A fourth lawsuit has been filed looking to block Paramount’s bid to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery, this time by shareholders who accuse David Ellison and his father, Oracle scion Larry Ellison, of striking an illegal deal with President Trump for approval of the merger.
In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Delaware Chancery Court, the investors claim that the Ellisons promised to make sweeping changes at CNN to greenlight the merger. They also point to an alleged promise for up to $20 million in free advertising and a $16 million payment to Trump through a prior settlement by the studio’s previous ownership to resolve an allegedly frivolous lawsuit he had filed against CBS.
In the complaint, the investors allege that Trump helped ensure that Paramount won the bidding war for Warner Bros. Discovery and removed regulatory barriers to the deal. Congress and future administrations, they say, will likely investigate the studio, creating significant long-term legal exposure, the lawsuit says.

It wasn’t long after the ‘vaccines’ became generally available, March of 2021, that we started seeing that they weren’t vaccines at all. The ‘breakthrough’ COVID cases began to show up, as I reported here.
Then we were told that, OK, there had been some breakthrough infections, but, not to worry, those ‘breakthrough’ cases could not infect other people. Then, shazamm! yes, they could infect other people.
Everything we were told was a lie, because the politicians didn’t actually know the truth but gave us the rosiest possible answers. In the meantime, the Biden Administration put pressure on pre-Elon Musk Twitter and Facebook to censor social media claims that no, the vaccines were not doing what was claimed, and that yes, there had been some serious side effects. The most that could actually be claimed is that the vaccines might be a prophylactic treatment to lessen the symptoms of COVID-19 if you contracted it, and there’s no real evidence of that, either.
That’s hard to say, because almost all of the population have received those vaccines, yet almost half of the population still vote for Democrats.

Do you remember the early SARS pandemic, decades ago? SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) is caused by an older, distinct coronavirus known as SARS-CoV-1, which caused a global outbreak in 2003. I was scheduled to attend an international medical conference in Toronto then but it was cancelled for fear of spreading SARS-Cov-1.
