresting him, despite people complaining about theft and vandalism from that miscreant. Broward County schools did not report his expulsion to police after he assaulted another student because the school board took the deliberate decision not to report such things because so many involved blacks and Hispanics, and that didn’t look good! It worked, too: In 2011-12, Broward County officers made 1,062 school-related arrests. That dropped to 392 in 2015-16, putting the rate of school-related arrests among the lowest in the state. Mr Cruz was one of those not reported, and, as such, was able to pass the background check which enabled him to buy a weapon.

It appears that the police and the school system did exercise discretion, but they exercised it very poorly. Had they not tried to make up for so many blacks and Hispanics being arrested by not arresting blacks and Hispanics, seventeen people would be alive today while Mr Cruz would possibly be in jail for assault, but not for premeditated murder.

SUVs are about as effeminate as your name. The Dana whose parents thought “he” was a little girl… with the temerity to ridicule someone else’s name…

Just another mass shooting of innocents in a Red State and under t-RUMP’s watch.

        Sad.

    • o0Nighthawk0o says:

You mean just like Mr. Othman who has been getting warnings for the same offence for at least 10 years but still continued to commit that same offence? Any driver who is repeatedly warned for the same offence over and over will eventually get ticketed and fined and if he continues, have his license revoked. Mr. Othman simply had his license to violate our immigration laws revoked.

  3. Jeffery says:

How did Mr. Othman’s deportation benefit the US?

  4. Jl says:

Yes, J-that’s why we have 11-30 million illegal invaders still here, depending on who one listens to. Seems like the border police didn’t give them a ticket, either.

    • Jeffery says:

Come November, we’ll see if the American voters agree with you and your ICEstapo.

Remember when t-RUMP lied, saying he was going after the “bad dudes”. Turns out the “bad dudes” are hard to catch. As always, Lazy Donnie took the easy way out.

Ha Ha… Remember when t-RUMP lied… Who can remember so many lies?

But his white nationalist brownshirts (actually polo shirts and tiki torches) knew he was lying, wink, wink, didn’t you?

I bet those poor naive teenagers actually believed that the Lyin’ King would do something about school shootings. He will. He’ll talk about it, wink, wink. But his white nationalist troops know what he’ll “do”, don’t you?

      Yesterday: “Let’s give teachers guns!”
This morning: “Didn’t say it! FAKE NEWS!”

      • formwiz says:

Come November, most people will look at the economy and how many illegals have been tossed out and give Trump an even stronger R Congress.

And catching MS-13 has proven pretty easy, actually.

  5. formwiz says:

It’s called self-deportation and it worked swell under Operation Wetback.

  6. Jl says:

Yes-less invaders, more jobs for Americans.
