Climate (cult) Scientists Give Trump Bad Grade For Trying To Kill Endangerment Finding

They’re big mad, because ditching the Obama era endangerment finding undermines the cult scientist’s ability to generate media appearances and revenue for themselves

Scientists give harsh grades to Trump administration work aimed at undoing a key climate finding

climate doom yearly

Wait, I don’t have global heating on here?

Two key documents from the Trump administration aimed at revoking the long-standing finding that climate change is dangerous were filled with errors, bias and distortions, according to dozens of scientists surveyed by The Associated Press.

One of the reports argues that sea ice decline in the Arctic has been small, but uses data from the Antarctic to make the point. It uses a French-focused study on climate-related crop losses for a claim about the U.S. — a generalization the author said didn’t work because of significant differences in climate and agriculture. And after saying decades-old wildfire statistics aren’t reliable, the report reproduces them in a graphic anyway, making it appear fires were worse a century ago than they have been more recently.

Scientists noted those basic errors, but the most common critique from the vast majority of the 64 who answered AP’s questions was that the Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy ignored, twisted or cherry-picked information to manufacture doubt about the severity and threat of climate change.

LOL, everything the Warmists use is cherry picked, altered fraudulently, er, excuse me, smoothed, or both

The Trump administration in July proposed revoking a 2009 government finding that climate change is a threat to public health and welfare, a concept known as the “endangerment” finding that is backed by mainstream science. Overturning it could pave the way for cutting a range of rules that limit pollution from cars, power plants and other sources. (snip)

AP reached out to some 350 scientists by email — nearly all the lead authors of research cited in the Trump administration’s work, plus another 139 climate experts in science, health and economics who are prominent in the field. Fifty-three of the 64 scientists who responded — including outside researchers not mentioned by the reports — gave the EPA and DOE documents a negative review. Seven praised them. The remaining four took no clear position.

In 15 cases, scientists whose work was cited said it was misused, misinterpreted or taken out of context.

Well, it’s not shocking that scientists who take the cult line are backing the cult, is it? Too bad the AP didn’t ask the scientists and “experts” didn’t ask if they had given up their own use of fossil fuels.

Democrats Believe Car Jacking And Illegal Alien Criminals Do Not Matter To Americans

Well, I mean, if they’re unhinged and suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome they might believe that neither happens, but, for the rest?

Migrant crime and carjackings ‘don’t matter to that many Americans,’ left-wing think tank VP tells Democrats

A speaker at the Democratic National Committee’s (DNC) summer meeting on Monday urged Democrats not to copy President Trump’s tough-on-crime approach – arguing that migrant crime, carjackings and other public safety threats “don’t matter to that many Americans.”

Insha Rahman, the vice president for advocacy and partnerships at the Vera Institute of Justice, made the shocking statement as she framed Trump’s Washington, DC, crime crackdown as a “huge opportunity” for the Democratic Party.

It’s amazing how many Democrats have these BS jobs in advocacy and stuff

“You want to talk about the crime issues voters care about,” Rahman explained to Democrats, as she shared the results of a recent poll commissioned by Vera’s political advocacy arm, showing which types of crimes respondents believe will most impact them personally.

The poll from the George Soros-funded think tank showed gun violence at the top of the list (36%), followed by homelessness and public drug use (34%), muggings or assaults (34%), opioids and fentanyl abuse (31%), retail theft (29%), carjackings (29%) and migrant crime (28%).

“Where does Trump go?” Rahman continued. “Migrant crime, carjackings, the really lurid, awful stuff that is a crazy, crazy visual.”

Well, yeah, shootings in Democrat run cities will be noticed when you poll Democrats in Democrat run cities, because they have lots of them by Democrat voting criminals.

“Don’t take the bait because most Americans are more worried about how we are going to address mental health issues, the visible homelessness that we see on streets, and how do we deal with mental health and other issues that drive the sort of random incidents that scare all of us – that’s what you should be talking about.”

Even though nearly a third of Americans, according to Vera’s own polling, expressed concern about the “lurid” crime Rahman accused Trump and Republicans of hyper-focusing on – she implored Democrats not to talk about those issues.

“Don’t take the bait and talk about migrant crime or carjackings or the things that actually don’t matter to that many Americans,” Rahman said.

Instead, she wants Democrats to talk about all the things that have worked so well, like cashless bail. And the policies that create all that crime in Dem cities. Did you know that D.C. cannot charge those under 16 years old with most felonies, except the worst of the worst, which is why you see so many 13, 14, and 15 year olds stealing cars and carjacking, among other felonies?

These people are seriously out of touch, which is why they lost and why their polling is so darned low. I hope Dems take her advice

Your Fault: We Could Get Four New Seasons

Will they be fun seasons? Is there any actual data through previous Holocene warm periods to support this?

Our Planet Could Get Four New Seasons Due to Rapid Climate Change — Research Finds

Climate change isn’t just changing the temperature patterns throughout the year — it is now also reshaping the very seasons that we’ve known for hundreds of years. In a recent report, scientists have warned that the four-season cycle of spring, summer, autumn, and winter is being disrupted, with several new seasons also coming up. The four new seasons are emergent, extinct, arrhythmic, and syncopated. This research was done by two geographers at the University of York and the London School of Economics in the UK. It is published in the journal titled Progress in Environmental Geography.

Earth tilts 23.5 degrees as it orbits around the Sun, creating seasons by changing how much sunlight different regions get. While this tilt isn’t changing, the study shows how human-driven climate disruption is reshaping the seasons we have commonly known. One among the four new types of seasons is the Emergent season, which shows entirely new seasonal patterns as human actions combine with natural air and ocean cycles. An example of this is the rise of haze seasons in Southeast Asia, as reported by IFL Science. In places such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, people now witness heavy air pollution caused by the widespread burning of tropical peatlands.

Haze seasons are not ‘climate change’.

Another category is Extinct seasons, referring to a season that once existed in the past but has now vanished. A notable example is the disappearance of kittiwake season along the northeast English coast. Next in line are the Syncopated seasons, which describe shifts where already existing seasonal patterns seem to intensify or weaken compared to how they once occurred. For instance, many regions across the world are now witnessing hotter summers and gentler winters. The wildfires in Northern Europe are also experiencing a growing trend.

Really, stop, you sound nuts. Just full on batguano insane.

The last one is the Arrhythmic season, which is marked by irregular shifts in the timings of the natural events. It disrupts the seasonal calendars that communities have long been witnessing. The examples of this include longer summers and shorter winters. All the changes listed above can break the natural coordination between plants and animals, while also unsettling human communities that rely on these cycles for their livelihoods. For generations, Mekong River communities have depended on seasonal flows for fishing and farming.

Totally Expected: Wacko Judge Orders MS-13 Maryland Man Not Be Sent To Uganda Yet

Really, at this point, why not simply put him through standard deportation proceedings for Kilmar? Shouldn’t take long. He’s here illegally. That’s all that’s necessary. Goodness, there has already been a final deportation order in 2019

Kilmar Abrego Garcia taken into ICE custody, but judge blocks deportation for now

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who reunited with his family last week after 160 days apart following his mistaken deportation to El Salvador, was taken into ICE custody Monday after an immigration check-in, but a judge later ruled that he cannot be deported, for now. (snip)

Abrego filed a new lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Maryland “seeking to ensure that he is not removed from the United States pending his immigration proceedings.”

The lawsuit asked a federal judge to issue an order that Abrego not be allowed to be removed from the United States unless he is given proper due process to fight his potential deportation.

The suit challenges Abrego’s deportation to Uganda or any other country unless and until he has had a fair trial, Sandoval-Moshenberg said. He later argued that deporting his client to any country without any credible assurances that he could stay there would be “just a very inconvenient layover to El Salvador.”

At a hearing Monday afternoon, U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis ordered that Abrego must remain stay detained in the United States — temporarily blocking his deportation to Uganda — until she holds an evidentiary hearing.

So, just show he is illegally present in the U.S. per Federal Code 8 and deport his ass back to El Salvador. Or, he could choose another country. Regardless, he has to go.

Before his ICE check-in appointment and detainment Monday morning, Abrego addressed reporters surrounded by family, supporters, faith leaders and his legal team, who were all calling for his freedom.

“My name is Kilmar Abrego Garcia, and I want you to remember this, remember that I am free and I was able to be reunited with my family,” he said in Spanish before a translator repeated in English.

Did you get that?

Your Fault: Relocating Or Buying A House Requires Hard Questions

We could have avoided all this had you simply given all your life choices to government

Relocating, or buying a house? Climate change means asking a lot of hard questions

climate cowFor those thinking about relocating — perhaps for a job, or after retirement — there are myriad decisions to make. But these days, one of the key considerations is climate change. With heat, firesflooding and devastating storms increasing in both frequency and intensity, buyers are being forced not only to figure out whether the homes they want to purchase can stand up to environmental forces, but also whether entire communities will remain sustainable in the coming years and decades.

New York Times columnists Ron Lieber and Tara Siegel Bernard did a deep dive into the topic in their article, “How to Shop For a Home that Won’t Be Upended by Climate Change.

Lieber joins Here & Now‘s Robin Young to talk about the questions to ask and where to find the answers.

Yeah, it’s a stupid podcast, because we’ve never had bad weather before. Never, had, say, a hurricane obliterate Galveston, Texas, killing an estimated 8,000. In Warmist World everything is linked to ‘climate change’.  If we head to Fish Wrap we get

Are You Prepared for a Climate Disaster?
Test your knowledge of how to handle hurricanes, tornadoes, wildfires and more.

Hurricanes. Flooding. Wildfires. Tornadoes. As climate change makes natural disasters more severe and frequent, many people are finding themselves exposed to unfamiliar threats.

France Whines About US Ambassador Accusing Them Of Not Doing Enough About Jew Hatred

The French government isn’t doing a whole lot of denying, just some basic “not us!”

France summons US Ambassador Kushner over ‘unacceptable’ letter about rising antisemitism

France has summoned the American ambassador to Paris after the diplomat, Charles Kushner, wrote a letter to French President Emmanuel Macron alleging the country did not do enough to combat antisemitism.

France’s foreign ministry issued a statement Sunday announcing it had summoned Kushner to appear Monday at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and that his allegations “are unacceptable.”

The White House did not immediately respond to a message seeking comment. State Department spokesperson Tommy Pigott on Sunday evening said it stood by Kushner’s comments, adding: “Ambassador Kushner is our U.S. government representative in France and is doing a great job advancing our national interests in that role.”

The summoning of the ambassador is a formal and public notice of displeasure.

“Unacceptable” is not much of a defense, eh?

The French foreign ministry, in its statement, said “France firmly rejects these allegations” from Kushner and that French authorities have “fully mobilized” to combat a rise in antisemitic acts since the Oct. 7, 2023 attack by Hamas on Israel, deeming the acts “intolerable.”

In the letter, released late on Sunday, Kushner writes that “public statements haranguing Israel and gestures toward recognition of a Palestinian state embolden extremists, fuel violence and endanger Jewish life in France.”

Kushner urges Macron “to act decisively: enforce hate-crime laws without exception, ensure the safety of Jewish schools, synagogues and businesses … and abandon steps that give legitimacy to Hamas and its allies.”

“Fully mobilized”

Antisemitism Continues to Skyrocket in France, With Over 1,500 Incidents Recorded in 2024, New Report Finds

That was in January 2025

France confronts a surging wave of antisemitism

France, home to Europe’s largest Jewish population, is once again wrestling with a surge in antisemitic sentiment that has alarmed political leaders, Jewish communities and rights groups alike. While antisemitism has long cast a shadow over French society, recent incidents, political decisions and disturbing trends among the youth suggest a deepening crisis that may prove more difficult to contain.

The latest flashpoint came over the weekend when the French government expelled Nour Atallah, a student from Gaza who had arrived on a scholarship to study at Sciences Po Lille. Her visa, granted under a programme overseen by Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot and the French Consulate in Jerusalem, was swiftly revoked after posts from her social media accounts were discovered glorifying Adolf Hitler, calling for the execution of Jews and celebrating the October 7 Hamas attacks. The posts, now deleted, triggered a judicial inquiry and led to her deportation to Qatar.

The scandal has ignited intense scrutiny over France’s vetting procedures for Gazan students. Barrot has frozen all student evacuations from Gaza pending an internal investigation. The incident has highlighted a broader unease within France over the intersection of the Israel-Palestine conflict and domestic communal tensions.

This is August. But, hey, good to see they booted one person out. Did it a whole lot quicker than the Jew hating judges in the US have allowed.

Even before Atallah’s expulsion, antisemitic incidents were climbing at an alarming rate. In Paris alone, three synagogues and a Jewish restaurant were recently vandalised with green paint, while the city’s Holocaust memorial was defaced twice, including with anti-Israel graffiti. In Lyon, swastikas and hateful slogans appeared on classroom walls of a primary school that was also set on fire. While the blaze was quickly extinguished, the symbolism was chilling.

The latest wave of hostility is unfolding against the backdrop of the ongoing Israel–Hamas war. According to the American Jewish Committee’s (AJC) 2024 Survey of Antisemitism in France, younger generations are increasingly vulnerable to antisemitic ideas, often masked as anti-Zionism. More than a third of French people aged 18 to 24 reportedly believe that attacking Jews is justifiable if they support Israel. Among French Jews under 25, 64 per cent have experienced verbal abuse due to their heritage.

You can see how Kushner was concerned, and recognizing the violent, Jew hating Palestinians as having their own nation would not help. France has the 3rd highest population of Jews in the world, after Israel and the U.S. France seems more upset over the letter than the actual Jew hatred and support for Hamas, which is a designated terrorist organization by France.

Wisconsin Youts Sue State Over ‘Climate Change’

I’m sure this is totally their own idea, not backed by big money climate scam groups, and that the youts have made their own lives carbon neutral, right?

Youth Sue State to Overturn Laws Affecting Climate Crisis

A group of 15 young people in Wisconsin is challenging state laws that it says worsen the climate crisis and violate their constitutional rights following a landmark climate ruling in Montana.

Attorneys for environmental groups Our Children’s Trust and Midwest Environmental Advocates, or MEA, filed the lawsuit Friday against the Public Service Commission and Wisconsin Legislature in Dane County Circuit Court. Groups brought the challenge on behalf of youth ranging in ages from 8 to 17.

So, yeah, astroturfed

Youth say their health has been affected by flooding, poor air quality due to wildfire smoke, extreme heat and Lyme disease that have grown more common due to climate change.

Can they actually prove this in court? I’m sure they’ll find a nice, friendly judge to rule in their favor, instead of working through the duly elected General Assembly.

Onalaska resident and lead plaintiff Kaarina Dunn, 17, said her family was forced to move from their Vernon County home due in part to flooding driven by climate change. An avid tennis player, she said she’s also adjusted her schedule to practice in the early morning hours to avoid extreme daytime heat. “I have suffered the effects of climate change from a young age, and it has had a terrible effect on my life. But that doesn’t mean that I’m just going to continue to let them negatively affect me,” Dunn said. “I’m going to stand up for myself, and I’m going to do what’s right by having this lawsuit and leading my fellow plaintiffs in this way.”

She can totally tell the difference in the 1.6F increase since 1850.

Tony Wilkin Gibart, MEA’s executive director, said state laws that bar utility regulators from considering pollution from new fossil fuel plants and cap renewable energy requirements for utilities violate their constitutional rights.

“We believe that (their constitutional rights are) being violated by the state continuing to pump greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere and drive the climate crisis in ways that are harming our clients and profoundly disrupting their ways of life and jeopardizing the stability of their future,” Wilkin Gibart said.

Section VI of the lawsuit in the link above is about their constitutional rights, but, fails to provide one reason why as based on the Wisconsin Constitution.

151. The best available science today prescribes that global atmospheric CO2 concentrations
must be restored to less than 350 ppm by 2100 (with further reductions thereafter) to stabilize the
EEI and climate system on which Plaintiffs’ ability to meaningfully exercise their fundamental
rights depend.2

Well, if all the Warmists in the world give up their own use of fossil fuels we might get there. Otherwise, we just need to revert to an early 1800s society.

Unhinged Wackos Sign Petition In Favor Of Murderous Illegal Alien Truck Driver

No one is actually surprised by this, are they?

Petition supporting illegal migrant trucker accused of killing 3 people gets 2.2 million signatures

More than two million people have signed a petition calling for leniency for an Indian illegal migrant trucker accused of killing three people in a crash in Florida.

Harjinder Singh, 28, faces three charges of vehicular homicide and up to 45 years in prison after he allegedly pulled an illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike on Aug. 12 while driving a tractor trailer — six years after he entered the US illegally.

Since his arrest in California, 2.2 million people have signed a Change.org petition calling for Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to commute Singh’s sentence if he gets convicted.

“This was a tragic accident — not a deliberate act. While accountability matters, the severity of the charges against him does not align with the circumstances of the incident,” the petition reads.

It seems a lot of people signing this are Indian nationals. Maybe they should have their visas cancelled and sent packing

“It was an accident. he made a terrible mistake, not a deliberate choice to harm anyone. He was working hard to support his family, like so many of us, and one wrong decision changed everything. A 45-year prison sentence is not justice,” one commenter, Marvi, based in Sydney, Australia, wrote.

“45 yrs of imprisonment?? is it fair for a young boy who left his home country to have bright future, support family???” a second user based in Mississauga, Ontario, wrote.

Mind your own business in your own countries…oh, wait, you are most likely on visas there, too.

He just killed three people, and looks utterly unconcerned.
