It’s a bad idea to commit a crime when you’re here in the United States illegally (well, it’s a bad idea to commit a crime in the first place, but, you know what I mean). BTW, all liberal women consider themselves to be affluent, no matter their monetary status. They think they’re better than anyone else

This Jersey Shore offender is on ICE.
A lefty Canadian illegal immigrant was thrown into an immigration detention center after she allegedly slapped a teen on on the boardwalk because she was wearing pro-Trump and ICE clothing, according to cops and sources.
Now her TikTokker husband — who previously posted disturbing videos wishing for President Trump’s assassination and praying for the president’s family to get cancer — is trying to raise money for her legal defense and slamming the “horrible” conditions inside the Delaney Hall ICE lockup where she’s being held.
Kaitlyn Tracey, 33, allegedly confronted a group of four teenagers — including a 16-year-old girl with “patriotic-colored” MAGA sweatpants featuring the word “ICE” — at the Point Pleasant boardwalk over Fourth of July weekend, according to court documents obtained by NJ.com.
Tracey overstayed her visa and was in the US illegally at the time of her arrest, DHS said Wednesday.
Too bad the mafia no longer runs the boardwalk, they would have put her in her place. Regardless, Pt. Pleasant Beach, a place I’ve been too numerous times when I lived up in NJ, is still a good Republican area, and the cops apparently ran her info, saw she had overstayed her visa (She entered the United States on April 14, 2024, on a visa set to expire on September 6, 2024), and immediately called NICE, no matter what the state law says about sharing information with NICE.
She reportedly video’d herself assaulting the juvenile on July 3rd, cannot find that anywhere, but, I bet Los Federales can. Her husband is whining about her being in ICE detention at the Delaney facility, which they have both protested against, and wants her out. She will be out soon: either because she will be prosecuted in Pt. Pleasant Beach court or Ocean County court, and sent to county jail for a stay, and then deported, or just straight up sent back to Canada
The husband, Matt Geroni, is also a complete moonbat wackjob, as you can read in the article
Geroni said he married Tracey “a little over three years ago” and shared his wife’s arrest with his 140,000 followers in an effort to get her released, “even if that means back to Canada.”
Well, we’ll see if she spends time in jail first.
On Wednesday, Geroni accused the Point Pleasant Beach Police Department of “lying” about the circumstances around his wife’s arrest.
He insisted the group of teens was causing trouble on the boardwalk, “provoked” Tracey and “pushed and shoved” her, according to the Daily Mail.
He claimed they singled out his wife because she was wearing “punk” clothing that flew in the face of their MAGA attire.
But, weirdly, they do not have video of that. Nor does the PPB police after they scooped up video from the cameras scattered around the boardwalk.

So, they stop the blades of giant wind turbines, meaning they aren’t turning to produce some energy?
Eagles Kept Dying At These Wyoming Wind Farms – Until Automated Cameras Stepped In
While they should go hand in hand, wildlife conservation and clean energy projects often find themselves at odds. In some areas, for example, birds can’t tell the difference between solar panels and lakes, which affects their migratory pattern, and wind turbines are known to cause bird fatalities. To help protect birds — including the protected golden eagle — the Top of the World Windpower Project in Wyoming installed a system of cameras, called IdentiFlight, that detects objects flying towards turbines.
The IdentiFlight cameras use artificial intelligence track approaching birds and, if the bird flies too close to a turbine, the technology will temporarily stop the turbine. IdentiFlight has been shown to be pretty effective. A study carried out between 2014–2019 and published in a 2021 issue of the Journal of Applied Ecology found that the tech specifically reduced eagle fatalities by over 80% compared to a control group, which actually saw an increase over the same period. That’s why it’s been implemented at other wind farms in Wyoming and across the world with the ability to identify hundreds of bird species.
Interesting. The Warmist keep saying that there was no danger to birds.
IdentiFlight technology is a smart idea and effective way to protect birds from dying to spinning wind turbines, but other issues remain. First, while automated systems can prevent some bird deaths, it can’t stop them all. It still matters where wind farms are located, and developers still need to seriously consider the ecological impact on local wildlife (especially protected bird species) before selecting new sites.
Meanwhile, they could pretty much put a small gen 6 nuclear power plant or natural gas plant without killing all those birds
Additionally, even though this technology is good for birds, temporarily stopping the wind turbines is bad for efficiency. Pauses mean lower energy production, especially if they occur frequently. That’s an issue amid growing demand for electricity, particularly since you’d need hundreds of wind turbines to equal one nuclear reactor. Finally, wind farms aren’t the only environmental risks, as Wyoming is also dealing with a Cheyenne water recycling plant that only recently restarted after it was contaminated by a Meta AI data center.
It all sounds very silly and a waste of time and money.

Democrats can talk all high and mighty, but, at the end of the day this is really about hatred of Jews
Almost Half of House Democrats Vote to End Aid to Israel
The House on Wednesday rejected a measure to eliminate U.S. aid to Israel, but almost half of Democrats supported the move, reflecting a rapid and dramatic shift within the party away from decades of unequivocal support for the Jewish state.
The measure, which sought to cut all $3.3 billion in military and humanitarian aid to Israel from a foreign affairs spending bill, failed by a vote of 104 to 314, with 10 voting “present,” and all but one Republican, Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky, a sponsor, voting no.
But more Democrats supported it than opposed it, including many who said they voted in favor despite their opposition to the cuts to humanitarian aid. It was the latest and starkest evidence of a major divide over backing Israel within the Democratic Party, which is grappling with a groundswell of hostility in its ranks toward Israel and its conduct of the war in Gaza.
Supporters said the measure was their only way to register their opposition to the actions of the Israeli government in Gaza, the West Bank and Lebanon, and their desire for a fundamental change in course in the U.S. relationship with Israel.
Yeah, yeah, they hate Israel and Jews, we get it. This is a shift that is 25 years in the making, with the unhinged in liberal colleges now being elected officials, aids, high muckety mucks in the media, teachers, etc, so, now they can push the Israel and Jew hatred they learned in colleges. And now the younger Dems are all up in Jew hatred
“While I wish we could vote on an amendment targeted just to military aid, and of course support humanitarian programs, we do not have that option,” Representative Greg Casar, Democrat of Texas and the chairman of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, wrote in a letter to his members, in which he urged all 98 of them to follow his lead in backing the proposal. “The American people are crying out for an end to U.S. tax dollars subsidizing Israel’s military.”
We are? Only the hard left wacko segment wants that.
In the final tally, 103 Democrats voted to cut off aid while 98 opposed doing so, with another 10 voting “present,” declining to register a position. That amounts to more than half of the Democratic Caucus unwilling to reject a measure that would terminate U.S. assistance to Israel.
Same people supported the guy with a Nazi tattoo.

This is a very weird article from WHYY in Philthadelphia, the city of brotherly sludge
Wait, I don’t have global heating on here?
As Philadelphia area residents face their second heat dome of the summer, scientists say climate change has made these extreme temperatures more likely. Eight people in the city have died so far this summer due to heat, according to the Department of Public Health. The heat is particularly hard on the very young and the elderly.
A 2024 climate report from the EPA shows Philadelphia area residents now face an additional four to six heat waves each year compared to 60 years ago.
And? That was literally during a slight cooling period during the Modern Warm Period.
This comes as no surprise to Jarrell Patterson who was recently passing out free sunscreen and bug spray to soccer fans heading to the FIFA Fan Festival at Lemon Hill.
“The weather has changed drastically,” Patterson said. “I’m 38 so from when I was 10 to now, summers are getting way hotter.”
His coworker Demetrius Ceasar from South Philly, agreed.
“It’s something we need to discuss more that everybody don’t discuss,” Ceasar said. “We talk about everything else going on, we don’t talk about the earth we live on and how we’re gonna keep living on it. It’s so much war and all this stuff and the gas and everything going on, so it’s like we shy away from this. All that other stuff don’t matter if we ain’t got nowhere to live.”
Right, right, because the media and wacko Dem politicians and all the climactivists never bring this up
Patterson and Ceasar are part of the 74% of people nationwide who say elected officials should be taking “intensified political action” on climate change. Globally, that number is 89%, according to a 2024 Gallup poll conducted as part of research published in the journal Nature. That study, “Globally representative evidence on the actual and perceived support for climate action,” concluded that while the vast majority of those surveyed across 125 countries, most people do not know they are part of such a large contingent, leading to less action, according to the authors.
Well, now, what’s interesting is that only 40% of those Do Something!!!!!! Americans are willing to give 1% of their income to Solve Climate Doom. Funny how the money part is always huge, eh? Oh, and then the Warmists always think Government should Do Something, never figuring out that when Government does something it will effect the people advocating for Do Something!!!
Retired Upper Darby schools superintendent Joe Batory was out for a walk along Boathouse Row and said he was “shocked” to hear that 74% of Americans wanted stronger climate action, thinking it would have been more like 15 to 20%. Batory said while people may want action, they themselves aren’t willing to do so.
Yeah, well, it might be 74% in theory when asked questions for a poll, but, in Practice, more like 5-10%.

I hope this means they’ve removed any mention of this groomer stuff which also gives license to kids to be mentally unstable, as well
I also hope it means not flying “pride” flags, keeping all that stuff out of the classrooms. From the link
One of North Carolina’s largest school districts has removed explicit wording protecting LGBTQ+ students and school employees from its anti-bullying and equal employment policies.
The Johnston County school board voted 5-2 on Tuesday night to remove multiple references to sexual orientation and gender identity from its hiring policy and anti-bullying policy. Supporters of the policy revisions argued that everyone will still be protected and will be treated equally.
“We’re just saying we’re not going to tolerate bullying in Johnston County Public Schools, and we don’t care the reason,” said board member Michelle Antoine. “We’re just not going to accept it.”
But critics of the policy changes say no longer having specific wording in those policies will result in more harassment of LGBTQ+ students and school employees.
“There’s no reason to take it out,” said board member April Lee. “If it makes you uncomfortable, then you need to do your own self-reflection about why. But we’re here for all children, regardless of your personal feelings about anything, about where you go to church or what your church teaches.”
Bullying is bullying. Everyone should be treated equally, and it should not be tolerated. There’s no reason to create a separate classification for this except to create a special class. All kids should be treated equally. But, I can see where this would apply in hiring, because it will make it easier for the large school system (just to the south and east of Wake County, which includes Raleigh) to not hire wackos.
Carroll pointed to statistics showing that LGBTQ+ students are more likely to be bullied and to attempt suicide as reasons to keep sexual orientation and gender identity in the policies.
“Let’s send a message to the students that come to our school system, you know, ‘You’re welcome,’” Carroll said.
Antoine, who noted during the meeting that she was elected due to her conservative beliefs, asked if Carroll meant all students or just those in special listed categories.
“Some people have rights, but some people have more rights,” Antoine said. “Is that correct? Some people have access to more rights than other people? Or are we all the same?”
That’s the way it works in Liberal World. The kids shouldn’t be bullied just like the rest of the kids (but, kids are kids, have zero filter, let’s be honest), but, we also see that so many of these “special class” people are violent and rude. Entitled. And they use the special designations to be special and get away with things others cannot.

So, a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States Of America didn’t bother to read what she was advocating? Is this an attempt to keep from being recused, as Skeptics want to happen?
Kagan says she didn’t read disputed climate chapter she endorsed
Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan is distancing herself from a climate science reference for judges that is making waves in an upcoming case.
Conservative groups have called for a probe of whether Kagan — a member of the high court’s liberal wing — violated ethics rules by not stepping back from a legal fight by local governments trying to get the oil industry to pay up for the impacts of climate change. The high-stakes legal battle has the potential to cost energy producers billions of dollars.
During a congressional hearing Tuesday on the Supreme Court’s budget, Senate Appropriations Chair Susan Collins (R-Maine) asked Kagan about the controversy.
It stems from the foreword the Kagan wrote to a judicial reference manual that contained a chapter on climate science. That chapter has since been withdrawn.
“I hadn’t read the chapter in question prior to that time. Actually, I still haven’t read it,” Kagan said.
Yet, she wrote the forward? Does anyone believe this? Or, did the climate cultists just write it for her with her approval?
Steve Milloy, who signed the letter, said Tuesday that he didn’t accept the explanation Kagan gave to Collins.
“I’m a lawyer, she’s a lawyer, and as a lawyer, you don’t get to sign and endorse things you don’t know anything about,” said Milloy, a former Trump transition adviser who disputes consensus climate science.
He said he didn’t know whether Roberts should step back from the climate case, given his role in the Federal Judicial Center, and noted that Kagan was the one who gave her blessing to the climate chapter.
She knows what it was about, and has long endorsed lawfare, including climalaware.

First, it’s wild how lawmakers are mad when it’s their information. Second, will anything come of this?
Biden special counsel’s ‘runaway train’ scooped up sensitive lawmaker info: ‘Abuse of power’
Former special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into President Donald Trump swept up text messages from nearly 50 members of Congress, bypassing a required review process in what one victim alleged is a direct constitutional violation.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, said the situation is more proof Smith’s probe was a “runaway train” of abuses of power, and the elder statesman and Senate Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Ron Johnson, R-Wis., jointly released their filings Tuesday evening.
Grassley and Johnson’s findings were from a full-scale probe of Operation Arctic Frost, the code name for Smith’s endeavor to investigate Trump for alleged corruption and election malfeasance, an operation top Senate Republicans call “worse than Watergate.”
Forty-four members of Congress had the contents of their text messages obtained and reviewed by Smith’s team in a way that bypassed protocol. A “filter team” was tasked with reviewing millions of documents in the case and should have had first crack at determining whether such messages were relevant or potentially violated statute or ethics.
Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., one of the lawmakers whose texts were swept up in this way, said Tuesday such reviews amounted to clear violations of the Constitution’s speech and debate clause that protects lawmakers from being questioned in “any other place” than the Capitol for legislative acts.
OK, so, what happens now? Is Smith referred for prosecution?
Stefanik said in a statement that the new records prove Smith’s team “unlawfully and unconstitutionally accessed my private text messages, along with 43 other Members of Congress, in clear violation of the Constitution.”
She said she long suspected there had been “unconstitutional spy[ing] on members of Congress.” (snip)
“Jack Smith’s criminal investigation of President Trump was a runaway train that had no brakes,” Grassley added Tuesday.
“Based on the information that’s been produced to me and Senator Johnson, Biden DOJ and FBI investigators apparently ignored their own routine investigative protocols to obtain and review work-related messages from me and dozens of my Republican and Democrat colleagues who were outside the scope of the government’s investigation.”
Does Smith or anyone working with him get prosecuted? Go to jail? Lose any pensions? What? How about anyone higher up in the Biden DOJ? Any repercussions?

He’d already been deported 3 times. Is he one of the “good ones” Democrats want?
A sprawling, 25-county congressional district more than 2,000 miles from the Mexican border was thrust into the national immigration spotlight this month after a 6-year-old girl was killed in a crash allegedly caused by a three-time deported illegal immigrant with a history of driving while intoxicated.
The economy usually dominates politics in North Carolina’s 1st congressional district, which consistently ranks among the nation’s poorest districts by poverty rate. But, that changed after six-year-old Calli Toler was pronounced dead after a wreck allegedly caused when Mexican national Jaime Santiago Corona ran a stop sign west of Vanceboro last week – just a mile from the district line.
The illegal immigration crisis has been “hitting home … in North Carolina, when you saw fentanyl dealers being caught, you saw terrorists being caught,” Laurie Buckhout of Edenton, a retired Iraq War battalion commander and the Republican candidate seeking a rematch against incumbent Democratic Rep. Don Davis of Snow Hill, in what is now a slightly Republican-leaning; formerly Democrat-leaning swing district.
“It has continued because, under the Biden administration with Don Davis’ oversight, you allowed so many illegals in the country [and] just a little bit ago, an illegal alien blew through a stop sign and killed a little girl,” Buckhout said in an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital.
Davis, who is also a retired military officer, said in a statement that he supported the Laken Riley Act, adding federal immigration laws must be enforced to ensure “safe communities” for Carolinians. He said Corona was driving on a revoked license when he crashed into the Tolers on Warren Jones Road near US-17.
Why did he even have a license? Who sold him the car? Was the car registered with the state?
Where are all the Democrats and their pet media who bleat when an illegal is killed by NICE when the illegal tries to run them over? I cannot also not find any articles in the Raleigh outlets (WNCN, WTVD, News and Observer, and WRAL) about this, and they will all jump on stories where illegals are killed by NICE, die in custody, some dumbass Democrat gets themselves wacked by NICE for being violent.
