The 2000 Rehnquist Supreme Court handed (5-4) the election to George W Bush, and that court was less conservative to today’s! (Rehnquist, O’Connor, Scalia, Kennedy, Thomas).
Were Trump’s cases so much weaker than Bush’s? So weak that not even Thomas, Barrett, Kavanagh, Alito and Gorsuch would favor Trump?
