   I just discovered that Blackbead’s real name was Edward Teach.
   I know that William Teach is a pen name for Porter Good. Is that a coincidence or not as the blog name is Piratebay?

   Yup. My real middle name is William. I went to East Carolina U, home of the Pirates. Blackbeard was a frequent resident of our coast, and even had his ship sunk off the outer Banks.
