Target CEO Says You’re Totally Missing The Point Of Letting Fake Men Into The Women’s Room

Come on, people, you need to get it!

(Yahoo) Chairman and CEO Brian Cornell said Wednesday its bathroom policy fits the retailer’s long history of “embracing diversity and inclusion.”

Cornell told CNBC’s “ Squawk Box ” he wants everyone to feel welcome at his stores but stressed that safety is also very important.

Hey, there’s nothing safer than opening the floodgates for people who are taking advantage of the policies to go into the women’s room and spy on ladies and girls.

The group wants Target to have separate facilities for men and women, but also have a single occupancy unisex bathroom option for the transgender community and for those who like using the bathroom alone.

What’s missing in the debate, Cornell said, is Target already has those options in most stores. He said it’s a priority to make sure all stores have a family bathroom option in a addition to a men’s and women’s room.

Of course, the problem here is that the TG crew and their backers do not want to use the family bathroom. They are DEMANDING to use the bathroom of their choice. They refuse to compromise. It’s their way or….well, there is not other way in their world. You will be forced to comply.

How’s Target’s policy working?

That tough feedback includes a consumer boycott that now has 1.2 million supporters, much damage to the company’s brand, and a massive sell-off on Wall Street that has chopped the company’s share price from almost $84 on April 19 to $75.70 on May 11.

That’s a loss of $8.30 per share, or 10 percent, or almost $5 billion since April 19. Of course, some part of that loss is due to President Barack Obama’s weak economy — but no company is helped by many management decisions that anger so many customers.

Come one, gender confused supporters, you have to buck up Target!

I had a vision of Jenner, who has been using women’s bathrooms, performing her detransition in a Target ladies’ room and having to race for the men’s room in a flurry of flying lacy underthings, his hands covering the arousal that he has (because his friend’s say he has been desiring women again), before being caught out and arrested as an aroused pervert in the wrong bathroom.

Is it exploitative for Jenner to pose nude for SI as a woman, knowing that she is going to detrans and chase skirts? I think I need a safe space now.

    Teach,

Transgenders have been using restrooms for years without problems.

You slur them as “gender confused” and “fake men”, but they have names. Names such as Mary, Samuel, Dana, William, Connie, Robert, Erin, Michael, Porter, Lisa and on and on. They have mothers and fathers that love them. They have spouses and brothers and sisters and aunts and uncles. They have sons and daughters. And you slur them as “gender confused” and “fake men”, reducing their lives to a hateful slur.

You should be ashamed of yourself. America is.

Here’s a recent discussion in Nature about research into intersex conditions. It’s long and has big words and even bigger ideas, so it may not be for you.

The solution for Target is to remodel the public restrooms into all single user Unisex bathrooms for safety. Target shows poor planning, Public relations, and management by not thinking thru their policy change and the public’s mood.

    Jeff,
The issue is just what you described, the trans have been using the women’s room all along. Now, they have decided to make an issue of it and that has no meaning. For that matter, gays have lived together for decades and no one cared then they made an issue of it with the intent of changing the way people think. So, they can expect to get opinion on the way people think and they might not accept the illness that these folks have. At least, not accept it to the extent that people are having it shoved down their throats. I have seen and cared for trans folks and have friends with children with these issues. They are mentally ill. They need help, not some social acceptance. The responsibility of the government is to maintain a social norm, not make every little issue into a huge political issue. You will respond that they need their rights protected, that is true enough, but society for the most part does not accept them to be the gender they desire, so they need to get help to rectify their problems. Should someone with active TB be allowed to go were he or she desires? The person with TB need help, treatment, not acceptance. The trans people might not be hurting folks, but the situation that they are insisting on is increasing the likelihood that a pervert can take advantage of the “rights” that are being allowed. Plus, women are being put upon, remember the “war on women”. It seems that the liberals are really making war. So, if a trans does not have a penis, they can do what they want, if they do have a penis, they should use the men’s room. I have seen that since 1973.

“You should be ashamed of yourself. America is.” Really? The whole country? A new J drama queen alert!

  6. Jeffery says:

    J,

You might be right! Actually only 58% of Americans are ashamed of you hatemongers.

I’m sure the rest of America will be ashamed if they get to know you.

According to Halperin, multiple sources close to the Kardashian family told him that Jenner might revert back because she retains her interest in females.

    Oh no!

    The tranny re-transitioning…

This is really confusing especially for the confused little guy who exaggerates often and is obsessed with transgenders and dicks

Almost always there is conflict at the intersections of science, conservatism/religion and society. Intersex is no different. What a doctor decides at birth establishes a dichotomy that determines what bathroom the State forces a person to use. Done and done.

Science victimizes conservatives. Whether on global warming, the age of the Earth, biological evolution, intelligence and race, or sex determination the scientific consensus conflicts with conservative belief systems.

    from Nature:

Sex can be much more complicated than it at first seems. According to the simple scenario, the presence or absence of a Y chromosome is what counts: with it, you are male, and without it, you are female. But doctors have long known that some people straddle the boundary — their sex chromosomes say one thing, but their gonads (ovaries or testes) or sexual anatomy say another. Parents of children with these kinds of conditions — known as intersex conditions, or differences or disorders of sex development (DSDs) — often face difficult decisions about whether to bring up their child as a boy or a girl. Some researchers now say that as many as 1 person in 100 has some form of DSD.

1% would suggest over 30 million intersex folks in the US alone! Maybe 100,000 in NC being forced to pee where Gov McCrory dictates.

When genetics is taken into consideration, the boundary between the sexes becomes even blurrier. Scientists have identified many of the genes involved in the main forms of DSD, and have uncovered variations in these genes that have subtle effects on a person’s anatomical or physiological sex. What’s more, new technologies in DNA sequencing and cell biology are revealing that almost everyone is, to varying degrees, a patchwork of genetically distinct cells, some with a sex that might not match that of the rest of their body. Some studies even suggest that the sex of each cell drives its behaviour, through a complicated network of molecular interactions. “I think there’s much greater diversity within male or female, and there is certainly an area of overlap where some people can’t easily define themselves within the binary structure,” says John Achermann, who studies sex development and endocrinology at University College London’s Institute of Child Health.

The standard conservative argument (as with global warming) is that the emerging science is part of the conspiracy engineered by the international cabal of social justice warriors pushing the ladyboy agenda, the sole purpose to destroy decent society, elect progressive/communists and torment innocent Christians who just want America to be like Elm Street in a 1950s sitcom.

  9. Jeffery says:

    Beyond the binary

Biologists may have been building a more nuanced view of sex, but society has yet to catch up. True, more than half a century of activism from members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community has softened social attitudes to sexual orientation and gender. Many societies are now comfortable with men and women crossing conventional societal boundaries in their choice of appearance, career and sexual partner. But when it comes to sex, there is still intense social pressure to conform to the binary model.

This pressure has meant that people born with clear DSDs (disorders of sexual development) often undergo surgery to ‘normalize’ their genitals. Such surgery is controversial because it is usually performed on babies, who are too young to consent, and risks assigning a sex at odds with the child’s ultimate gender identity — their sense of their own gender. Intersex advocacy groups have therefore argued that doctors and parents should at least wait until a child is old enough to communicate their gender identity, which typically manifests around the age of three, or old enough to decide whether they want surgery at all.

So a doctor decides that a baby with ambiguous genitalia should be a boy or a girl and performs surgery. I guess the doc has a 50/50 chance of getting it right. These are just the cases where the docs are “certain”. Many, many other babies are “assigned” a sex, which is just a best guess at the time. In many cases, that child grows up feeling, being, living, the sex other than the one assigned to them at birth by the doctor and the State.

And Gov McCrory now decides what bathroom they should use.
